“Hello I will start with the positive side of our stay in your hotel. It is a lovely hotel as it is new and many of the areas are lovely. There is a lot of incomplete work or badly finished areas but. I expect with the speed of construction, the quality had to give in certain areas. Managment likely intends to sort this out during the slow season but a lot to with lifts not we working and things falling apart. The staff for the most part are really great and this is a particularly high point for the hotel and the very good staff make it a very pleasant stay. However you are understaffed and they are under pressure. The really big problem is the food at evening dinner particularly. Huge crowds, big Que s of people to get at the good, Food running out, really noisy, not enough staff. It is not a nice experience at all. On top of that the food is always pretty much the same except for the special of the day which can be good at times. Then there is the food hall setup. The setup is really bad. Plates in under where people are queuing, people reaching in to get plates, some food areas get really congested needlessly. Better setup would make it far better. Some acoustic panels to reduce noise would make a difference. . If you dont get there at 19:00 AM it gets too busy by 8.00 and then the nice stuff is gone by 9.00 and the place is a mess. Lunch food is always the same and gets boring. You have a big shortage of staff at bars and food areas generally. The feeling I have is that it is just about worth the cost for this year but no more. Lots to sort out before it will be a great place to holiday but great potential.”
