“The food was not nice, it looks better then it tastes, the entertainment is only for toddlers there's was barely anything for my 10 year old, we had to go out every night to a pub and pay for food and drinks because the hotel didnt have anything for a 10 or 14 year old to entertain them. The sunbeds are impossible to get unless ur up at 6.30am and 70% of them are left empty all day with towels on them.”

Having all our boarding passes, hotel vouchers, and transfer details neatly stored in one place within the app was a game-changer, and their proactive communication and 24/7 in-app chat support provided total peace of mind. The travel logistics were just as impressive, particularly the private transfers. Our driver was bang on time and waiting for us right at arrivals with a clear sign, guiding us straight to a clean, modern, air-conditioned vehicle. “I gave such a positive rating because I was very happy with my overall experience. I was particularly impressed with Love Holidays and the way everything was organised. I really liked the app and the regular SMS messages and updates, especially the information about transfers and all the important details of the trip. Everything was clear, easy to understand and very well organised. The hotel also met my expectations. The food was very good, and overall I had a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future and would happily recommend it to others. Overall, I was very positively surprised by the quality of the Love Holidays service.
