Absolutely horrible return policy that is not made clear when ordering. I will never order from this company again.

Half of the ordered lights were defunct. Some even STARTED SMOKING AND SPARKING and were obviously a fire hazard. Even after video proof of this I had to send the lights back to China to get a refund. Shipping costs for that are almost as high as the order was.

you've not answered my question, and your returns policy is total rubbish, you expect people to sent back to China at same cost as item. That's not a returns policy it's blackmail, you give 30% as if it where a great deal but in fact it's an insult when the same item is on ebay for half the cost in the first place and also is free from China. The web site is just one big scam and can't really be call a company with a proper setup for returns or customer service

Don't trust the 5 stars you see. I ordered a £39 worth chino trouser. It was advertised as £60 before. When it arrived it was painful to watch the quality of the trouser, like it was sewn as an impromptu costume. It wasn't even cotton. It was weird, didn't t even fit the right calf area. Don't bother asking for a refund, they'll offer you only 20% and don't bother to negotiate because they will just ignore you.

My wife ordered a top. Poor quality materials and not as shown on the website. Vaguely similar but definitely NOT the same. Told to return it to China, really? I would think twice before using them.

Misleading refund policy..bought a £100 dress, I ordered a sizE bigger and its still tiny , I requested a refund to be told as they are made to order I couldn't return it ....apparently customised means made to order also why do they put the tags and cable tie on that have to still be attached for a return...they seem adapt the rules to suit them ..AVOID at all costs

Company took 2 months to send me the wrong product, and when I asked for a refund they said they will only issue a refund if I ship it back to China and cover return shipping costs. I'd gladly ship it back if they prepaid the shipping, but I'm not going to pay shipping for their mistake. I've looked into the company now and see this is a pattern for them. Terrible customer service. They clearly don't care about retaining customers at all.

A bit of rubbish, that bore no resemblance to the lovely dress in the picture, arrived long after the costume ball for which it was bought. I’m now supposed to foot the bill to return it to China, but I don’t trust them to issue a refund to my card even then; potentially yet more wasted expenditure . They rely on attrition to make money. The few positive reviews on here are probably issued by the company - it’s obvious when you read the style. What a scam. Stay clear

Made an order for a sale item. They said there were plenty in stock, sat on my money for two weeks then cancelled the order without notifying me or giving any kind of explanation. I guess I should be thankful I paid through Pay Pal so I can at least get my money back.

Ordered 4 dresses, extremely bad immitations of original dresses on site!! Shocking cheap material . Sizes not the same. What a scam!!!!

I bought two items in October the 22 and paid extra for fast delivery. They last updated my tracking on 27 October. I can’t get on any thing to chat to customer care. It’s my first purchase and I’m not impressed and also disappointed in the service. I would like to buy again because the items are looking so gorgeous and I’m not so sure now.

They told me free delivery to kuwait but when I got my item the charger me around $23 ( custom clearance) my order was less than $15

Where do I begin. 1 star is too high for this scam company. First, the item is not as advertised. I ordered two print sweatshirts and there is nothing sweatshirt about them. When I checked the tracking feature, a light bulb should have gone off as it had to clear customs. Then, in considering returning the items after I received them, I find I have to pay the shipping back to the warehouse in CHINA!! This will probably cost more than than $44.17 I paid for the two items and will probably take until 2022 to get a refund. I doubt I will waste my time. Companies that use foreign manufacturers should disclose this in the item descriptions. VERY disappointed and am now stuck with two "sweatshirts" I will probably never wear in public! Thanks for nothing. Be wary of this company.

Total fraud company. They see wigs with phony photos that look NOTHING like what they send. Then they refuse to return the fake counter fit falsely advertised merchandise. Don't throw away your money.

Item arrived later than needed so I had to purchase elsewhere. I requested a return and was told that I would have to ship back to China and then in the same email was told the warehouse in China was closed. The shipped from address was in New York. They also said the package must be unopened. The box was opened before I even opened the shipping envelope. I spoke with my credit card company and they advised to send it back to the shipped from address on the envelope and they allowed the disputed charge. This is not an honorable company. Use at your own risk.

Received the jacket, very poor quality and doesn't fit. I immediately requested a return via their website and heard nothing also downloaded the app and requested a return and still nothing. They state that they will respond in 24 hours. Steer clear of this company.

Still waiting for my watch still as not come and they have taken the money do not order from this site its a con I've asked them to put the money back in to my account and they haven't
