“My wife and I have stayed in a 4 star hotel in salou before and loved i this is this is definitely not a4 star hotel, we are stying in rokm 30 on the bottom floor, breakfast is not very nice, and very little choice, ants everywhere, or broken, old dirty sealant on the wardrobe doors the decor is from the 90s and nearly every bedroom door is an old wooden mahogany door and the frames are all swollen, Air conditioning is non existent there is a safe in the room but you have you have to rent the barrel to use it which we never had to do before, you get tiny sachets of shampoo and soap, no nice bits like shower caps, tissues etc, before we came here I checked about towel rental and it said they rent towels but when we arrived they don't, music at the pool is diabolical, pool's are dirty and never cleaned, havent seen 1 person checking the clorine levels or using a cleaning net, no waiter service at the pool, I asked for a simple glass of fresh milk for our room for a cup of tea and I may aswell have asked for the contents of the safe, we were woken up this am to a power washer cleaning right outside the room, I asked for the music at the pool to be either changed or switched off and nothing happend,, 5 songs on a loop all day long, like the latest review here there is a damp musty smell in the corridors not a very clean hotel, the bathroom was" cleaned" and i reckon Stevie Wonder would so a better job WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN HERE AGAIN, photos added of rhe ACTUAL HOTEL NOT PHOTOSHOPPED”

“From start to finish everything was just an easy way to choose my holiday package, best price as well( I did check for the same hotel and flight separately and loveholidays had the best deal😀) All the information about hotel and flights were accessible to me instantly, got updates with suggestions every week about my upcoming holiday. What I like the most is the fact that I could choose my flights to suit me best and got a full day holiday either the earliest flight.”

“I recently booked a trip to Barcelona through them, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was quick and easy, everything was well organised, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. “Loveholidays once again delivered a perfect and memorable trip for me and my partner. They recognised our flights our hotel stay on our transport which meant that we were able to sit back and enjoy the holiday. Their consistent professionalism and organisation on loveholidays part means that we never have to worry or stress about the logistics.
