Horrendous company! I started using a CPAP machine in July. They have never registered my CPAP machine with my insurance. I’m trying to use their Online portal to reorder My CPAP device ..I’ve reached out so many times online to chat or called people in person …I work full-time I’m busy too! and reaching out to these people is like pulling teeth. If I could afford to purchase a CPAP machine and buy my products without having any use with this Company due to my insurance I would!

Went to the North Kansas City office to exchange nebulizer that quit working. The woman there was one of the rudest people I've ever met. They gave me a nebulizer without a box. The rude woman should not be in customer service.

Worst company EVER!!!! Bad communication Bad customer service ( more like customer disservice) On hold forever if you call They call and tell you to call only to sit on hold forever Company sucks!!’ Highly recommend to find some else if you have a choice!!!!!!!!!! CEO must not care about this company at all!!

Slammed me with $1200 in charges for several orders that they told me were covered by my insurance guidelines. All the items were much cheaper on Amazon without insurance (literally a fraction of their price) and I only ordered from them because it was "insured". Never sent a bill even though my billing address was same as my shipping address, so I didn't know the charges were accumulating. Abusive collections representative.

I would rather score them with Less than 1/4 star, to be honest. Lincare is the worst company I have ever dealt with for medical needs. I work in the healthcare industry and can not believe that Lincare is even allowed to do business in healthcare. Why was I sent to Lincare to receive my CPAP machine? I have no idea. But I do know that their billing system is corrupt and fraudulent. They are very unprofessional, rude and should be investigated by the insurance companies that they are billing. I have found more mistakes and mischarged amounts as well as receiving, and I quote, "delayed invoices due to a billing error on their end". My machine was picked up, by a male delivery driver, unannounced and with no prior contact to let me know that they were going to pick up the machine. Or that I was out of compliance with the use of the machine (never mentioned there was an expected amount of use either) Then 6 months later I receive invoices totally $500 that they claim I owe. My deductible was already met and their billing does not match the invoices that we received earlier in the year. I am reporting this scam of a company to the CMS and BBB. CROOKS and CRIMINALS!!!!

If you have other options, I recommend choosing any service EXCEPT Lincare. The representatives in Missouri and Kansas are rude and may hang up if you ask them to confirm the address where they will send equipment. I just ordered supplies, and the woman who took my order clearly needs to find a different job, as her skills seem to lie in other areas.

2 weeks ago went to local office. My mom needs a walker. Called and agent hung up on me for asking about delay in getting anything done STILL NO CALL ABT getting a walker

I set up direct billing and my bill has never been the same and I’ve had my CPAP since April and I’ve not received any supplies for it. I’ve been just buying it online. I’m not sure what I’m paying for and they won’t send me a bill and my local one won’t answer my questions and the customer service desk doesn’t help answer any of my questions either.

Cannot get right size mask.Lincare in Slidell Louisiana not managed right.Workers never know what is going on.Ready to call my insurance to put in complaint against this company.I can see why Lincare has such poor reviews.

My brother had a portable oxygen machine thru Lincare. The machine stopped working in July. The company picked it up for repair. It’s now November and still have not received it back. We have called numerous times and have been told the inventory is low and doing their best to replace it. Spoke with a customer advocate today and gave us a case number. He told us that it has to go thru steps until we see any results. How much longer will his take? Terrible company.

If you contact Lincare of Port Richey FL do NOT work with Amanda. She’s rude and doesn’t appear to want to work. Talking to her on the phone can make a person very frustrated. She does not want to provide any help to her Customers that pay her salary. If she doesn’t like her job maybe she needs to be fired or removed from talking to customers.

Lincare has been paid by me as well as my insurance. Double billed, double paid. Have been trying for months to get reimbursement, but cannot get response. Phone calls take hours, and I get transwferred numerous times, then disconnected. Promises to "get back with me" are nevver fulfilled. They have a history of lawsuits: Fraudulent overbilling of Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans

If I could give 0 I would. This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. As someone with severe apnea it's been over 3 weeks of me going back and forth leaving countless messages and these people don't even have enough respect for their customers to call them back. I have tried daily calling doctors office, insurance companies only to find out lincare failed. Breathing machines I can't even go into detail about not having any properly working supplies. It's exhausting. I wasn't giving a call back until Lee decides to call me back. He simply lied about even doing any paperwork. He still to this day hasn't sent any supplies. The company called me back tonight after 6pm. Get this the lady says she doesn't know why she even called me. I'm so freaking passed off it's Friday now what do I do?

Do not deal with Lincare. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Their billing is fraudulent at best. Their customer service is horrible. They cannot answer any question, other than you own them money. But can’t tell you why. We are dealing with charges from 2years ago. No invoices ever sent. Can’t even find EOB’s for insurance purposes. It is evident that they created bills out of the blue. Stay away from them at all costs!!!
