Ordered shoes in grey. The shoes were beige. When i asked for a refund I was told i could exchange them but had to ship them back to China at my expense and in their words... It will cost more than your product. They said to keep the product or give them to a friend but refused to refund my money.

Albert Order sheepskin jacket from this company not understanding that the item is from China it took 7 weeks to arrive and was total trash. Was lead to return it and paid £23.50 to return and got nothing back from this company. Its a rip off.

Ordered lingerie, when it arrived it already had 2 holes in seams. The quality was garbage and nothing like the pics. Too expensive to send back, so just binned and learnt a valuable lesson. The items were absolute tat!

Thieves. Scam in the box..!! I ordered dancing shoes. Size 11 (= 44 European) they send 42 instead with a tiny orange sticker showing 45...!! ..I asked for a replacement and after looong back and forth procedure , 3 emails and photos all they could offer was 7$ refund (I paid 45..!!) or 30% discount on my next purchase...I am claiming money back from Visa claiming FRAUD....never ever . Their shares LITB dived 60% in 5 years..!!...you have been warned...

Will never order from this company again. Very bad experience. Ordered a surprise blouse for my sister. I was absolutely devastated to find out that the blouse didn't fit and was of inferior quality. Waited a full month for delivery. The cost of the blouse was R351.79 and transport R184.86. Very expensive mistake. Reading through the countless reviews, the general consensus is that any form of refund is just a dream or should I say nightmare. Why is this company still allowed to trade in this country. Is there an ombudsman who should be looking in to all the reviews below of disappointed customers. Shame on you!!!!!!!

Diabolical returns policy sizing is not good then u can't return your product as it has yo go back to China even though it came from the UK!!!! They basically are stealing peoples money, its unethical, and it makes me very angry!!!!! WARNING DONOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS U LIKE LOSING MONEY!!!!!!

Whether you are a consumer or investor, take note of these! Be careful with your money (in using LightInTheBox's services and its MLM memebership scheme) and investment (https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:LITB). Stay away from LightInTheBox! It is an elaborate scam! Though listed on US NYSE https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:LITB, it is based in China. And run by PRC nationals. Given the current geopolitical situation against the backdrop of China (internally with Chairman Xi's target- recall Alibaba, Tencent) and (externally US sanctions against China and 2022 mid term Congress (Senate and House) elections are round the corner, any transactions via LightInTheBox will end up in your money being gone with the wind! And the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has been alerted that there are problems with the accounts, viz consolidated accounts. Look at the audit by its "auditor". See who the auditor is, the supposedly at arm's length audit committee; and the audit statement issued. If you follow the money, LightInTheBox is a fresh front (incorporated a LIMITED liability company) for Ezbuy (ezbuy.sg based in Singapore but it has operations (failing) in other countries besides Singapore, eg Malaysia, Taiwan, Pakistan) via a so-called M&A acquisition move. Technically, Ezbuy is acquired by LightInTheBox; however the CEO and senior management of Ezbuy (who are PRC too) became the senior management of LightInTheBox! These are the people who run Ezbuy to the ground- plagued with consistently and deteriorating financial performance. Ezbuy failed in being listed in Singapore SES and failed to be incorporated as a limited liability entity. Ezbuy (a Taobao agent) is exiting the market surreptitiously while in the meantime, fleecing and milking customers. Check out Facebook groups, Reddit groups, etc on how customers have their money scammed. It has gradually removed her PRIME membership programme, removed her Ezshop (Buy For Me) service, making Ezbuy an empty shell. Customer service (no more phone in customer service, only emails and chats) are manned ONLY by part time staff (based in other countries but worked for Ezbuy Singapore). In fact, in terms of manpower hiring, payroll, etc, it is under investigation by the local authorities Ministry of Manpower for violating foreign manpower and even local staff hiring. If you go to Chinese websites, you will find out that LightInTheBox has a run in with the Chinese authorities too after it has been reported to the ???????. So be careful with if you want to use services of LightInTheBox (inc www.miniinthebox.com and aforementioned ezbuy.sg) or invest in her shares! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! I have never had such a terrible experience ever. Light In The Box never delivered my parcel. When I tract my parcel, it was apparently sent to a store for me to collect. When I enquired about that, they told me it will be sent to a more convenient (another store) for my collection, that did not happen. Thus I did not receive my parcel. I continued following up, after which they told me to contact their customer service centre. I did with no resolve. I requested a refund, which you can imagine was also Rejected! Can anyone tell me if Light In The Box is a company of SCAMMERS? THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. VERY FRUSTRATING. They deal with a company called Buffalo Logistics, which made no effort whatsoever to get my parcel to a convenient pick up point. No only did I pay for delivery to my door, which did not happen, I was not refunded for my parcel or my delivery. Terrible companies, truly felt like I wax being scammed. I felt patronized by Baffalo Logistics and still no resolve my telephone calls to them was not getting me anywhere. Light In The Box was awful. I would suggest "STAY AWAY" you pay for items you will never receive.

I bought what was supposed to be a size 10 jumpsuit but when it came, there was no size and it did not fit. Trying to return it and customer service seem very unhelpful.

Very bad site. Don't order from them. I never got reimbursed although I sent the product back. The dress was too big, the measurements were not at all as marked on the website. Once I sent it back they stopped responding.

I ordered a special dress for a very special occasion. The dress arrived in good time and is good quality but is completely unwearable as it has blue marks underneath the beading in the front, along every seam, and in various other places not along seams. I contacted the company over a week ago and I sent close up pictures. Their response was that the cold weather must of caused this!!! There is a jacket with this dress and it is perfect with no marks. They are telling me to keep the dress and they will give have my money back or offer me 60% of cost in rewards. I still don't have a dress I can wear and I would like to be fully reimbursed and they can have their dress back and try to sell it to some other poor soul. I will not order from this company again.

Terrible company. Ordered Christmas presents to our family in New Zealand. Has no idea it was actually being posted from China. Said 5-7 business days. Ordered beginning of December. Sent via two parcels. First one never arrived so got a refund. The other parcel also Christmas present but still not delivered. Totally useless company

Paid a high price for a Halloween costume because they promised to deliver well before October 31. But it was late November before it arrived. I’ve repeatedly requested a return/refund with evasive and ridiculous responses including links for “ help” to useless webpages. Never got a refund or any satisfactory response. Don’t waste your money with these guys.

Would never order from this so called company again. The outfit ordered was not true to size and very very badly made. It was absolutely impossible to return and receive a full refund. The profits this company makes must be as a result of all the refund money they keep. WARNING DO NOT USE
