“I spent two days wasting my time in airports due to love holiday way of booking flights, really disappointed. on my holiday info it says 8 days holiday, but this is not true, I left on an early flight on a Monday and arrived Tuesday morning, so I lost a complete day of my holiday, on the return flight I way told I had be out of my room on a Monday 12 am , my flight was on a Tuesday morning at at 2.50 so I lost another night of my holiday, on top of this two hours delay sitting on runway, cabin staff refused me twice to us toilet twice , told I can’t till take off, not offered a drink of water in two hours sitting there with my family, no up dates from crew very poor indeed”

“booking a holiday and travelling alone for the first time as a young adult seemed extremely daunting. booking on loveholidays made the whole experience so easy and straightforward. being able to book flights, accommodation, and transfers between the hotel and airport would have been a nightmare without loveholidays. will definitely be booking all holidays with them.”

“Loveholidays are great, make sure you look hard at the photos and delve deeper, unfortunately our hotel had a staff issue which couldn't be prevented by loveholidays, the hotels description was off and photos .”

“Trip was great lots to do but the representative coming to the hotel added money on top of trips (like safari, beach waterpark)which we could walk from hotel to their office to book trips at a lower rate. We had to also pay at these places which we were not informed upon booking at hotel to be ready for”

“The Loveholidays app is very easy to use; we’ve booked through it five times now. Everything was great, though we didn't like the food at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Sunny Beach—we had the exact same menu every day for the whole week, and the food was always cold. Otherwise, we really liked the location, rooms, pools, and service—it was superb.”

“This review is mostly about our hotel "The TU CASA GELIDONYA KERMER ANTALYA TURKEY" That we booked through loveholidays.com. First time my wife and I have used this company I would recommend loveholidays as our booking was 100%. 5*s. However. This revue is about our hotel. "Tu Casa Gelidonya hotel" I can sum this hotel up in one sentence. "DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY" This is no way a 4 star hotel! I would struggle to give it 3 stars. So I would call it "2. 1/2" stars at best. The only positive I can give this hotel, we had a second floor south facing balcony over looking the pool. THE HOTEL: Is setup for Russian guests and not for any other nationality. Their grounds are small and not setup for as many guests that were there. Bedrooms were small and not well maintained. With room for two chairs and a small square drinks table on the balcony. The bathroom had a shower, small wash basin (that when you brushed your teeth your arm hit the glass shower screen) and a toilet. Area size about: 6 feet by 7 feet-ish. The TV was in Russian with no English channel to be found any where. The hotel had three bars but only two were open during the day. More about these under food and drink. There were only two men and two woman public toilets for all the guest around the pool. and dinning area. So if you needed the toilet you were constantly going back to your room. The hotel had only one dinning room which also was too small for the amount of guests that were there. You have to pay for your: safe key and pool or beach towels (so take your own if you go). FOOD AND DRINK: This was an all inclusive hotel but my wife and I went out most nights just to get a decent meal. The food was disgusting and cold with small chipped and unwashed crockery, there were not enough cutlery to go around so if you went to late, you had your meal at a dirty uncleaned table and used your fingers to eat you food. Waiters / waitresses were unhelpful stood around being idle. Bar staff were slow to serve you and there was no waiter service. The only time they came around the pool aera was to collect the glasses as they ran out of small cups and drinks glasses. Only two drinks per person were allowed so if you had gone with family or friends you had to go to the bar more than once. The snack bar was open from 12:00 / 17:00 for snacks and drinks (same snacks every day, and once again cold), then closed all night. The lounge bar was open for a few hours for ice cream and cakes only, no drinks were served here. The waiters struggled with English and were contently pestering my Grand Daughter for her phone number. The water fridge was padlocked closed and open for a few hours only each day. With ants gaining access to the drinks machine after the chocolate powder. Entertainment: Daytime entertainment was a game of water polo once a day for the adults and a game of darts for the kids, again once a day. Evening was in a very, very small amphitheater with shows in Russian, or karaoke with few only a few song to choose from mostly in Russian; as the Wi-Fi / internet was so bad they could not down load any song to sing too. The entertainment staff were two guys who like most of the staff here just stood around. SO TO SUM UP: Russian guest hotel. NOT 4*s. Over crowed. Food and drink (take your own pot noodles to eat). Entertainment rubbish (go out for this). Bedroom too small, Bathroom too small. TV and Wi-Fi rubbish (take your own portable Wi-Fi box and Tablet, best thing I did on this holiday) Hotel grounds too small. Staff not helpful, (look as though they lots a five pound note and found a pound coin). Go somewhere else and do to waste your money on this hotel. Please take notice of this review.”
