Buyer Beware!!! I purchased an outfit (top & pants) with custom measurements. I followed their guidelines exactly. The outfit I received did not fit. I could not zip up the top and the pants were so big they ballooned out. In addition, it had an awful smell. I asked for a return/refund. I paid $148 and was refunded $12 and I could keep the outfit. It is now in the garbage because it is trash.

Absolutely appalling customer services. I bought a black jumpsuit. It was very cheap polyester material, badly sewn. It took my seven emails requesting a full refund. On the 7th request I received a reply, stating that it would cost me more to return the item to China so they will offer me 25% of the total. The cost of the item was £45. I declined. They then told me they don't use returns labels any more and I would have to meet the cost of shipping customs labels etc to return. I followed their returns instructions. I used Royal Mail Tracking and sent a photo of the receipt and emailed the tracking number. Customer Service confirmed receipt of my email with this information. Three days later I received an email from customer services agent stating: 'as we have not received a reply within our 10 day period thus case is now closed'. The item was shipped - £16. I still have the tracking receipt number and can see that it is on its way. I will never buy from Chinese companies again! Light in the Box is an incompetent, unprofessional and disgraceful online company who flood images, but offer poor, unprofessional service.

I ordered 2 swimsuits for my husband in medium. One of the suits says medium, but it is like medium in boys. They said they have size charts and I should consult them. Offered me a 10% refund as it would cost me as much to send it back to China (although package says New York) as I paid. This was a mistake on their end. Never again!!! I decided to just keep it , and donate it-not worth the hassle.

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN THE PARCEL TO RETURN STATES A RETURN ADDRESS IN BIRMINGHAM. THIS PROPERTY WAS SOLD IN 2020 AND LEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS CONTACTED A PHONE NUMBER ON WEB SITE AND THAT IS ALSO WRONG THE SWIM COSTUM WAS NOT THE SIZE ORDERED

I have paid 5000 AED for many items and looks they are a SCAM . First promised delivery was March 3 and nothing arrived as of March 6th! When I tried to track with their tracking ID the link takes me to ads !! I am afraid I am being scammed and will never receive any goods

I bought a nice top and they sent me a completely different I it was worth $5.99 and i paid $29.00 I never heard from them, it came in a plastic bag I threw it out, I was so upset

I ordered a hat for my daughter's wedding. It arrived in a plastic bag very creased as you would expect. I gave feedback and they replied, not to apologise but to offer discount! Won't be using them again

If there would be 0 starts, this would be the stars this company would deserve. They FRAUDED me!!! They took my money, didn´t delivered any product since November 2021 and they don´t even want to refund me!! Their reason not to refund me is that they sent the products, but I never received them!! They even didn´t sent me an email mentioning the delivery or if I should pick them up from the post office or someone from the carrier to contact me! No one did it and my money is lost because of them! I am still expecting to receive my money back! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON´T BUY FROM THEM! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT! THEY ALWAYS CLOSE MY TICKETS WHEN I AM ASKING MY MONEY BACK

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. In the description it said ships in 7-10 days. No where does it say takes 6 weeks of processing. Had to send a message a week before the wedding and finally received today. Absolutely not the size I ordered. 3 days before the wedding! $200 wasted! They will not take the dress back because they said it was a ‘special order’. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Please do not buy from this company they send the wrong size and hand write in the size you ordered! Total rip-off! Also very cheaply made! Don’t waste your money mark my word you will be disappointed

Tried LightInTheBox for clothes for a trip last May, 2021. Could not use most of the items due to poor quality. Biggest complaint was use of cheap fabric, comparable to Halloween costume fabric, and other quality issues. Communicated dissatisfaction to customer service. Received two replies dissuading me from returning, and suggesting I should instead try selling the items on my own or giving the items to charity. I chose to return, despite the $75 shipping charge back to China, for a net refund of $75. I followed their instructions precisely. Weeks, then months passed - no credit. I attempted communicating via their website to no avail. In December, I sent an email to the same contact from May, which was answered with "ticket closed/couldn't receive incoming messages...Sincerely System Notification." Today, 10 months later, that packaged was returned to me :( Wow!... Nope. I do not recommend use of this online retailer.

I ordered cotton joggers that looked great on their website but received a very cheaply made polyester imitation. What a complete rip off. Disgraceful! Worse still I have to pay return costs for postage. Terrible company. Please avoid at all costs.

The fabric of the clothes was really cheap looking and despite using the sizing guide were completely the wrong size. The returns policy is very unusual compared to the returns policy of other online companies I have used…I was actually expected to pay the postage to China??? Also I only had 7 days in which to return them, when other companies allow much longer. Because I was working I could not keep within this time frame. I therefore did not return the clothes.

Ordered goods and they never arrived after weeks of e mailing. I contacted paypal to open a dispute with the company And I won the case and PayPal refunded my money.
