Totally inept. Wrong size, awful collar on a supposed to be no collar shirt. Cheap rough fabric. Company is hard to contact. All three shirts are wrong. I plan to donate them to a favorite charity of mine. Do not do business with these people.

Worst Experience dont buy from this site its fake and scam My first order didnt got delivered and was lost in transit, then started the horror story of refund and claims which is so lengthy for even small value shipments of 4 USD... and amount is still not refunded after 2 months... Dont buy from these sites who operate from china better with Amazon and local sites

Worst App dont order anything as my first order went missing and they dont refund any amount even if they lost package as per their so called policy. Dont ever shop with this chinese applications

Takes along time to receive orders and after 24 hours of payment you only get 50% of the purchase price...this company is a scam....Do not order from this sight.

I ordered a bird bath based on image and failed to look a dimensions! The image fools you to think it is a usable garden bird bath but is actually tiny ornament, I realised my mistake too late. My words to anyone ordering is to be careful, don’t be fooled by images and read everything carefully! I won’t order from this site again.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Ordered a pair of sandals 2 weeks ago. Payment confirmed, no updates, no correspondance and no delivery. Basically stole my money and that was that! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Still waiting for an email confirming they have recieved my order! 2 weeks and i spent the extra on post! Nothing! This is china for you! Never again will i be fooled by fancy imagery online .......

This is just a rubbish company. Believe every one of these negative reviews because what happened is worse than I am even describe. False advertising, poor quality of clothing, return policy is a joke, overall nonsense.

Beware. Light in the Box is a deceitful company. Very poor quality clothing and false advertizing. The clothes that arrived were completely different from what was advertized on the website. The refund and return policy is not clear and you will struggle to return items and will not get a refund. BEWARE

Ordered Led light bulbs. Received but none worked. Three emails and several photos (of bulbs not working), before they even supplied return address. The returns have to go to China recorded delivery, and they also tell you to lie on the customs declaration. You have to state it is a "gift" rather than returned goods, so you have no protection, and no guarantee the goods will arrive ("oh they got seized by customs - but what did you expect, as you told a lie on the customs declaration, so we didn't receive the goods and won't give a refund..."). As a result unable to return with any certainty and accepted partial refund, and threw the non working lights away. Personally won't use again Sent from my Huawei phone

Ordered dress came from China returns don't bother very bad you'll not get anywhere near full payment back. Won't order anything else from here . Dress was poor quality and guess what the postman got the dress through the letter box. Very disappointed so don't bother trying to return items its a nightmare.

This is the worst website ever!!!!! They didn't deliver my shipment, lost my money, because they wouldn't refund a package that has not been received! and their customer service is the worst! not helpful at all! I would never recommend this website!

No real chance of refund as costly to return to China. Terrible quality. Sizing unrealistic. Only thing that matched the advertisment was made in the fabric shown. Shocking. Spent £50. May as well set fire to my bank notes. Do not order through this site!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have given them 1 star because I couldn't give them Zero!! I ordered 3 matching dog coats as they had the colour that I wanted. I received an email telling me that they could only supply 2 so I emailed them straight back and cancelled the order. 3 days later they contacted me to say that they were sorry as they hadn't read my email in time and the order had been sent. After many emails complaining they told me it would have to send them back when they were received at my own cost which turned out to be £20 for the cheapest Royal Mail tracked .... it wasn't worth sending them back. As far as I'm concerned I will never use this company again, as obviously when there is a problem the complete lack of customer service shows. To add insult to injury the dog coats they sent are very poor quality and easily rip.

I am at my wits end, ordered a jewellery box 3 months ago. I was told it had been shipped then it was supposed to have been sent by plane. Last I heard from Bloo that it was in customs waiting to be checked had been there since 21 January. I got an email the other day from customer care to say my ticket is closed and the issue has been resolved on their side. How can they say this when I haven't received my package.They ate now rejecting my emails because the ticket is closed. I want a refund because it's obviously lost. It really looks like a scam to me, I'm totally disgusted with the treatment I've received.

Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this company. My garment arrived very creased like a piece of rag looks nothing like as was advertised . Was recommended to order XL for my size which I did , garment was too big/long and try as myself and my husband did for most of afternoon could not contact the company to return this item which seems to have been a big problem for other customers I can only imagine they have no intention of giving any refund . So am now stuck with it.

The most unsatisfactory online retailer I have dealt with. It has no address, no 'phone number and no e-mail address. Delivery charges from its Birmingham warehouse are high. Lightinthebox responded only when I began a dispute with PayPal. Be careful about clothing sizes and ever you do don't try to return goods for refund. It's policy is very complicated and obviously designed to discourage returns. Taking photos of the goods and sending them back to China at the buyer's are totally unacceptable terms. Avoid Lightinthebox like the plague would be my advice.
