“The resort hotel was really lovely, could not fault the food or the service provided and all facilities were great. The one problem was that we were given a room in a separate annexe building away from the main resort complex which was a big disappointment and involved an uphill walk and then stairs (we are not young). We feel this information should have been made clear at the time of booking.”

“Everything was so simple from booking to the hotel. Hotel was FANTASTIC and would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow, as well as the perfect location, it was above expectations.”

“Used loveholidays.com for the first time found the site to have a range of holiday packages to search found the deal that suited me, booked and from that point they kept me updated and informed me at every stage of what is required they also provived addtional options and trips avaible to book through them, everyrhing was easy stress free and ran to time as per their instructions felt safe and content knowing everyhting was in hand and I didnt need to organise or plan, I just turned up and had a great time and returned home safe and sound and happy”
