“Great company and have used them 3 times now. Was annoyed at first when simple spelling mistake of my fault cost me essentially another monthly payment towards the holiday which always left a sour taste in my mouth and Asa result would consider using other companies next time and consider to be not so loyal Next time.”

“Love holidays allowed my family to book a holiday which was right for us all. The tick boxes In the search option allows you to make sure everything is checked so there’s no fussing around! Transfers are organised perfectly and always on time with the transfer teams messaging you 24hrs prior to picking you up giving you extra reassurance!”

“Holiday really good .Staff at hotel not very friendly but you get used to it. Besttransfer4u on faro arrival no instructuons or timings given just told wait there..40 mins later unhappy driver arrived.Transfer to hotel awful as driver either had really bad iĺlness or covid coughing all the time no interactìons or words to anyone on shuttle. Call centre out of hours seems in India? Really loud in call centre hundreds of calls unable to help or give guidance.Very poor service.On hold for 30 mins”

“Using the love holiday app was so straightforward, everything from fights to accommodation, was all there at your fingertips, no hassle, no stress, we booked a couple of days to Edinburgh , seen the hotel on the app, and flights, and love holidays did the rest, best part is, you can book and pay as you wish, highly recommend”
