“Purchased some items which unfortunately did not suit my body shape. Recently had a baby and trying to adjust to my new shape. I will admit I didn’t not read the returns policy before purchasing to which I then realised there was a no refunds and only store credit policy. I attempted to find alternative items however as the items are all similar styles and fabrics I knew I would not be happy with any other items. I appealed to their ‘Customer Support’ to politely ask if they could make an exception and provide a refund, however I received an automated email advising that they would only allow store credit. Now I am unable to afford to try to purchase new clothes elsewhere and will have to try to cope with the clothes I have now. Order No. #44942”

“First time ordering through this company/ website. Beautiful clothing with a label that i have purchased before but from a different website. Ordered a dress, way oversized (sizing chart and reviews all considered before purchase), not enough sizes to exchange or re-order. As a first order received 15% off - which is Great and why i purchased something. Only store credit available however the store credit doesnt cover the cost of a new purchase + shipping (because of the initial 15% discount), Unless looking at SALE items but then there isn't enough sizes available in SALE items either. Disappointed, considering keeping it and gifting it to someone as returning to purchase something else will cost me more money. Shipping returns also a little unclear - did the right thing to select that i had purchased with a discount and it was going to cost me $9.60 out of pocket to return. Had to contact them via online chat to discover that the "full priced item" option needed to be selected for a no cost return.”

“My first time online shopping with Lilac and Mila and I was delighted with the easy ordering, the quick delivery to rural Vic. Their range of fashion is amazing and sooo many lovely dresses to chose from. I am so happy with my purchase being the beautiful Jasse gardenia print in the midi dress. The pattern is so pretty however not too bold , the fit is perfect being a “mature” lady it so comfortable and flattering. I purchased the large as I am usually between a 14 and 16 . The length is perfect and a true midi on a shorter woman. Thankyou Lilac and Mila I look forward to shopping with you again.”
