I got promised by loveholidays that they would refund me my flight money because ryanair wasn't communicating with them about flight refunds and would get at the latest march. I just recently been it touch with loveholidays because I wanted to make sure everything still ok and now they telling me they not refunding me! What a complete joke of a company used these alot for holidays in past aswel. Never again will I get a package holiday from them and I hope many others read this and let people know that if you have problems and holiday doesn't go to plan you won't get your flight money back or they'll lie and say they give u refund and then say they not going to!

Horrendous customer service, very difficult to contact and are refusing to refund my package holiday that was cancelled 9 months ago due to the pandemic. Have wasted several hours trying to resolve this issue on their live chat facility and on the phone, but keep being given incorrect information by their staff. Would never use this company ever again and would strongly advise anyone else to stay clear.

Stay away, no refunds for flights, we are fighting like many others! Greedy company making hard working families suffer. We are waiting for 600 pounds back, some are waiting for 1,000s owed. Please please stay away!!!

Evil lying thieves. I was told for months and months they are waiting for my refund from the airline. Chased it today they said that the airline will not be refunding me love holidays will and it will be by 30th April. Absolute lying scum told me the airline processed the refund on 4/12/2020. Never ever will I ever use this company again even if they paid me. Avoid at all costs! Book direct with the airline do not let these cowboys get involved.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you have booked a flight YOU are expected to chase even though the ruling from the PTR states differently. They will not pay any monies back until the flight funds are received Tactics Tactics Tactics. Going down the legal route. I will not give up AND WILL NOT BE BOOKING WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY AGAIN.

The worst experience i have have ever had with Love Holidays, they don't answer the phone or emails. They know all the tricks when it comes to not refunding your money. I'won't go into too much boring detail as to what happened but this company should be investigated as to their business practices. Very poor customer service. STAY CLEAR

Booked our hotel via Love Holidays for our trip to Disneyland Paris in June 2020, unfortunately this was cancelled in April 2020 (we received an email from the hotel to cancel, heard nothing from love holidays) eventually we received an email from Love Holidays to say our hotel was closed and we would receive a credit voucher (email received the day before we were due to arrive in Disney) After spending many hours on live chat stating we did not want a credit note we wanted a full refund Love Holidays refused and told us we would receive a full refund by January 31st 2021 if the credit voucher wasn’t used. 31st of January came and still no refund so we went back to Live Chat where we spoke to Lathaniel who said he would process the refund for us but it could a further 21 days but if we haven’t received it within 21 days to get back in touch with Him then he abruptly ended out live chat before I could reply. 9 months later still no refund, and the communication with Love Holidays have been shocking.

Booked our holiday in November 2019 for October 2020, unable to go due to Covid rules. Loveholidays, closed the phone lines, only "chat" is available NO REFUNDS, NO AMENDMENTS is the company line, been trying since September to sort this out. Turns out Loveholidays aren't a travel agent they are just really appalling brokers. Will Never use them again £3,000 wasted, wish I had used a proper company. I feel like I have been conned

Please do not be hoodwinked into thinking because you have booked a 'package holiday' with 'Hateholidays' that should something go wrong; in this instance; the hotel has closed until October, we suspect for a refurbishment, you are entitled to a full refund. We are always told, book a package and you are safe, this is not the case. This caring, customer orientated company; partially refunded our money and basically left us to sort out a refund from yet another 'easy to deal' with business; Ryanair for our flights. When I eventually made contact with Lethaniel at 'Hateholidays' he informed me that as we had booked a 5* hotel in Correlejo and we had turned down a 4* in Jandia as a replacement; that we were not entitled to our flight refund and this would be left to the discretion of the airline. The fact that the 4* was £700 cheaper for the same dates did not mean a great deal to them and we would not it seems have received a refund for that either. When I started to ask some 'awkward' questions about this to the extremely unhelpful Lethaniel he simply closed the 'chat' down. We have booked about 10 packages with 'Hateholidays' and have always been happy with the price, organisation and delivery of the product. Unfortunately we have learnt the hard way that once a problem occurs they do not want to know. Sadly; we will never book another holiday with this company and in future pay the extra for peace of mind. Be warned!!! I don't actually think they deserve 1 star!

mugged in my own living room booked with love holiday 10 months ago took the money gave me a refund note supposed to be covered by ABTA not worth a carrot because they only talk when they are talking you’re money don’t want to know you when you ask for it back what a scam thing is they can just take your money and don’t have to answer to anyone you have no protection day in day out they are still doing it if it was you You would be in jail so why are they getting away with it beets me somebody needs to get off there backside and sort this out where’s the fraud squad when you need them probably on furlough am starting my own company tommy holidays you will not get your holiday but at least I will get back to you and and thank you for my new yacht T keenan

Paid for a package holiday, flight was cancelled but theyve refused to refund. Changed their terms and conditions to avoid paying. Impossible to contact. Will be taking court action. This is the worst company i have ever come across. Please, please avoid

Stay well clear My wife and I had booked a hotel and flight through Loveholidays to Egypt, however 3 days before our holiday was due to end EasyJet emailed us to cancel our flights due to the Corona Virus ( first wave ) , we were horrified and spent the last 3 days of our holiday trying to find a way to get home. During this time we were constantly trying to contact Loveholidays and EasyJet to aid us in getting back, we received no help whatsoever. The story goes on, however at the end of July EasyJet emailed us to say that they had refunded us £389.72 via Loveholidays (because we had booked the flight through them ) due to abandoning us. After a couple of weeks we still hadn’t received our refund and contacted them. They said that they had paid the cash into our account on 13th August.... the bank said they have not had anything back from them. After all the distress and extra costs involved we incurred in getting home from Egypt In March we are well and truly exasperated, please think very carefully before you book a holiday and part with your hard earned money to Loveholidays, they have kept our money and lied about paying it back to us, please be warned

I'm sure in 'normal' times this online company is as good as any of them, certainly in price, but having 2 spain holidays covid cancelled LH were dreadful to contact, near impossible to get a refund in a reasonable timeframe, liars...on live chat, and totally disregarded the fact that a Package Holiday,organized by THEM meant a FULL REFUND....but flight monies were left to customers to try and claw back from the lying cheating airlines. Avoid.

Bad customer service, no trace of what I’ve been told by other advisors and so far weeks of delays waiting for my refund that I paid them a fee to process. Won’t use again.

Shocking customer service. LH Took my money for a package holiday then when it was cancelled due to flight interruptions due to covid they refused to pay it all back as a package. Sent to airline, sent back to LH, someone has my money!!!will never book with this company again and will tell everyone else to book with a reputable company.

Been trying to contact love holidays since September after they changed our departure airport and flight. They continued taking payments for a Florida holiday Feb 2021 despite the fact that they had made a significant change to my booking that I didnt agree to and that it wasnt suitable for myself. I tried to speak to them with their chat function, customer services advisor wouldnt give any information and avoided most questions then exited the chat despite waiting nearly an hour to be spoken to! I had a call in December to say our flights was cancelled and to ask when we would like to reschedule for. I told them I had been chasing a refund for months and that was what I had wanted. The advisor turned sour and unhelpful. Flights cancelled months prior to holiday but apparently it will be March at the earliest before I see a refund! I'm not hopeful of that either. This company are a disgrace. I would rather pay double the price for my holiday to be treated fairly and to be able to make contact when I need to. Months of stress caused by them. TripAdvisor reviews get them an average score, for every real negative review they are left they counteract it with 5 fake positive ones. If they spent more time to respond to customers or process refunds when they are legally obligated to they wouldnt need someone to fight against all the bad reviews. This review website had a much more reliable rating, it would be lower if you could leave less than 1 star.
