“Very upset and disappointed.ordered a mother of the bride outfit was too small even though I followed the size chart . Then was told I could not get a refund .I am going to take this matter further .£120.00 is a lot to loose . I will not be recommending you .”

“The item they sent was nothing like the picture. It was the poorest quality you imagine. I asked for a refund and returned the item at my own cost as requested but they closed the case without any refund. DO NOT TRUST”

“Its been 3full months since i ordered a wig from them. It hasn't arrived till today the are definetly scammers, will NEVER order from them again. I don't think i will even get a refund from them.”

“I ordered a dress on January 11 and did not receive in my mailbox until January 28. When I opened it I was shocked at the quality of the material... it is cheap. The dress looks cheap. The dress does not look like the picture. I have been in contact with customer service but was told the dress is not returnable because it was "custom made" for me. I ordered the dress per the guidelines for the measurements that should fit but the dress did not fit. This company does not stand by their product. I do not recommend you to order anything from this company. Its a scam company.”

“This company don't deserve one star at all. Won't accept a returns and make this very difficult and costly so i am now stuck with a £25 dress that is made out of the most awful, shocking material like tissue paper. Never would i visit this site again. Absolutely disgusting!”

“I bought a lace front wig from them, the lace part was shown as large and wide. The wig I received had a small lace strip, nothing like the picture on their website. It was useless to me. I opened a case with PayPal, and even though I had to return the wig to China I got a full refund , even for the postage back to China. The postage refund came straight from PayPal. I would never buy from them again, but if you want to make sure you use PayPal.”

“Ordered a white ruffle neck blouse. Size OK but quality very poor - more like lining fabric; thin and almost see through. Neckline far too low and does not sit properly. Looks really cheap. Nothing like on the model. Really disappointed. Will never order from them again.”
