“Terrible! Waited 6 months to receive my “crate” which consisted of one T-shirt. Highly recommend that avoid and don’t waste your money!”

“First they double charged me, which was easily solved. Now I recieved my box, which was already opened, the poster inside was ripped and what I do have, since I could easily be missing something, is very disappointing. This is for the Elder Scrolls one.”

“Arrived a month late, had 2 t-shirts (super cheap printing foiling) and some window stickers. What a waste of money. Went to look at the more information about the box.... It was still the November information.”

“I have been emailing them about my missing box in January. It is now the end of March and I have still not received my box. They continue to tell me they will ship it out ASAP but nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This has not only happens to me once but twice. Loot crate is not worth it spending $30 and not getting anything.”

“We just received our February lootcrate, which we paid $54 dollars for, and there was ONE!!!! item in it! It was an IncrediBuilds: Marvel: Groot: Guardians of the Galaxy Deluxe Book and Model Set, which we found online for $11. This company is a scam!! RUN from it!!! I attached a photo of the only item in the box. You can decide for yourself whether it was worth it.”

“My boyfriend had ordered the wizarding world loot crates for me back in November and the first was supposed to come in January, got an email saying they were behind and it would ship in March, then got another email last week stating it would ship in April which meant my March one would then be delayed, so I decided to cancel my subscription, they kept just saying thank you for your patience and ignoring my request for a full refund, I then threatened them with calling my credit company and reporting them for fraud, I'm now waiting for my refund to be posted as I got a statement later that day saying my refund was issued, don't waste your time on this company.”

“I had several Loot Crate subscriptions last year. I’m still waiting on my August and September crates and it’s now March. What I have received is lacklustre, to be honest. Really disappointed”

“Ordered rick and Morty loot crate before Xmas for my husband just got it... was very disappointed. When chose this the option for 4 or 5xl for short unavailable, still deciding to order now that it’s here it definitely wasn’t worth the $, especially with no figure. The coffee cup concept was cool but the placement of the picture on the cup was not though through. We use to get loot crate all the time and was awesome to open and see what came this was a big disappointment compared to the others. Definitely this crate subscription not worth the money.”

“Got a free loot crate. Been asking them allot and gave them my shirt size and everything. I won it in 2019 and it been almost 3 months from it been asking customer service they don't know everything. I got a email once from the main person and sent more emails asking and still nothing. I'm just going to wait and hope I see something. But I heard it was a good company now i wish their is a way better one that i can go get better crates other than LootCrate.”

“I ordered and paid for three shipments in mid-December. NOTHING ever arrived. First there were delays.... my December shipment was pushed to the end of January, then February. It is now March 5th, and I have FINALLY received my refund. This after more than 50 mails to their customer service team. All the way through, they insisted that shipments had been shipped, and that I just had to be patient. Given all the other reviews like mine out there...they were simply lying. Save your time and money.”

“If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered loot crate back in November and here we are in March and have not received a crate yet. I have canceled my subscription. I asked for a refund when filing a complaint with customer service and they assured me they were sending my package. That was a month ago still no crate. I really think this company is stealing from people with no intention on ever sending a product.”

“I would give this company no stars if I could. This has been beyond disappointing. I ordered my crates in January and they were supposed to come March 1. They have not only not arrived but they haven’t shipped yet and the website keeps giving me different estimates shipping dates. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and have only receive unhelpful and vague responses.”

“Once again, failing to meet posted delivery dates. January was said to deliver between Jan. 13-28th, then Feb. 2nd-13th, then Feb. 13-29th, now Mar. 13-19th. This is also happening with February’s box, which is now set for March 17th-23rd. Biggest disappointment with a company ever!”

“Having the same issues as everyone else. Crates paid for and never received. After my first crate passed the six weeks overdue mark (and shipping dates for the next two were pushed out several weeks), I asked them for some consolation. I was told I could get credit towards a renewal but that it would not appear anywhere on my account. So just take their word for it, essentially. After reading all of the reviews here I Googled the company and found that they filed for bankruptcy in Aug. 2019. This might explain part of the problem but it doesn’t forgive such poor business practice and lack of transparency. I’m going to make my refund request and cross my fingers but I won’t hold my breath.”

“If I could give them less than a 1 star, I definitely would. I have never left a 1 star review before on anyone nor had this bad of an experience with any company I have ever dealt with. But I have to speak my peace, incase there is anyone that reads this that is considering purchasing from lootcrate, DON'T DO IT! I ordered 3 months worth of crates for my husband's birthday back in the beginning of January and have yet to see or hear about getting box 1. I have demanded a refund and have canceled my subscription, I now see others have canceled their subscription and still got charged anyway. I may go as far as canceling the card I used to purchase if I do not see a refund in the next couple days. My husband used to get lootcrate about a yr or so ago so I did not do the research.. I wish I had.. absolute SCAM!! I'm now out $90 and feel terrible that my husband never got a birthday gift from me.”

“I ordered 3 crates for Christmas on Black Friday. It’s now March 1st and I have still not received any of my crates. I have emailed them over and over never getting a straight answer, this has been the most annoying site I have ever had to deal with. I don’t believe I will be getting my money back or even my crates. It’s ridiculous, don’t buy loot crate!”

“I had a subscription to Loot Crate for almost two years and loved it. I had to cancel my subscription when I moved, and decided after a long break that I would start up my subscription again. I was billed for four months and have not received a single item. No response from attempts to contact the company. Seems like Loot Crate is now a scam. I was billed for another month after cancelling my subscription, and had to contest the charge for them to stop billing. PLEASE do not risk it.”
