I ordered two Halloween costumes at the end of Sept. I was told they shipped 2nd October. Was quoted 5-7 days for delivery. It’s now the 29th Oct. I cannot contact the company- no phone number- I raised a ticket- no response. I want a refund as the costumes are no good to me after Halloween. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam!

If I could give no stars, I would. Item was wrong size, wrong colour, took weeks to arrive. I returned it Royal Mail to the address on package in England. They refused to refund because they are based in China!! Total scam. No product, no refund

Sent defective dress with half decoration designs, asked my to send them a pic of what I already sent them along with bar codes. Now they want me to remove dress from packaging, makes no sense to do that when I want to return dress in original packaging. I want a full refund !! and please take back your poor quality dress, I don’t want it. Refund me my money ASAP! Parts of the stars on the dress are missing.

Received my smart watch set it up looked absolutely stunning. Plugged it it into charge it and now it won’t turn on at all. Totally not happy. Wish I had not bothered now.

THEY sent the wrong item, only offered a 30% refund or post to China!!!!!!!! Very unhappy, won’t use again. Need a better return address than China.

Took weeks for delivery. Item wrong size, wrong colour, they are saying I did not return the order when I have proof that I did. No refund. Very suspicious company

If I can give less than a star a would. I bought matching christmas outfits for myself, partner, toddler and newborn. Website said everything was in stock. I spent $180 Australian dollars for low quality rubbish. I had booked expensive photoshoot with a photographer and the day they were going to ship my order (which took a while) they refunded me for my newborns outfit and sent it off the same day. I wrote back I didn’t want it as I needed the newborn included! Who has a matching christmas photoshoot for their newborns first Christmas without his outfit? Ridiculous! I wrote to them, but of course they didn’t care as they had my money and wrote a 2 weeks later after I received their crappy clothes from china! There has been insconsistent back and forth communication. They are being VERYYY difficult on a refund and making it very hard. There is no way this greedy Chinese thieves will return our money. We are now forced to try and make one to mimick the colours at least so it looks like he’s included. Absolutely ridiculous and robbery. Don’t use them! They are dodgy as hell. Never again! Serves me right dealing with the greedy Chinese.

I ordered a pantsuit to wear to a special occasion in dec, shipping was fast, no problem but … 1st the material had a weird smell when I opened, 2nd sizing was way off, too was way too small, pants were huge, contacted company to get a refund/return product, 1st website is very confusing trying to figure out how to return, they are quick in returning emails, 2nd I was told no returns on this pantsuit cause it was “special made”, not for me it wasn’t!, 3rd we are at the point in communications of them refunding half my money,!I told them don’t bother, I will dispute this purchase with my CC, do not do business with his shady website, don’t waste your time/money!!!!

Terrible ordered correct size as per published guide when it arrived about 2 sizes too small. Trying to contact for a refund is a nightmare and having read the comments not sure I will return as then I will leave no garment and no money Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered a pair of mules. The ones depicted on the website are clearly leather, properly stitched and robustly made. What I received was some plastic insubstantial rubbish that barely resembled what was depicted online. £40. So angry. No record of the order. My order never arrived. I waited 4 months!! I paid the 20 € in the hope that it would.....cannot reach anyone to speak to . Complete scam. Don't go there. Thank goodness my bill was only 20€.

Avoid this company! Appalling service and they DON'T give refunds! I ordered a dress which arrived in a larger size than originally stated, I have been trying to get a refund for days, they are ignoring me!

This is perhaps the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered three items, which took three weeks to deliver. When the items arrived, they were the wrong size and colour. In addition the material was not what was advertised. To return the items is very hard as difficult to negotiate the returns request form. I initially had a response and request to send a photo of the item with the bar code. This I did but since then complete radio silence. I would avoid this company, they are happy to take your money but refuse to reimburse. Totally untrustworthy.

Avoid this company. No acknowledgement if you attempt to return items on their online system. If you send things back to their UK returns address on the parcel they lie saying they don't use that address then later admint it's their UK Courier.
