Poor customer service, errors on their site preventing logging in and raising a ticket. Refusal to refund after delivery took over 20 days to arrive and no longer need the item. Do not use!!

Do not use this company - For refunds, consider doing a chargeback through your bank/card provider. I ordered a dress which turned out to be poor quality, thin, clingy, nylon type material. You cannot return it to the Birmingham address on the box label but must return to China. When you request a return the company tell you it will cost more to return it than it's worth and offer you 30% credit to buy more goods from them or 20% refund - which gets credited to your account in their website and you then have to go online to instruct them that you wish to "withdraw" your credit in order to get it paid into your bank account. I refused the 20% refund and then got offered 30%. I refused and told them I wanted 75% or I would go directly to my bank and do a full chargeback. That moved them! I then got the 75% credited to my light in the box account, which I had to go online to then instruct them to pay back to my bank account. I will never use this company again. With hindsight, I should have just contacted my bank and told them it was a fraudulent transaction and done a full chargeback but I was trying to be fair-minded. Goods are sold in a fraudulent way - appearing to be shipped from the UK but then requiring shipping to China to return (written in the very very small print). The refund process is deliberately obscure, long winded and difficult and the " lets do a deal because it's not worth your while returning the item" attitude is deceitful. The dress is in the bin!

don't buy from this company. I ordered a outside light that is supposed to rotate different designs which it doesnt and I didnt get a UK plug instead received a travel adaptor plug. I got a refund but it was very disappointing to wait for the shipment to receive something that wasn't correct.

I’ve waited since I placed my order on the 29th nov & has just arrived. It look nothing like the picture apart from the material is the same. I want to return this but cannot find an easy solution! Any help or a call since I cannot get any luck with this company !

They sent me an item which was too small. It turned out that most of the items are non returnable. Even if it was returnable they only give you 7 days and the warehouse is in China ! Too expensive to send!

Steer clear of this awful company. They are scammers and con artists still not received my order placed on 5th December despite sending several emails. Now I just my money back plus delivery charges I paid. Stay well clear do not fall prey like I did you will be disappointed!

Same old story as other ppl. bought a shacket and quality was awful, tried to find out how to send back and was offered stupid amount 10% of the price i paid, then offered 38p and was told my case was resolved?? Need a form to send back and they wont send it!!! PLEASE AVOID I wish i did.

I bought a wine glass Santa hat top it arrived looking nothing like the sparkly ad in fact it had a cheap faded plastic transfer stuck on the front of a ver shoddy black sweatshirt.

Ordered 2 coats for Christmas presents on the 11th December with the promise and charge of arriving in 5 days. Received email to say items will arrive in or after 29th when I’m away in holiday. No way of contacting customer services. Avoid this company at all costs!! Complete joke!! Also expect you to pay 50% charge for returning the item!!

Run away from This site. I bought a wig. It's ok but not the color or cut shown. I asked 4 a refund the day after receiving it. Rules say they will refund anything in 7 days. It's a lie! They emailed nonsense trying to make it difficult. Finally stated that I had to ship it back directly to 'friggen' China and it would cost more than the item but they would refund me a whopping $3.60!#!! of the $29.00 I paid.What?? This place is a CCP (right in their other address)scam. I saw a CA. address. If I knew they were DIRECTLY from there I never would have bought. I'm filing a dispute/complaint with my credit card company.

ORDERED DOG COAT FOR SICK DOG VERY DISAPPOINTED NOTHING ARRIVED FOR OVER. 2 WEEKS. HOPELESS DONT BOTHER. I had bought from another supplier net day delivery!!

Orange cardigan sweater arrived stuffed in a plastic bag - wrinkled as though I'd retrieved it from a Goodwill box. Shoulder was dirty. NO LABEL at neck and no tags so, for gift giving, it DOES look USED -especially with the dirty shoulder. Looked at return. I'd have to pay RETURN shipping and already paid shipping once. That'd add up to $30 for a $35 sweater. Guess I'll see if dryer run removes wrinkle enough to gift it. Probably won't be able to gift it. WASTE OF TIME and MONEY.

Of course it takes forever to get merchandise from them, but that wouldn't be so bad in that in their photos, the sweaters look great. I have never seen a sweater like this. There is an inner, partial layer in the front that must be zippered. When you do so, it produces a big lump because the inner material is drawn up into a ball. If you don't mind walking around looking like you have a pot belly, than this is the sweater for you! The photo doesn't even begin to show how ridiculous it looks when you wear this sweater. In addition, the sleeves are too short. This thing is going into the rag pile! :( Buy American!

Please never use this company! I ordered a jumper which cost me £25 & I never received it. Whenever I emailed them it was always the same response that it had been lost in transit & they would send me another. I only wish I had read the reviews first. They shouldn’t be allowed to continue trading!

48 70p taking out of bank account on goods I have never received and I have received no notice if and when I will ever received I have tried the e mail address it does not exist I have seen lots of things I would like to buy but I am very weary
