I ordered a dress it didn't fit so I wrote to the company and asked how to return it. I was told to send the dress back at my expense and IF it had the tags on it and was not worn then I would get my refund back well low and behold the dress had no tags on it when I received it. I have tried numerous times to explain this to them and was offered a precent of what I paid towards something else. Hello you ripped me off once I'm not doing it again. So don't waste your money on them they do NOT Stand by there return policy and you can't return the stuff cause it has no tags on it.

I did a search for a very specific item I've had before, and it came up as available on LightInTheBox, and for a good price. After the slowest delivery I've had in years, the WRONG ITEM arrived. Similar, yes. I did not want a similar substitute. There is a reason I ordered exactly what I ordered. Light In The Box failed on all accounts. Also, they started spamming me as soon as my order went in, such delights as clothing to make my butt look bigger, so they're blocked now. Miserable shopping experience, but the price was low enough it's not worth fighting to get it back, so I guess they win, unless you read this and don't give them your business.

Pleas please why does it rate 59% recommend this ompany and it gets three stars have i yet too see more than 1 star reviews and of those most would give 0 or minus stars if they could ?

I ordered dance shoes from this company and they sent me a pair of men’s shoes! I emailed them saying they had sent me the wrong item and they offered me a part refund if I would keep them as it was a lot of time and effort to return them!! Why would I keep a pair of men’s shoes I don’t need! It took weeks of emails back and forth to get the postage refunded to me and eventually a refund for the shoes I originally ordered. The whole process was so stressful and it took weeks of me constantly sending emails to get my money back. I will never recommend or use this company again

Ordered 2 lovely phone cases that stated they fit my phone model. Took weeks to arrive, then not only were both much too small, but one even had the camera holes in the wrong place. Because I had opened the packaging in order to try my phone in the new case, I cannot return them, and even if I could I would have to pay postage back. I shall never order anything from Light in the Box ever again

It is a disgrace ...... sent 3 items £254 and when they came one dress was too big all 3 ordered size 12 one size was an 18 one was a 6 and final 8... then the insult is they make far too difficult to send back after 2 months still do not know where it came from.. yet they have still got my money all a deliberate ploy. Strike them off your list Ladies.

Just received 3 dresses. They did not look like the ones online. The material is horrible. I ordered a size 14 because I could have it altered to fit if needed. I don't think the dresses I got are a size 6. So they have good online marketing -clever them and stupid me for buying without going online and reading reviews. There is another site with better reviews, but the spelling is bad and the grammer not good ( so probably the sellers had those reviews done). I have learned my lesson. Thank goodness for credit card companies and their dispute centers! Sorry to post I had to hit a star. No stars should be allowed for this company.

APPALLING APPALLING - deceitful scam of a company. Idea: Order items that look lovely in the pics and are uk seller & stock. Reality: cheap substandard tat from China. Scam: they offer you 50% off - which you refuse as its tat. They insist on tracked return to China (costs c. £50) to get refund. You’re stuck & they have your money !

I ordered a smart watc that does not work. On the same day I received it I informed them. They said that I had to pay shipping to China (instead of the US, where it came from), and it would be more than the cost of the clock (US$61). They offered me $25 as reward or $19 refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY To all who is thinking of purchasing from this website. I advise you not to buy anything from them. I purchased a car hoover it broke down after 5 minutes use. I contacted customer service about 6 times requested a return address for a refund.They wanted a video which I sent about 3 times, they could not upload it. An EXCUSE not to refund me. I’m left now with a pile of rubbish that doesn’t work and it wasn’t cheap.

I ordered two shirts, both the same size. They took very long to get here. I didn't know the order was coming from China. One had a head hole that a child's head could not fit through. I asked to return the shirt. Customer service asked me to take a photo with a tape measure! I did this, and sent the photo. They then gave me three options. #1 Return the shirt for a refund, but I had to pay shipping costs to China, which cost as much, or more than the shirt itself. #2 Keep the shirt and get $15 credit in their store on another item #3 Keep the shirt and they would give you $10 back. None of these seem fair for a defective shirt that I can't even pull over my head. But since I never want to order from them again, I decided to take the $10 back and cut my losses. I am still waiting for the $10 to appear on my credit card. Don't order from this company. The quality of the product is awful. If the product is defective, you can not get a full refund. This means, they can send you junk and you have no recourse. It is a scam

Not even 1 star! After ordering I realised I entered a wrong digit in my email address, I’ve tried to contact customer services 3 times left messages with my wrong and right email. I ordered the dress 9/10 days ago, still not here an no reply from customer services! Rip off company terrible customer service, that’s if they’re even real. Oh but they’ve took the money out my bank! Robbers

Please, please, do not use this company. Impossible to locate return information, goods are the worst I’ve ever come across. Clothing arrived not as advertised. Email addresses do not exist. Really not sure how this outfit is surviving. I’m unable to process a return as their web site is on a carousel consistently going to questions and answers.

Do not order from this company. Very poor quality clothes and took ages to arrive. They will not accept returns and offered me 10% refund without sending the dresses back. Lost £60

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. Even though I ordered a standard size they said it was custom and would not take a return. Never ever ever again. You shouldn't either.

Ordered bike clothes. Came more than a month after their corfied ship date. Clothes were poor quality also were stitched incorrectly that would not fit but they would not take it back for exchange. Looks like rejects but are sent as new. Don’t buy from this company! Real rip off!!
