“The lift was not working for the entire stay. Booked a better room which was on the 4th floor but thought having a lift would be fine as my wife has mobility issues. Room downstairs was offered but at the same price. So declined that. They said the lift was due to be fixed. Then it was and then it wasn’t working again. The room was lovely. Just lacked a mini fridge to keep drinks nice and cold. The lift had been broken since the Sunday and we arrived on the Wednesday and left on the Saturday. They could have informed the travel agent but decided not to. Location is right by metro station so was handy. Shame the lift wasn’t working because the review would have been better”

“Here’s a shorter, polished version that includes Loveholidays: We had an excellent stay at BLUESEA Playa Club in Puerto del Carmen. The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartments were clean and quiet, and the pool was spotless with a lifeguard on duty, making it feel very safe for families. The snack bar was great, and the hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants. Booking through Loveholidays was quick and easy, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. Although the hotel is officially rated as 2 stars, it definitely deserves at least a 4-star rating. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.”
