“Flavour is good. Portion size is decent. Variety is good. About 8 containers came cracked beyond being able to put them in the microwave. That was disappointing”

“Unfortunately the meals that I received have white areas of fat or gristle on the meat. It could also be that they were improperly stored because the shipment left LIvefit on Tuesday but was not delivered to my home until Thursday. It was also not delivered by Fed Ex/Purolator as set out in the email received but by a company called joeyco. It seemed that Livefit did was unaware that my shipment was not delivered on Tuesday and they promised it would arrive on Wednesday but it did not. Obviously I did not eat the meals and asked for a refund but the company has not responded to my emails showing very little concern for consumer safety.”

“I got the Keto package, the sausage dishes were my favourite. I was disappointed that my plastic covers were broken, worried about keeping it fresh. Not sure if it's because I had them stacked one on top of the other. I will order again, thank you.”

“I've been a purchaser for quite a few months now and, outside of one month where my order was missing something and two meals that I was outright allergic too, I couldn't be happier. I have even recommended it to coworkers.”

“Food is good and very convenient. The only complaint I have is the use of maybe a tad too much plastic. Customer support is amazing with this company too. Highly recommend”

“The meals are decent. It's a bit pricey, especially delivery fee. And my meals were delivered a week earlier than I wanted, and it didn't seem to be a big deal when I called about it. But it was their mistake. So I was not happy about that. Not sure I would order again.”

“First time ordering from LiveFit and my main concern with ordering was I did not receive certain meals I chose that I liked. I was really looking forward to getting fish and chicken pad Thai but when my Oder arrived I did not receive any”

“Customer service is horrible. Soups are okay. One meal out of seven was actually tasty. The rest were all just ground beef except for one chicken dinner which had Indian sauce which I explicitly said no Indian food or spices. When my delivery was delayed, the only reason I found out about the delay was because I had to contact them and then information was not easily forthcoming. No one answers the phone (I called several times).”

“Hello, First off I was happy with the delivery time it was 12hrs late but we had a pretty major snow storm so I was impressed with that. The food showed up fresh. I ordered 12 meals froze a few. The others did not keep in the fridge as long as advertised, that being said I wouldn't eat a meat dinner on day 5 anyway. Over all not bad will likely put on another order.”

“Livefit has the best food for any meal prep I have ever tried. The reason I have given them four stars instead of 5 stars is their customer service is poor. There has been times I try to inquireabout one product that was damaged in shipping and they rarely ever respond.”

“Great food. Excellent portion sizes as well as new and fresh flavours. Unlike other ready made meals that all taste the same. You look forward to having these meals. Plus a great gluten free line. Greatly appreciated!!”

“I ordered the Keto package. The quality of the meals was good, but I ordered 12 meals and received only 6 meal types (two of each kind). This should have been made clear in the ordering process. Also, I only received two of the meal types that I checked off during the ordering process, so the remaining four meals (8 meals total) were the ones that I did not want. This is very disappointing given that I checked off (i.e., indicated that I would like to receive) almost all of the meal types except for those four that I received! There is also a "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" stamp in the booklet I received in my order, but when I wrote in to complain about this issue and told them that I was not satisfied with my order, I was told that there was nothing they could do (no partial refund, re-sending meals, etc.). So, I think the customer satisfaction claim is false, and the website should be more clear and up front about what the packages include.”

“First of all at least of the packages were damaged when they arrived and when I wrote to you about it, the response was "we cannot guarantee that this won't happen again." Next, although I was careful to tell you that I have a very low tolerance for spicy food, rather than inform me the Bulgogi would likely be too spicy for me, you sent it anyway andI wasn't able to eat it! Your shipping charges are among the highest for any of the food services we have tried and I am totally unimpressed with the far too frequent "What did you think?" "When will you order again?" emails which I find truly off-putting. I think form this email you can figure out when I plan to order from you again!”

“Website is easy to use, placing the order is straight forward and the delivery was on time. 5/5 in those areas. However the food is not what I was expecting. It is as good as any grocery store TV dinner but definitely not the quality/ flavour I was paying the LiveFit premium for. Nearly x3 the price for a LiveFit meal vs. an ordinary TV dinner and in my opinion not worth it. I love the idea and business model of LiveFit but it just didn’t live up to the hype in my opinion. Maybe it sinpily had to do with the meal package I chose but for the price I just can’t take the risk to try LiveFit again.”
