I bought my product 6 weeks ago and my credit card was charged, but it still has not been shipped. Everytime I ask about it, they say it will go out by the end of the week, yet... it never does.

Their website is nearly impossible to navigate. I ordered on 06/08 and haven't heard anything about getting a shipment. I spent :20 on their website trying to figure out how to contact them. When I was finally able to send them an email they sent me an automated reply with a tracking number. I can't track it though because it says that my email address and password don't match (even after I reset my password). Nowhere on their website or FB page do they actually tell you where they are located. They do not publish a phone number ANYWHERE. I bought this subscription for my son. I have a Birch Box subscription and my daughter has an Ipsy subscription. Both work well, and I have never had an issues. If I hadn't already paid for year I would cancel IMMEDIATELY.

Loot Crate fucking sucks. Consistently neglecting to ship my subscription unless I personally remind them (that is not how subscriptions work). The crates contents aren't worth the price gouging with crate prices constantly rising (twice in past year), and they most definitely do not "love you".

I have been waiting for my May lootcrate what was supposedly mailed out May 30th when I received an email with shipping tracking information. I was unable to track the shipment with the tracking number provided so I contacted lootcrate and was told that I received the shipment notification in error and that my crate would be shipped out soon. I then tweeted them on June 20th asking about my missing crate, I was told that some crates have STILL not shipped. I then tried to contact them through email as directed on their social media since they are telling people on Facebook that June's crates are shipping??? Why are June crates being shipped of Mays haven't even gone out yet. I have still not hear anything back from them via email. Then today I posted on their Facebook page asking about my missing crate, big mistake clearly because all they do is delete your post so no one else can see it!! Seriously what the hell is it with dodgy companies like lootcrate who spend more time covering their tracks on social media instead of actually dealing with the customers who only want what they paid for.

Seriously ridiculous company to deal with. Haven't received any crates in 2 months. They do not respond why via and if you post ANYTHING that's not completely positive they will delete it from their Facebook page so that no one knows how crappy they are. I have attached posts from Facebook that shows they delete anything that draws attention to the fact that there is clearly a lot of people who are missing their crates and loot crate don't want to do anything about it.

No shipment for 3 months, always late... brought a 6 month subscription for a Christmas present and have only received 3 months all LATE!!!

I paid for my subscription, yet it has been two months and I haven't received anything at all. Getting in touch with any type of customer service is impossible! I had to comment MULTIPLE times on their public Facebook page in order to finally get a response..their response? "Our customer service team is FILLED with live people and we will get to you within 48 hours of your request!"...yet, it was well after 48 hours, and STILL no response other than that comment. JUST AWFUL! Please do not waste your time or money with this company, you will TRULY REGRET DOING SO!!

They advertise $15.99 but shipping is $10 so $24 is a total ripoff for items. I tried a few months but the shirts, are lame.(one was an ape and the other just a red shirt that says "the goonies" in black.) They both came with a figurine and a pin which is ok. I got a very thin, cheap Star Wars coloring book and cheaper set of 5 colored pencils. Super disappointed. Spend the $25 on something worthwhile.

This company is a joke. I emailed them to see where my order was after 3 weeks. They told me they had some delays and assured me it would be shipped next week. After never receiving an email at any point the next week, i contacted them again. At that point they tell me my order has been canceled. They never notified me or even issued me a refund. They have no phone support and everything takes forever. Horrid company that I would never recommend to anyone.

The reason why it is one star is because I skipped a month and I didn't get one this month because first I wouldn't have enough money for one and second even if I did I didn't like the anti heros theme so I skipped this month.
