“The candles have worked as advertised. The dim/bright feature is negligible with no difference between the settings and the candle flicker mode is very fake looking. That said as an accent light they work just fine. I use them in wall sconces in the four corners of a room for which the remote is great. The shipping was also excellent I ordered on a Friday and had them Monday”

“I LIKE THE CANDLE STICKS VERY MUCH AND WILL BE ORDERING OTHERES SOON MY NEGATIVE COMMENT HAS TO DO WITH THE PACKAGE/INSTRUCTIONS. THE BACKING IS CHARTREUSE BUT THE LETTERING IS W H I T E AND IS BARELY READABLE. YOU HAVE OTHER INFO THERE BUT IN BLACK; WHY CANT YOU PRINT IN BLACK TOTALLY IF THERE IS INFO TO BE HIGHLIGHTED DO IT IN RED OR A DIFFERENT SCRIPT.”

“Lights.com provides a limited selection of specialty lighting products at very economical prices. I have generally found their products to be exactly as advertised, and a good value. Their customer service has been polite and responsive. Recommended if you need specialty lighting, especially decorative LED lighting, battery-operated candles, and the like.”

“Expedite the filling of the order from receipt of order to shipping. Most places I deal with ship next day after receipt of order. Otherwise service was fine and package nicely packed .”

“You issued us a refund BEFORE any explanation as to which product or why we received the refund. We did not receive any email from you that a product was no longer available or discontinued. We called you on another product we did receive and in that conversation found out that another item was no longer available and that was the reason for the refund. We appreciate the prompt refund but emailing us a reason beforehand would have been more appreciated. Your customer service was helpful when we called and needed to return items. Very easy I hope for returns as well as refunds. Still waiting to make sure you received items returned via UPS as we followed your instructions but to date, have not received another refund or note that you received items.”

“I love he light we got and the bulbs are super nice looking too. The price was good too. Overall great experience. The only downside was that one of the bulbs showed up not working. I emailed customer service and hopefully they will send another one.”

“Two of the votives were completely unusable. It was not because of the batteries-- they were fine. Also, the quality of the set of 12 votives were of very poor quality. I have purchased a number of votives from many different companies and this one--even at its sale price is one I would not purchase again. I emailed Lights.com and they immediatly”
