Worst server in albuquerque new mexico lincare. Put orders in three weeks ahead for oxygen concentrator and tanks before trip. When I got to hotel my supplies where not there. I called them. There answer was we don't have a driver to bring your stuff. If you what then you come to office to get them I said that not going to happen. I'm 77 years old and can hardly get around and they what me to pick it up. Finally I called there office in Florida. They got it straight. Now when it was time to leave .I called them to pick the stuff up. Again there answer was we don't have anyone to pick the concentrator and air tanks up. This is crazy how albuquerque lincare treat people. SMH

Im warning you do use LinCare …I was lied to several times about what my Insurance would allow I paid out of pocket for years still wasnt eligible for the equipment I wanted year after they would make promises and then come up with another excuse …I finally switched companies getting everything I need and Insurance is Covering it! I feel so Blessed that I have an Amazing Company now!!!

Lincare is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I have spent over 80 hours on the phone attempting to straighten out my bills and invoices. I would be more than happy to pay my bill once they can itemize and show me what they are billing me for. Most calls have taken at least an hour and sometimes over two. Two invoices showed that they billed me for items that sent incorrectly. After ten hours of calls to return and get the correct consumables I gave up and just ordered what I needed and paid out of my pocket. I was sent to collections for a past un-itemized bill. I spoke with the agent at the collection agency and voiced my concerns Lincare’s billing me without an itemized invoice. I then went over my notes including the dates, times and conversations with Lincare representatives. The collections agent said I’m not surprised and this is wrong and that he would make notes and send everything back to Lincare. I waited two months without hearing from Lincare so I attempted (multiple times again) to get an itemized bill and pay it. I was told by a Lincare representative that the had a computer problem early in the year (2023) and they were unable to supply me with a itemized bill but I owe the money. I’m finished with this company. Think twice before you do any business with them and keep notes. At this point I’m more than happy to hire representation and see what a judge thinks about a company and how they can continually waste my time. I feel I should be able to bill them for the amount of effort I have put into this. LINCARE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THIS FASION.

First of all the company is based in Georgia and you cant talk to a real person without a half hour or more wait. Second is that are only hear for the money and dont care about customers I showed up 15 min early to pick up a C-Pap, out of respect. I waited a half hour to be seen. I just about walked out after saying hello! The problem was they were having remote repair to the computer and had to respond to the guy working on it. I guess it takes two people to handle the task? Go with Fairview Med Ctr for your Medical Supply's!!!

Never ever use this company for any medical equipment needs The worst and I mean the worst company you’ll ever deal with as they continue to lie have incompetent and uneducated people working for them Constantly proving wrong equipment and constantly lying that they’ll take care of it which never happens This has been going over 3 months cancelled the contract and they continue to bill both me and Medicare People you’ve been warned also read reviews on this company as people say pretty much the same things Jeff P Peoria, AZ

They frequently ship the wrong size equipment; have LOOOONG phone wait times, poor customer service and declining equipment quality.

This company is a scam. Terrible customer service. I have two insurance coverage. Lincare never send claim to insurance company, instead send me $450 bill for CPAP, the reason: the usage does not reach threshold. I call 3 times ask help because unable to use properly in the night. Only receive one call back, told me to call my doctor. Then receive a nasty letter, told me to call my doctor for the issue I have, and keep telling me they will bill me I am not going to pay a penny, if you want to sue me, go ahead. I'd be more than happy let the court to hear this, if you want to send the bill to collector, go ahead.

They knowingly sent the wrong size headgear for a CPAP. When I called they said the company no longer makes the size I was using. Had to send everything back and find new company.

Most every time I have ordered something there are billing issues. Three times I have went ahead and paid the bill and months later I receive a refund for over payment. It’s been going on for over four years. Im done with this company.

My physician's office placed an order through Lincare. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I called and left a message. No response. I called back after a week. They claimed they needed something else faxed from the physician. The physician's office said they never received anything and contacted Linacre. After another week, I still hadn't heard anything. I called a spoke to someone who was "looking into my case" That was three weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. I ended up going with another company.

Recently my doctor placed a prescription for an oxygen concentrator for my home and a portable unit… the portable unit had to be ordered ( min 30 plus days ) I told them I did not want or need the home unit, never picked it up. Customer service is terrible and very poor use of the English language. This company should not be in the healthcare industry. Unfortunately they seem to have a very large following within the medical community. ( not sure why) they lie, there service is terrible, Medicare should investigate this company and there billing issues. Criminal !!

I called Lincare on Friday 12/13/2024 and told them my regulator was leaking oxygen in my carry around tank and all they did is replaced the small gasket I told them it wasn't the gasket. Called again today to inform them it was leaking around the gauge and they said I have to wait until Monday. I can't even leave home being afraid of running out of oxygen. They don't care about the well being of the patients as long as they get paid!

Signed up to receive supplies from Lincare. Before getting my supplies, the lady at the Belmont NH office said I need to drive 45 minutes to sign papers before receiving my first order of supplies. I asked if they got send them for me to sign and she said no. I need no appointment just stop and sing a few papers. So the day I was suppose to drive 45 minutes one way, I called to see if they do the electronic signature? I was put on hold and the lady from the previous conversation setting up my account got on the phone and with attitude, she said no! I had to drive there and sign the papers in person. I told her ok I was on my way. Getting to the office, I notice a sign on the door close from 12 to 12:30 for lunch. It was 12:26 and checked the door and it was open so o walked in. A lady from in an office yelled out if I need help and I said yes, I'm here to sign some papers for my supplies. Her tone immediately changed to, do you have an appointment? No, I was told I didn't need one to sign a few papers. Well I'm on lunch but I'll help you. If you want me to wait 3 minutes I can? She never said another word to me other than sign here, here, here and here. What a serious you know what! If I didn't need my supplies, I would have told her where she could go. On the way home I called my doctors office and told them what I just went through and asked to send a prescription to Reliable Respiratory in MA. I set up with them and guess what? I don't need to drive to MA to get my first order of supplies. I would never refer Lincare even to my enemies. The lady in Belmont was sooo unprofessional. It would be nice to know they care and contact her but I seriously doubt they will.

Very poorly run company. I can go on and on about the mistakes this company makes but I don't want to spend my time complaining about a business that hasn't fixed their problems over the 5 years I have used them. One saving grace is the drivers who do a fine job if they show up.

the worst out of stock on items, went back and received the wrong cpap items. called 24 reorder line to see if I could reorder in the future and told we have to speak on the phone every time (not required with my previous company) and then disconnected in the middle of the conversation!! This company is supposed to help you sleep but be prepared yo lose sleep dealing with them. choose any other company if you can!!

They sent my supplies to my old address and I had to pay over $40 to get them rerouted by UPS to my correct address. I've spoken with company and I've written to them and they dont even bother replying. I'm done with Lincare.

Lincare has been harassing me daily to renew my medical supplies. I get unsolicited lengthy voicemails everyday. I am not a patient of Lincare and have never been a patient. I am on the Do-Not-Call Registry as well - that doesn't stop them either. I have called and called them to stop harassing me...to no avail. I would never use a company that can't respect common courtesy or respect the law.

Worst company ever..... They are completely unorganized, their website is always down, you can't call because you wait over an hour to get someone. Its the only company in my area that I can use, but they SUCK... If you can go with a different provider do it.... RUN from Lincare.
