We'd like to help you return the 2 paintings back for a full refund at our expense. We did not want to bring you so much troubles. But we indeed could not accept a package returned by Expedited shipping (such as DHL). According to our experience, the package returned by the Expedited shipping will finally be held by the Customs, instead of delivering to us. This is why we need you to return the order via the post office and remark it as gift. Hope you understand it. However, I truly value you as our customer and do really want to help you.
