Long story short: They sent me the wrong headgear and are refusing to either reimburse me for the charge or send the correct one. Whole story: I've been using Lincare for years, getting the same headgear for the entire time. A few orders ago, I was shipped a different style. It fit so I figured the old one was just discontinued. On my last order, they sent a strap that did not fit. I called and was told to send it back for a replacememt. I did and they sent a box full of nose pillows that weren't in the right size. I called again and was told to send it back for a replacement. I did and they then sent me a frame not the strap. I called again, was told to send it back and when I called, I was told by a rep from the Escalation Resolution Team that they would not send me a replacement. Even though she admitted that the new headgear should never have been sent in the first place, that they still carried the original headgear and the new strap was "universal". I don't know what she means by that . The strap doesn't fit. She says that she won't send a replacement since she claims that I never sent the wrong strap back. Which doesn't make sense for a few reasons. First of all, they obviously got the strap back as they tried to send a replacement for it. Two, why do they even care since they can't sell opened medical equipment to someone new. And three, this is really how they treat a costumer of this many years. They admit the gear should never have been changed, they admit that you sent the wrong strap for this gear THREE TIMES and they're still reusing to replace it?

Unbelievable, 02 cylinder was never refilled no pickup no return phone calls, left messages several times with no response. After 16 months I returned cylinder myself 75 miles away. The person at the office had feet up on desk totally clueless . I would give a 0 if possible . What joke

Watch out doing business with this company. Walk away if not your in for a lot of headaches..Hires unprofessional people to fraudulently bill you and threatening a credit deduction on your credit reports .. Walk away

They appear unconcerned if I live or die. Fort Collins CO. Waiting a week and four phone calls later to find out why they don't show up as they promised they would and refill my oxygen tanks. More stories I can tell. But that is the recent one They are great in Alamosa CO. But not Fort Collins CO.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. I sent my daughter-in-law to have my tanks filled on this past Tuesday the 5th and they opened at 8:30am. My daughter-in-law was told she had to call before she could have them filled but they did fill them but the girl Roxanne continued to berate her for not calling in first which we were not aware of. No one helped her with getting the tanks in to have them filled. They did however help her get the filled tanks to her car. When I find another oxygen company I will drop them like a hot potato. Tired of them not being able to help a customer when they need help. Have had many problems with this particular Lincare.

Dr. Ordered ordered medical equipment on August 17th. I just had surgery and needed this equipment. Got a call on the 18th they had sent my info to Indiana instead of Louisville. Finally got another call on Tuesday August 22nd. They would get ahold of the respiratory therapist and call me back. Today is August 30th and they have never reached back out and it's basically 2 weeks. I wonder if they are still talking to the therapist?

Lincare should make products better that are covered by Medicaid to force medicade to cover better products my daughter had to replace tubingt wice already and she has Cerebal palsy and seizer disorder.She has severe sleep apnea and cannot go without this tubing.The tubing rips very easily in the same place .Make your products better to force Medicade to pay for it

I would not ever do business with lincare ever again. They will immediately start sending you supplies if you got a CPAP machine from them. The prices are ridiculous. I went through three masks before I got one that fit me and I was charged for all three. Good luck trying to make sense out of their bills. They will bill you for a CPAP mask and then code it as your deductible. I'm not sure why my insurance( health alliance plan )allows this .... Also the whole sleep apnea thing is quite a scam. You will never truly know if you have sleep apnea or if the doctors and the healthcare companies just want in your pockets

Your company must train your people to make sure you make your customers to go in circles when it comes to CPAC supplies. And from what I hear from doctors you do the same to them. Your only interest is the $$$$$$$$$$$$ you make from the insurance companies.

I recieved a call from cpap to see if l needed any suppliesI told them NO, that I had ordered on line with a much lower cost.Guess what!,I recieved a full order, I called to clear matter up a d to get Return label.I was assured that I would get one via gmail.I CALLED ON NUMEROUS TIMES whenI did not get a label.I have been put on hold, hung up on until I recieved a 60 day delinquent notice. Again I called and finally I received a label. I Taped the box and drove 60 miles to Russelvillie to return via Ups .guess what, today I received another bill. I spoke with Joan who put me on hold and was told a refund would be adjusted.

Customer service is awlful. Dont give them your credit card as they randomly charge items and send them to you. Still fighting them on charging me for items that i did not want or didnt recieve. Get your supplies from Amazon with less hassel.

Office staff was quick to set up pog rental for my wife. Was delivered filthy to be used as medical device. After a complaint they replaced with a clean device that had the wrong charger cord. Device threw an error message saying maint. was due still waiting 3 weeks later for service on a medical device! Service provided in my opinion is criminal.

Customer service is awful. I’ve been hung up on several times by the general customer service line. I’ve called my service rep’s direct line multiple times (and left messages) and after 9 days of trying to contact him, he finally answered his phone. I’ve sent emails and called and response time was terrible. I’ve waited one month with no contact from my service rep. My order for a wheelchair started on March 19 and as of June 29 my insurance still doesn’t have paperwork from Lincare to process my wheelchair claim. I’m struggling to get around my home and in desperate need of a chair. I will not use this company again and suggest no one uses them for wheelchairs or scooters.

Gave 1 star because had to give something. First--they sent my machine to the wrong address-TWICE. I only got it because employee at location looked me up on facebook and contacted me! THEN they sent me the CHEAPEST, most ineffective mask I've ever seen, and I've seen MANY. It's 1:36AM and I can't sleep. The mask keeps falling off. I looked forward to getting and using this CPAP machine and I can't. I'm tired and frustrated and lincare is the WORST.

I have no problem with their supplies but their customer service is at best incompetent, and at worst manipulative and malicious. Not only do they call and email multiple times daily until you reorder supplies, but when you ignore their calls they just keep calling and when you call them back to say, no thank you I have sufficient supplies for 90 days they ask when they should call again.. so I said 90 days Hung up and I got another email immediately telling me it's time to reorder supplies. It's as if they're saying if you call to complain we're just going to do it more.

If you value your life or the lives of your family DO NOT use this company. They do not provide oxygen supplies timely for oxygen dependent patients. It is unclear how they have not been sued for their negilience. How a medical equipment company could treat vulnerable people with such disregard for their health and safety is shameful. Most people should complain to their insurnace and maybe our insurance would stop using them and find an alternative that does not endanger the lives of our families and loved ones.

Since retiring from the military I changed healthcare and no longer receive or use CPAP supplies from Optigen also known as Lincare. I turned in this equipment 9/1/2022 and the company continues to bill both my insurance and myself for equipment no longer in possession. I have reported insurance fraud with my medical coverage provider and opened a BBB claim that has went unanswered to date. When contacting the Optigen/Lincare I’m frequently bounced around departments from billing to supply and one customer service agent to another as the agents behave clueless in an attempt to collect fraudulent funds from a permanent disable veteran to continue to monetize their business. I sincerely hope that the insurance providers will seize to use Optigen/Lincare as one the approved CPAP suppliers and they do not have the best interest of Veterans in mind. All customer service agents I have spoken to since 9/1/2022 have fabricated actions they took on my account, to include returning equipment, refund for overpayment and continue to bill for supplies today 5/18/2022 9 months after equipment was turned in. This has been a frustrating experience as they send letters of past due amounts for unauthorized équipement.

If I could give less than one star I would. They sent a tech who had never done the repair necessary for my dad's concentrator. Also sent her with no tools for the repair. My elderly father read the instructions and provided her the necessary equipment to fix it. His mobile unit needed a repair. The substitute unit was supposed to last four hours and it lasted one. He ran out of air while doing errands. The substitute's replacement did the same thing. One hour!! These are just a few of the dangerous practices this company has done in the last three weeks. They take forever to fix anything. Shoddy equipment. Terrible company who does not care about sick people. Go elsewhere.

The manager is a dirty, rotten liar who doesn't give a rat's ass about patients' health or well being. Had to fight since Feb 23 to get them to look at my CPAP. In March, my appt came and went- rep never showed. I had to contact their troubleshooting number who got them to Come back and get the machine. Unfortunately ny autistic. Son accidentally answered the door and the dog ran out. Rep ran in fear and told her boss she wasn't coming back. I prepared the Ring Cam footage to show that the dog RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE and was no where near her. The finally agreed to come back. They rep came and picked it up from the front steps. I was told they would contact me in a few days. A week later, no call. When I called, they Said bubbles in the chanbee were normal. I said that's freaking awesome but ITS THE HUMIDIFIER THAT BROKE. What a bunch of IDIOTS. First of April they said have doc send a new order, which they did. Lincare denied getting it when I called 2 weeks later. Doc called again ans finally, Lincare said they got it. April 20th they then said no they didn't have order. I called on April 24th and they said they got the order (eyeroll) and sent it to get authorized to insurance. It is May 3 and I called the insurance company. Lincare. In a shocking turn of events, NEVER SUBMITTED it. You can't reach these bridge trolls on the phone because they are too smug to bother to answer. I haven't had my capacity since FEBRUARY because of these incompetent MORONS. I have a very high capacity for bull rap as a middle school teacher but these idiots take the cake. My insurance company is helping me find a new company and I hope these idiots all get what they deserve. Do you know that people can get AFIB from being without their cpap?? My heart has been fluttering lately. I have fallen asleep at work. I can't FUNCTION. Someone needs to take over these people. Stay away!

This is a TERRIBLE company to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!! Do not let hospitals talk you into using this company. The billing department is taking advantage of customers and the wait time to talk to a real person was 30 minutes. The guy that delivered the equipment had no idea what he was doing and was not helpful at all when explaining how to use the equipment.
