Paid a high price for a Halloween costume because they promised to deliver well before October 31. But it was late November before it arrived. I’ve repeatedly requested a return/refund with evasive and ridiculous responses including links for “ help” to useless webpages. Never got a refund or any satisfactory response. Don’t waste your money with these guys.

Would never order from this so called company again. The outfit ordered was not true to size and very very badly made. It was absolutely impossible to return and receive a full refund. The profits this company makes must be as a result of all the refund money they keep. WARNING DO NOT USE

Poor after sale customer service if you order from the uk and need to refund forget it, not happening you will be left with an unwanted item going by my personal experience.......

Unhappy with my order! Really poor quality items and it wasn't even that cheap. I ordered a $30 wedding garter set that looked like it was part of a halloween costume. Looked nothing like the website - exposed threads, cheap looking tulle and sequins. No way I can use it. I also ordered some mini fairy lights - really poor quality wire that looks like it is going to break. really dodgy looking. So not happy with the return process - they said they would give me only a 10% refund. Um, no! Major faults with an item - I wouldn't have purchased if I knew about it - I want a full refund. DO NOT ORDER.

Waited ages for a swimming costume - when the package finally arrived it was a black bikini bottom that was not even in my size!! still waiting for a response from them regarding my original order, or a full refund.

This company are an utter disgrace nothing short of charlatans sizing is fake. Clothes designed for munchkins I'll fitting and no attempt to interact to exchange goods or refund should be reported to the authorities.

Ordered November 2021, now mid January 2022 and no sign of goods. Last tracking information stated by 31.12.2021. Contacting them almost impossible, seems I will lose goods and money, first and LAST experience. .

I purchased some Christmas presents online from “light in the box” on the 15th Dec. They failed to deliver in time as per their T&C’s. (with in 5-7 working days) We have had email exchanged in trying to get a refund, but unfortunately it transpires they are from China and trying to negotiate a refund in return for keeping the product and having a percentage refund. They are advising the refund can take up to 5 weeks. They have some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced and I would strongly recommend NOT to use a company who will happily not follow their own T&C's or resolve a simple refund.🤬🤬🤬🤬

My item was never delivered. Impossible to contact despite me emailing many times. Delivery company lied and said it had been delivered. I paid for this item on 24 th December 2021 and it is now January 10 2022. Unacceptable . I am very unhappy.

Horrible quality of clothing, never ever will I order anything from this online store again. This is by far the worst online experience I have had to date. The pictures online are nothing in comparison to the actual product you receive. Clothes are made of cheap, thin fabric that you are lucky if you get a few wears out of before they tear apart. There are all sorts of quality issues. They have so many bad reviews online, I highly recommend read the reviews before you order anything! You have to fight with the company to get a refund and if you even do, they will not refund you what you are actually entitled to. It is next to impossible to return items and it will costs you more money to return the items then what the items are actually worth! The prices are far too expensive in comparison to the poor quality of the items. There are also shipping issues, don't be surprised if you don't get your order or if you have missing items!

I ordered a shirt. It took a long time to receive and I found out it came from China. It was too large and I asked to exchange it. They said they don't have a warehouse in the US and that I was responsible for paying for shipping to return it to China! The following is what they offered: We would like to propose the following offers: a) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value. b) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value. c) Return the item back for a refund. (this option is only for RETURNABLE items) Please note you will be responsible for return postage.

IGNORE THE 5* REVIEWS at the end of 8 pages of all 1* reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX. Delivery time was reasonable. But the shell pink girls party dress with matching furry vest is a huge disappointment. The vest does not detach from the dress. The inside fabric of the bodice is a velvety velour and is far too hot to wear. My gd took the dress off as soon as it was on. The sizing is wrong-a size 7-8 should be about a 5-6 as the waistband was about 3” above her waistline which made the dress too short too. I’ve been trying to return the dress for 2 weeks and I get taken around in circles, unable to even complete the first step. They must be doing something at their end to prevent us from returning anything. Clearly these people only want our money for their inferior goods. They must be making a fortune. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX

Ordered a dress that was available and then I did not like it. After a load of back and forth, they said I would need to pay myself to ship it all back which I was prepared to do. Then a week later, they said I couldn't return it and I would only receive a 20% refund for the item. Absolute rubbish! Don't shop with them. They do not satisfy customer expectations.

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband on November 11th, 2021, they stated that the address was incorrect, however it was not. Then when contacting them they stated that I would need to pay additional 10.80 for return.

I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding and it’s to tight, I can’t return the dress as I have no return paper work. I contacted your company who said that it was a made to measure dress I didn’t’t send my measurements when I placed the order I ordered a size 12 dress thinking that it would fit. I would not order or recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely rubbish, I paid £60 and they are making excuses not to return my money. Do not buy from these people. Their goods are worthlessness , cheap, poorly made products that do not even fit.
