“First time using Loveholidays. We already had flights, so only needed an AI hotel. Very good selection of premium hotels and we couldn’t find the same hotel cheaper than Loveholidays. It was very easy to manage the booking, with the option of paying in instalments. I wanted to change the payment method before the last instalment and it was very easy to amend via the app. Very happy with Loveholidays and will definitely use again!!”

“Made the booking and travel easy . The hotel is nice enough IF you get a modern room . If you're unlucky like us and your room is like something out of the 70's it is not good ..// we were moved after two night in the worst hotel Room I've seen . Second room was much nicer Would go self catering next time as all inclusive food and drinks are not great and I prefer to be served not having to queue like on school and there are so many nice cafes on the beach to get breakfast and food for the rest of the day”

“Great Holiday and generally communication from app and website was sound. Only criticism is that when you need customer service it is a very slow process. However, we did get our issue sorted and I thank Love Holidays for that... would just be better and easier if the process was faster!!”

“The holiday was good overall however the hotel summer beach was an absolute let down and not as pictured or described at all I would avoid hotel as much as possible the area and organisation from love holidays over all was good though couldn't fault them and this is my second or third time using them”
