Called three different times to get additional CPAP supplies. The third time I asked someone to call me back. After getting supplies from them for 8 years I am no longer a customer. Terrible customer service at the local branch in Norton VA and trying to get help from the call center. My last request for a password reset never showed up.

Shipping is awful. Like they say 1-3 days and it's like 5 minimum. Not good when you wait for food for the month and are out. Def do not recommend

Reading these reviews and having had my own horrible experience, I can't understand why this company is still in business. It's not as if they are selling candy bars. Their customers need life-saving supplies and equipment. Have they no morals?

By far the WORST medical equipment supply company I have ever had to deal with. As a cancer patient I reached my insurance catastrophic cap in April and insurance now pays %100 of my bills. For some reason Lincare can't seem to get this figured out and continues to bill me. I have tried to call but no one ever answers the phone. I have called the Patient Advocate Team numerous times and they are absolutely WORTHLESS. First time I discussed my billing issues with them and was put on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for a billing rep to join us, only to have the call disconnected. Second call resulted in the patient advocate trnasfering my call to a number that rang, unanswered for over 5 minutes and disconnected. Third call no one answered after remaining on hold for 20 minutes. Do WHATEVER you must to USE ANOTHER medical equipment supply company. STAY AWAY FROM LINCARE!!!!!!!!!!

Management of this company should be ashamed that patients in need of critical equipment and supplies have to put up with the nightmare that they call customer care.

It has been 9 weeks since they received the order for my CPAP. However, each time I call I get a different excuse of why I have not received it yet. And that is after 20+ minutes of being on hold and typical being transferred at least 3 times. Ridiculous and poorly managed company.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Lincare of Monroe, LA lied, did not return phone calls and were totally unprofessional. I would advise if there are other companies available, to avoid this one!

Cannot get ahold of anyone thier.They never answer phone! You spend so much time on phone until you just give up ! Poor customer service !

In the past 5-6 months, I have had to call 5 times to get an explanation of my first months bill and wait a total of 246 minutes before I could speak with some, I have received the incorrect equipment 3 times, I have been lied to by a member of the escalation team, who identified herself as Emily, I have been waiting for a piece of equipment for 8 days that I was assured was being overnighted or 2nd-day air, only to find out today, when I called again, that it is not being sent. This company is a nightmare. You would think that they would understand that a CPAP machine and its supplies are medically necessary items and not just something frivolous being ordered. The lack of concern for the patients they serve is appalling.

I have to use a CPAP machine and on my third try to find a nasal pillow that would fit my nose I was given the wrong size and have been unable to use my CPAP for well over a month now. I contacted Lincare of Hattisburg Mississippi three times and my call was never returned. I am a truck driver and I am unable to drive a truck without my cpap so it’s going to prevent me from earning a living and I don’t think Lincare cares.
