I bought a coat and I'm happy with it , I then paid for three shirts and have not received them neither have I had a tracking number neither a response from your company

Ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas and was expecting it yesterday.. received a text from DHL to say they were delivering it .. no issues Didn’t arrive and when I chased it though DHL told me that LightInTheBox recalled the package In contacting “customer services” I was advised it won’t arrive for 2 weeks because of the pandemic .. what the pandemic has to do with this I have no idea the package was out for delivery before they pulled the parcel.. cost me an extra £16.65 for quick delivery.. they offered me €10 as way of an apology They have now closed my customer service enquiry so I have no way to speak to anyone

DREADFUL- The quality of clothes very poor and not true to size. On the size chart my European size is a 10 and it told me I should order a large in their size. Way too big! and the returns process is a joke. They offer you vouchers or 30% refund as postage they say is too high.It probably is when you have a few bits to return so the 30% refund is nearly the only option. I would not recommend this site.

I bought a Kitchen Faucets from them, the quality of the product is not very good. The button which supposes to change the water pressure is made of plastic and feels super cheap and low quality. When you pull the head of the tab out, the hose doesn't come out smoothly. The whole build doesn't feel like a high-quality and long-lasting product. They also sent me the Faucet with the wrong water connection size, I contacted them and explain the situation but unfortunately, they did not care, they just said this item is not refundable and the item is yours and that's it. They also have all these fake 5-star reviews on their product, I have written them a review and never come up in their review list, just show how fake it is. Really terrible customer service and return policy. If you don't want to waste your money shop somewhere else.

7 and half weeks told items in transit please wait a xmas shirt I think il get for easter if that's the case I should have ordered easter eggs looks like nearly 50 0ound down the Swansea

This website steals all your information illegally just by visiting it and makes you a member without even asking. When I ask them to delete my membership and unsubscribe me from numerous spam mails that they send me everyday, they tell me something is wrong and they can't delete my account or unsubscribe me. Consider what kind of terrible surprises you may experience in case you purchase something.

The company is a fraud, I placed my order on the 19th November and received it on the 20th December. The items are very poor quality and not at all like the photos of worth close to the amount I paid. Primary or even Charity shops sell better cloths avoid this company I will be sending back!

Ordered two Christmas sweatshirts on 25 November 2021 hopefully in time for Christmas. Delivery date 6 - 9 working days. Fine should be here in time. Not dispatched until 13 December. Estimated delivery date 15 - 19 December. Still not arrived on 20 December. Will they be here for Christmas 2022 one wonders. Unable to comment on quality of garments at this time but judging by other comments not holding my breath. Will not be ordering from this company again.

I'm not happy with the order I made with this company. I'd three purchases with this company with no paper trail for returns. As of date no delivery of my order.three weeks ago.Very poor quality on the product too small on everything.

They sent me the colour wig (a black and blue one ) I ordered for my daughter. When I complained, they tried to tell me I had ordered the one they sent, but that I could return it to China at my own expense. They even sent me a picture of the wrong one , with green pen arrows pointing to it (as though I had ordered by mistake) which meant nothing, as I had the correct one on my purchase details (a brown and blonde one) and had screen shotted it. (see enclosed photos) Didnt hear off them again. Now I realize, I am not every going to get a refund, and they have no intention of sending me out a new one. Be very careful

I bought shoes for my daughter's Christmas gift. I paid extra shipping $24 shipping fee + $20 customs duty. The product arrives poorly packaged, the box was damaged, the smell of shoes like freshly color sprayed toxic order. The size was too small than indicated. I try to return it, but they don't offer me a shipping label, but offered me a 30% refund. I'd like to have a full refund. I left a review on the product, but it doesn't show it. That's means reviews are manipulated by the company. I want to have a full refund.

Can someone please help me to return my order. I ordered wet suits and I have received what can be described as gym wear so not fit for purpose. On your delivery email I try to click on returns and it's showing nothing in orders. What do I do next?

Paid for a sweatshirt....was taking ages to arrive. Then found out it was addressed incorrectly. (Not by me). Was returned to sender...refused refund only way I had a chance to get the Item was to cough up more postage and packaging...never dealt with such a poor poor company before

Do not buy from this company. Everything seems to come from China and it is very poor quality - nothing like the photo. Goods have to be returned to China at the buyers cost. Customer service is quick but this doesn't make up for the cheap Chinese product which is not worth anything near the discounted price.

Poor customer service, errors on their site preventing logging in and raising a ticket. Refusal to refund after delivery took over 20 days to arrive and no longer need the item. Do not use!!

Do not use this company - For refunds, consider doing a chargeback through your bank/card provider. I ordered a dress which turned out to be poor quality, thin, clingy, nylon type material. You cannot return it to the Birmingham address on the box label but must return to China. When you request a return the company tell you it will cost more to return it than it's worth and offer you 30% credit to buy more goods from them or 20% refund - which gets credited to your account in their website and you then have to go online to instruct them that you wish to "withdraw" your credit in order to get it paid into your bank account. I refused the 20% refund and then got offered 30%. I refused and told them I wanted 75% or I would go directly to my bank and do a full chargeback. That moved them! I then got the 75% credited to my light in the box account, which I had to go online to then instruct them to pay back to my bank account. I will never use this company again. With hindsight, I should have just contacted my bank and told them it was a fraudulent transaction and done a full chargeback but I was trying to be fair-minded. Goods are sold in a fraudulent way - appearing to be shipped from the UK but then requiring shipping to China to return (written in the very very small print). The refund process is deliberately obscure, long winded and difficult and the " lets do a deal because it's not worth your while returning the item" attitude is deceitful. The dress is in the bin!

don't buy from this company. I ordered a outside light that is supposed to rotate different designs which it doesnt and I didnt get a UK plug instead received a travel adaptor plug. I got a refund but it was very disappointing to wait for the shipment to receive something that wasn't correct.

I’ve waited since I placed my order on the 29th nov & has just arrived. It look nothing like the picture apart from the material is the same. I want to return this but cannot find an easy solution! Any help or a call since I cannot get any luck with this company !
