“I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding and it’s to tight, I can’t return the dress as I have no return paper work. I contacted your company who said that it was a made to measure dress I didn’t’t send my measurements when I placed the order I ordered a size 12 dress thinking that it would fit. I would not order or recommend this company to anyone.”

“Absolutely rubbish, I paid £60 and they are making excuses not to return my money. Do not buy from these people. Their goods are worthlessness , cheap, poorly made products that do not even fit.”

“This is not a legitimate company. The shoddy, mass produced goods are shipped from China so delivery takes an age and the returns policy is deliberately designed to obstruct the purchaser from sending back unwanted items. DO NOT ORDER FROM lightinthebox...they peddle tat and use every dirty trick in the book to hold onto your money when you try to send it back.”

“The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, still have not received my clothes that I ordered and PAID FOR back in September, have had nothing but rude responses from this company while trying to find out where my items are . Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this company they are a scam !”

“I ordered a coat in the U K size they said was the equivalent to their sizing. It was far too big .When I tried to return it I found out the returns had to be sent within 7 days .It hadn't come when it should have so I was out of time .The company wasn't interested in this and said the return would probably cost as much as the coat .There was nothing I could do except NEVER use that company again and warn others to take heed of their so called ' Returns ' policy .”

“Delivery took forever and the garments were the poorest quality imaginable and did not in any way live up to the description or image. I decided to cut my losses as return postage to China was prohibitive so put the disgusting garments in the bin. I would advise not to purchase.”

“Do not use! Ordered two sets of ladies pyjamas. The size did not match what was ordered. Their medium is a petite size 8! Messaged customer service to request a returns label and full refund. They said I would have to pay the postage back to China which is half the cost of the garmet’s. If I knew the items were being shipped from China I wouldn’t have ordered.”

“Absolutely rubbish service. Ordered on 4th Dec. I was told in the order my item would be delivered in 4-6 days which I was gonna use for 13th Dec in party, later on they said they made mistake and it can take up to 21 days for delivery. Finally after 24 days when I received order, they paid £2.00 less in order which I had to pay from my pocket and also spend money to go and get the item. After all this they gave me some discount and also £24 credit for delivery charges, they got to be kidding me to even think I am gonna place another order with them, forget about recommending them to anyone I know.”

“There is no direct contact to ask about goods. Have and order arrived in Auckland on the 04/12/2021 and I still don’t have goods, now 28/12/2021 and no way to contact them. First and last time, will report to consumer watchdogs. So disappointed to have lost my money.”

“Garments ordered nothing like illustrated, very cheap looking. Not worth the money. Not aware that garments coming from China, would never have purchased if aware of manufacturing location. Do not waste your money buying from this cheap company”

“DO NOT USE!!! Dress was horrendous quality. Spent £50 on dress and £20 to return and has been sitting in customs in China for 3 months. Company refuse to give update saying they await its return, despite it being sent tracked so they know where it is and refuse to get it released. £70 out of pocket”

“Do not use Do not waste your money Order 6 weeks ago and still waiting Tracking number doesn’t work Won’t refund me Every time I open I new ticket they respond with tracking details that don’t work and mark the ticket as resolved. Fraudulent company”
