“Avoid the Mouradi palace hotel at all costs, the hit food is cold, the quality of the food is poor, the communication from the hotel is poor, the hotel rooms are very poor and dirty. The hotel is rated 5 star, it’s actually a 3 star at best with poor standard of food.”

“Hotel was very clean when we arrived. Fresh towels every and the room was cleaned daily staff were very friendly and extremely helpful good location close to main train station into city center and bus stop 3 minute walk. Lage shopping center 10 minutes walk with very good restaurants on the upper levels”

“Just returned from the 4th holiday booked with loveholidays. The best deals I’ve found for holidays online have been with them. It was a pleasant stay in Greece. The hotel and room were exactly as advertised, we’ve booked flight and transfer included. Even with options I had to pay extra (seats, luggage) I’ve still managed cheaper costs than with other travelling agents.”

“Cornwall is my fourth holiday booked with Love Holidays, and every experience has been fantastic. “Poor communication for my sisters booking. Cancelled her trip because of an error on love holidays side and was not able to assist, we spoke to hotel and they arranged room for us and love holidays didn’t refund flight tickets money but instead went and instructed flight to cancel ticket even though it was paid for already. My sister had to buy new flight tickets again. Very bad experience as we’re travelling as a group”
