“Six months (and countless emails) later I am still waiting for a deadpool club Merch crate. I've emailed with a woman called Marjie only to be given a tracking number that hasn't been updated in over a month and to be refused a refund over and over again. Very unreliable and unhelpful.”

“It is a real shame, una verdadera vergüenza. Three months payments and no boxes at all. I ordered the first one in december but we are in April, I already asked them at least for my money back. It is unfair, no money and no boxes. Creo que realmente no hay nada que justifique esta estafa, y además sin atender directamente ni dar respuesta más que un mail que indica que se retrasará. Un engaño en toda regla”

“This company has gone extremely downhill. I ordered a wizarding world crate as my only Christmas gift to myself this year in November. I knew I wouldn't get it until the end of January so that wasn't the issue. January came and went and I gave them a few days into February before I emailed them. It took me 3 times until I finally received a response. They said there is nothing they can do about it, but the crate wont ship until end of MARCH. After enough griping and complaining, they gave me $10 off my next loot crate shipment......and I stupidly accepted it. Now I get an email that my crate wont arrive until end of APRIL. How do you get THAT far behind with something that its 4 months late? I never had a problem with this company and things showing up on time until this last order and I will NEVER be ordering from them again. The least they could do is give a 50% refund to the people who ordered and didn't receive jack squat yet. Ridiculous.”

“It’s been a year — an entire calendar year — since they shipped me the wrong crate and promised a replacement. Nothing. The emails to customer service get the same form response. This company is terrible and nobody should give them money. They waited until after most bank deadlines to file chapter 11 and therefore aren’t legally allowed to refund money.”

“First they double charged me, which was easily solved. Now I recieved my box, which was already opened, the poster inside was ripped and what I do have, since I could easily be missing something, is very disappointing. This is for the Elder Scrolls one.”

“I have been emailing them about my missing box in January. It is now the end of March and I have still not received my box. They continue to tell me they will ship it out ASAP but nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This has not only happens to me once but twice. Loot crate is not worth it spending $30 and not getting anything.”

“We just received our February lootcrate, which we paid $54 dollars for, and there was ONE!!!! item in it! It was an IncrediBuilds: Marvel: Groot: Guardians of the Galaxy Deluxe Book and Model Set, which we found online for $11. This company is a scam!! RUN from it!!! I attached a photo of the only item in the box. You can decide for yourself whether it was worth it.”

“My boyfriend had ordered the wizarding world loot crates for me back in November and the first was supposed to come in January, got an email saying they were behind and it would ship in March, then got another email last week stating it would ship in April which meant my March one would then be delayed, so I decided to cancel my subscription, they kept just saying thank you for your patience and ignoring my request for a full refund, I then threatened them with calling my credit company and reporting them for fraud, I'm now waiting for my refund to be posted as I got a statement later that day saying my refund was issued, don't waste your time on this company.”

“Ordered rick and Morty loot crate before Xmas for my husband just got it... was very disappointed. When chose this the option for 4 or 5xl for short unavailable, still deciding to order now that it’s here it definitely wasn’t worth the $, especially with no figure. The coffee cup concept was cool but the placement of the picture on the cup was not though through. We use to get loot crate all the time and was awesome to open and see what came this was a big disappointment compared to the others. Definitely this crate subscription not worth the money.”

“Got a free loot crate. Been asking them allot and gave them my shirt size and everything. I won it in 2019 and it been almost 3 months from it been asking customer service they don't know everything. I got a email once from the main person and sent more emails asking and still nothing. I'm just going to wait and hope I see something. But I heard it was a good company now i wish their is a way better one that i can go get better crates other than LootCrate.”

“I ordered and paid for three shipments in mid-December. NOTHING ever arrived. First there were delays.... my December shipment was pushed to the end of January, then February. It is now March 5th, and I have FINALLY received my refund. This after more than 50 mails to their customer service team. All the way through, they insisted that shipments had been shipped, and that I just had to be patient. Given all the other reviews like mine out there...they were simply lying. Save your time and money.”

“If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered loot crate back in November and here we are in March and have not received a crate yet. I have canceled my subscription. I asked for a refund when filing a complaint with customer service and they assured me they were sending my package. That was a month ago still no crate. I really think this company is stealing from people with no intention on ever sending a product.”

“I would give this company no stars if I could. This has been beyond disappointing. I ordered my crates in January and they were supposed to come March 1. They have not only not arrived but they haven’t shipped yet and the website keeps giving me different estimates shipping dates. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and have only receive unhelpful and vague responses.”
