“Returned from a 4night stay and we are already planning our next trip back! The apartment was lovely and clean, very spacious, comfortable beds and a large balcony. We paid 20euro deposit for the Aircon, it is a must have and works a treat!! We received the deposit back at the end of our trip once we returned the remote. Pool area and toilets very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was one of the best I've had on a all-inclusive, lunch and dinner were all so very nice, plenty to choose from, as well as a large selection of cocktails,beer and non alcoholic drinks. Staff are very polite and helpful. The entertainment was very good. Over all i would say it was close to a 4/5 ***** hotel. I highly recommend.”

“I booked this hotel expecting a peaceful, adults-only spa experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience at all. Before arriving, I requested a quiet room and was told this wasn’t possible. I was given a room overlooking the main restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar and entertainment stage. Every night there was loud music until midnight, followed by guests shouting, singing and slamming doors until around 4:00am. After seven nights of broken sleep, I left feeling completely exhausted. I asked reception more than once if I could move rooms but was repeatedly told there was no availability. However, I watched German couples being given room changes while I was refused, which made me feel like my concerns simply didn’t matter. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean. Some of the female staff, along with a handful of the male staff, were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Sadly, many of the male staff were abrupt, dismissive and at times quite rude. As a solo English traveller, I felt completely out of place. Staff repeatedly spoke to me in German, even after I explained several times that I only speak English. Almost all the entertainment and guest interaction seemed geared towards German-speaking guests, making it very difficult to meet people or feel included. The daytime entertainment was extremely poor for a resort of this size. Aside from aqua gym, darts and air rifle shooting, there was very little to do. I’ve stayed at adults-only hotels in the Canary Islands where there are activities every couple of hours, including shuffleboard, cornhole, quizzes, stretching, yoga, pool cycling and organised social games. The entertainment team actively includes solo travellers and introduces people to each other. Here, that simply didn’t happen. One incident I found particularly unprofessional was being nicknamed “Barbie” by members of the entertainment team. When I asked why, one of the male staff told me it was because I was blonde with “big tatters”. Several male guests laughed at my expense. I found this embarrassing, sexist and completely unacceptable behaviour from hotel staff. Although the hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, the atmosphere felt much more like a drinking resort than a place to relax. Many guests spent the day drinking around the pool and continued late into the night, creating noise and disruption well into the early hours. If you’re looking for peace, tranquillity and a genuine wellness break, this is probably not the hotel for you. There is potential here because the hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service, lack of consideration for solo English-speaking guests, poor daytime entertainment and constant noise completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.”
