“The worst company ever. I have my wedding and for more than one month the flower girl is still at shipment not even arrived at my country. The customer service is so bad. They keep closing my ticket and saying wait wait be patient The told me end of next month it will come then will investigate Terrible service. Last time I shall ever use them.”

“I ordered a handbag for my daughter's wedding but when it arrived I was extremely annoyed and angry to find that someone had slashed the bag halfway across the front with a sharp knife - malicious damage. I've no idea who did this!! I tried to return it but you have to upload a photo of the damaged item which I wasn't able to do. I've sent numerous emails to complain which have all been ignored. I'm totally disgusted with this company and I'll never use them again.”

“I ordered a dress but what came looked nothing like the picture cheap quality and badly made clearly they take photos from other websites and send you there own cheap and nasty version buyers beware you will not get what the pictures show I have uploaded the dress what they are selling and what they sent me waste of money”

“I had buy a jackets and t-shirt but they only send my jacket with different size it doesn’t fit for me and they deducted my money but couldn’t send my t-shirt i tries lots of time to contact them but they didn’t response me I emailed them but they didn’t reply.Is anyone help me on that ?? This light in the box is Scammed please never buy anything from it.”

“I recently purchased $174 worth of merchandise from this company. When I received the shipment, after waiting an extended period of time past the estimated delivery date, there was no packing list. I did not receive a packing list, a receipt, return instructions, etc…. Nothing. Even though I read the measurements the clothes were made too short waisted. The elastic waist was in the middle of my ribs. I shipped the merchandise back to the address on the box as anyone would do. The company does not want to refund any of my money even though I have proof of delivery to their warehouse. I would never purchase anything from this company and would suggest you look somewhere else to purchase clothing. Look for an establishment with better fitting clothing that doesn’t have hidden agendas and wants to keep your merchandise and your money.”

“This website is pure scam, fraud. I ordered 3 t-shirts and only one looked like the picture, even one of the other two should have had a v-neck but had round neck. Also the materials were wrong, they said it was cotton but it was mainly sinthetic with a bit of cotton. And they were not cheap! Dont buy from this website”

“Impossible to contact this company. Impossible to return goods Goods are shoddy - very poorly put together - sizes bear no resemblance to sizing on website NEVER use this company - a total rip off. i wish i had read the reviews before i had bought the goods as i would NEVER have done so.”

“This is the worst company I have ever purchased clothing from. I ordered two white, so called ‘hiking’ jackets in different sizes as I had heard there were sizing issues. The items arrived separately on different dates. I hardly know where to start with my opinion of these items. The photo’s were very appealing, pure white and smart. In reality the items were made of shockingly thin, shoddy, off colour cheap, polyester fabric and the drawstrings to the hood and along the hem were a cheap off white/dirty grey rope. These jackets, if you could accept the off white dirty colour was also thin polyester, summer weight, lined with cheap dress lining, no padding or quilting for warmth. Definitely not ‘Hiking/Winter’ weight. I applied to return the jackets, and was told that returns to China proved not be cost effective and would I like a ‘reward’ of 20% !! No I think not. I am £76 out of pocket…do not use this company !!”

“Disappointing support service I really liked what was on offer so was really disappointed when the clothing didn't fit. Turns out the company are aware their sizes come up small. No problem, I'll just exchange it. No, it doesn't work like that unfortunately, they offer a 30 percent refund despite the fact I reported the problem the day after receipt. Shame, won't be using them again.”

“I ordered some tee shirts, trousers, rugged boots and bag from this company that arrived only yesterday after a month. The quality were nothing pictured on their website. Cheap tatty and extremely poor quality and I will wage a personal Campaign for the world to be aware about this company’s malpractices as my experience is similar to a lot in these reviews; shocking and utter shambles. Their returns policy is a disgrace and they should not be allowed to trade or even register on the stock market. Amazon or other online companies out there will make mockery of these lot. I believe I have been duped but trust me, I will not rest until the world is aware what a bunch of cowboys these are. Please avoid them at all cost as all their products are completely different from what is advertised on their website. My rugged cowboy boots was plastic and cheap soles and my grandma could run in them. My 3D tee shirts were advertised as cotton but these were cheap oversized synthetic. My carry over should bad was advertised as leather but turned out to be cheap imitation. If there were ratings of extremely poor I would have given to these bunch of jokers. NEVER TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. MISLEADING BUNCH”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a dress for my mom for my son's wedding with expedited shipping. I chose a size THEY listed. It was NOT a custom order. After 10 days it still had not shipped. After I inquired they told me it would ship 4 days AFTER the wedding. So obviously I had to cancel the order. They wouldn't listen and only refunded me HALF of what I paid!!! They kept saying I had a custom order. I never sent them measurements! I spent $160 that included $30 shipping and their solution is to refund me half??? I can't even afford to buy my mother another outfit now.”

“Received item no labels cheap fabric ordered small would fit large nothing like photo. Could get refund through PayPal but return postage not covered so not worth wasting more money and time returning garment with a possible no refund .would never recommend this company will just throw out where it belongs in the rubbish.”

“The pictures are not accurate, you don't get what you see in the picture. It's a big scam, don't spend your money here at all. It's simply not worth it. The owners of this company should be ashamed, they only want your money but don't deliver what you paid for. Rather shop at shien. It's more worth it.”
