I am so glad I am a customer of look after my Bill's...it gives me piece of mind knowing it's all taken care of if a switch will save me money. I have already halved my gas and electric Bill's by nearly 50%. The customer service and communication is excellent. Fantastic service and highly recommend. Viv Gilbert

It's so easy to use - just sign up then sit back and wait for the email to come through with your quote - they give you the option to accept the deal they have found or to look for one of your own - definitely recommend Look After My Bills

So easy to sign up to even for an older person like me. I could also reach them on the phone with no trouble and it's lovely to have peace of mind that they'll find me the best tarriff.

My energy supply switched without me having to do anything except provide a final meter reading. Great service. I’m saving over £100 with the new supplier.

Am very pleased with how smoothly my swap over to another fuel supplier was I was given all the info I needed with regular emails explaining what was going to happen it definitely saved the stress of sorting it out yourself I would recommend anyone to consider this way of sorting out the right fuel supplier for their household

I started using Look After My Bills just over a year ago and I now have complete peace of mind knowing that I am paying the best company the best price for supplying gas and electricity. It is very easy to use their service and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I’m really surprised to read the negative reviews. My experience with them has been entirely positive. I initially saw them on Dragon’s Den and signed up the same night. It was very easy, no tricky questions, took just a few minutes, and that was that. I told them when my current deal was due to end and they did the rest. They kept me informed throughout the process and, had I not been happy with the supplier they were signing me up with, I could have stopped it at any time. One year later, when I was approaching the end of the new deal, the team were in touch in good time to get me the best tariff for the following year. They asked me if anything had changed about my usage in the intervening time so they could be sure to find me the best deal again. In my case it hadn’t. The process went every bit as smoothly as it had the first time and I’m equally delighted as before. I’ve been swapping tariffs every year for years, to get myself the best deal. It’s not difficult to do yourself but, based on my experience, why bother when someone else can do it for you for free? I just wish they’d sort out a way to do the same with my car and house insurance every year. Now that really is a pain in the a**e!

They made it Very easy to change Suppliers.. they did all the hard work .. I did nothing and saved over £350.. it’s so easy honestly.. and they gave me £50 if I recommended a friend ... I don’t normally do reviews but they deserve it

Change went without a hitch, in fact it was so seamless I began to wonder if it worked. No problems and everything is just peachy. Only thing I had to do was a final meter reading. Cheers, Gordon N.

I have never changed my supplier for over 30 years just kept my standing order running. Then watching dragons den one Sunday and seen they all wanted some I decided if all the dragon s wanted a bit of this idea I would check it out . I must admit it happened a bit quick for me they changed my supplier without consultation I was a bit surprised. But I must admit it all went very smooth and saved me about £200 plus after 12 months they changed my supplier again saving me a further £125 . I would recommend this company because I have found them very reliable

I moved over to this service 9 months ago. I have been impressed with the service so far. The part of the service I am most happy with is the communication. I have had emails from the company informing me of anything I need to know, and on the one occasion I needed to speak to someone, I got through quickly and easily and was spoken to by a well mannered and helpful individual who wS easy to understand. This is a rare it’s nowadays, and a real joy.

I was painlessly transferred to a new supplier when my contract ended and I am now paying less per month than I was. Why would I not be exceedingly happy?! :)
