Ordered 4 shirts which arrived in reasonable time...However major issue with wrong size being sent...Trying to return these and gain full refund is impossible as it's going to cost the same again PLUS customs charges to send them back to China, despite marking parcel as RETURN CARGO....Its cheaper to lose £54.00 than to pay additional taxes. SHOCKING COMPANY, THE SHIRTS WILL BE BURNED, WATCH OUT FOR UPLOADED VIDEO TO TIKTOK @gdhboorach

VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. The picture of the product they sell is very attractive and has a fancy bracket which is not on the item that they send, it is nowhere near as nice as the picture. They don’t respond to (polite) emails requesting help. My plumber said very bad quality and won’t last long. Beware of this cheap and deceitful company.

Not even worthy of one star, ordered dresses not fit for purpose no refund and no email. Disgraceful company avoid at all costs, refuse to refund and advise to gift poor quality to family

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are based in China so your delivery will be late. I began communicating with them when my order did not arrive as expected. They apologized, then asked that I wait another 10 days. I explained that this was not acceptable, that it would result in delivery post my event! Instead of creating a return label for when it arrived, they stopped communicating, saying that I had to await it's arrival before requesting a return. When I requested my return, I got a song and dance and was informed that I had to pay for shipping. To China? When you clearly have a Seattle address? No. Thank God for American Express who already credited my account. Ridiculous! Save yourself a headache!

The t shits I ordered and the Tops my partner ordered were total rubbish one item never arrived our complaints fell on deaf ears not even a reply. It is their loss as we will not ever use them again Just look at their reviews and you will see they are just a ripoff company with no customer service

Wouldnt recommend, and will never purchase clothing from this website ever again. Bought 3 cotton dresses, what I received were 3 cheap tacky polyester, badly & shoddily stitched dresses. Reverse of garments had no proper overlock stitching, no proper labels nor sizing, and Looked as if they'd been sewn by an amateur.The Coloures were awfull & design on fabric were terrible, nothing at all like what was depicted in the pictures.I ordered a total of 6 items, 3 pairs of shoes, they were cheaply made as well, but at least they got the sizes correct.Very very disappointed as I had ordered from lihght in the box in 2017 & I got exactly what I ordered. The ballet shoes were very well & neatly made of canvas & swede, The ballet practise shoe I received this time were made of cloth. Makes me wonder if this is the same "light in the box"!!! I:am 75 years old & dont want hassel of having to pay to return the shoes & clothing as i did pay extra for delivery. An utter waste of money.

Was told item would be delivered within 3 days. Received 10 days later. Too late for what I needed the bag for. No point even trying to return as that would cost more than the item. Be aware you have to return to China at your own expense. An absolute con. Would never never recommend

Received 2 wigs from Light in the box, which looked nothing like the wigs that were advertised, one actually looked as though it was already worn. There were no tags on either of them. I couldn't use either of them so on the day they arrived, asked for a refund: 1. they sent approximately 9/10 emails asking for photographs, then said they wanted photographs that showed the entire wig, then continued to suggest additional photographs. (stalling tactic) 2. next they offered me 20% of $53.00 and I needed to return the wigs. 3. Long story short - after contacting my card processor to fight the case for me, I returned the wigs - all the way to China (had to photograph the post office custom forms and receipt) which cost me $27.00. They DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPMENT. 4. Lost $27.00, but one my case for the refund & learned a good lesson. NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! unless you have $$ to kiss goodbye.

I ordered a love heart ashes holder for my niece to put some of her mum’s ashes in.The heart came without the funnel and applicator.I contacted them via message to see what could be done and was totally ignored even though it said I would be contacted within the hour. I had ordered the same item for other members of my family from other sites which came with a card,funnel,applicator,chain to wear it on and a lovely little bag to put it in.In my parcel from this company I received a love heart for the same price. I will never use this company again.

Dresses were very bad quality and when I asked for a refund, they said to keep them and sell them to my friends! I wouldn't do that even if they were being given away. Sent them back, which cost me £21 and I had to provide so much information it was ridiculous. Still not had any response or refund. Avoid this company at all costs....they are, in my opinion, dodgy and unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs.

AVOID< AVOID< AVOID Light in the box. Products are poor quality, customer service is extremely poor. Returns and refunds are impossible. There is nothing good to say about this appalling company. I wish I had never ordered from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Light in the Box, their website is amazing, the clothes are cheap however as the cliche goes You Get What You Pay For, in this instance I got two items that were only fit for the recycling bin. Poor quality and if you are not happy with the quality, or fit, then it is up to you to pay the postage costs to China...which will cost far more than your item of clothing will be worth!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Light in the Box, their website is amazing, the clothes are cheap however as the cliche goes You Get What You Pay For, in this instance I got an item that was only fit for the recycling bin. Poor quality and if you are not happy with the quality, or fit, then it is up to you to pay the postage costs to China...which will cost far more than your item of clothing will be worth!

Tried to send my purchases back told me it would cost me too much to return them & I would be better off keeping them even though they do not fit well . I didn’t realise it was to be returned to China 😳

**Do not order from this company. ***They sent me the wrong size Jacket and when I asked them to send me the correct size or refund me, they declined. They will take your money with to return/ exchange policy.. Do not order from here.

Ordered a dress to my uk size . It arrived , never the same size I ordered . Now they refuse to take it back saying it was custom made , absolute nonsense. I clicked on uk size . They suggested the best solution was to give the dress to a Friend. I paid them over £100 of my hard earned cash and they have cheated me out of it . NEVER buy clothes from them .

The sunflower artificial flowers are not as advertised they're a very poor version the outer leafs fell of I would not recommend the flowers at all this company is not good
