“The process was easy from start to finish. I received relevant information to my trip without feeling bombarded. The app made everything really simple. We had a need to contact customer service (as my husband broke his foot on the holiday) and we were able to speak to a person in customer service - I.e. not a Bot or chat function only”

“Great holiday the hotel view and staff excellent. Beach a bit stoney but it has nice harbour area. Resort is limited regarding value for money shopping in Puerto Rico most of the new shops are brand outlets in new malls, restaurants are also expensive.”

“Okay holiday at the Renaissance Sharm el Sheikh. Booked for 10 nights. On arrival we had the wrong size bed for our 15 year old 6"1 son. Took 3 days to rectify. All had the Egyptian tummy bug. Buffet restaurant was okay but after being poorly on the 3rd day did not have the appetite to eat. All inclusive was a choice of 8 cocktails at all of the bars but you could pay between 12 and 19 euro's for a cocktail from a different menu. No drinks or water in the fridge in the room. Room was lovely with a great sea view. Lifeguards outstanding especially Robyn at the main pool. Extremely attentive with great work ethic of looking after all holiday makers not just in the water but around the pool also....promotion for Robyn please. Terek at the main pool bar was also outstanding with great customer service. Always happy bringing drinks with a smile. All in all, it was okay but unfortunately not in a rush to head back to Egypt.”
