“My fifth visit to the US with loveholidays and was worth every penny. The airport transfers could be vastly improved, but I enjoyed New York yet again. I have heard horror stories about things not going according to plan, but thankfully I've never had that problem”

“Had a lovely holiday through loveholidays. All the information and updates I needed were received timely and so no stress or worry there. Easy website to navigate and payment plan was excellent too. The transfer to the hotel from the airport was a nightmare but transfer back to airport was smooth. The hotel itself could do with a lot of updating, even for the price we paid, we did expect at the very least, comforable beds for the 3 of us and the use of outlets without having to unplug the old fashioned tv (as in, no casting or app login facility) but our holiday was fab and we will def. use loveholidays again.”

“I’ve just returned from my holiday booked through Love Holidays, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I booked until I arrived back home, everything was smooth, well organised, and completely stress-free. The booking process was quick and easy, and the website and app made it simple to manage everything in one place. Keeping track of payments, booking details, and travel documents was effortless thanks to how well the app is designed. Communication throughout was excellent. I received regular email updates, and when I needed to speak to someone over the phone, the customer service team were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I accidentally missed a payment at one point, but after a quick phone call it was resolved immediately with no hassle at all. Overall, the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Great value, excellent customer service, and a fantastic app made booking and travelling easy. I’ll definitely be booking with Love Holidays again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free holiday.”

“Good company, always use them. Looked after me one year when I couldn’t travel. The app is good , very clear information on your holiday, flights, transfers etc. If you have to contact the staff for anything, they are prompt and helpful in my experience. Would absolutely recommend them.”

“The holiday to Seville was well presented and a beautiful stay. There was a steady and effective flow of information from loveholidays. My only disappointment was in paying, I had intended paying the full amount upfront but somehow got tied into paying three amounts which incurred a surcharge. All staff encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool is small but we expected that from the pictures. The buffet breakfast was well presented and sufficient. The hotel is not close to any public transport and, like almost anywhere in the old town of Seville, endowed with a carpark.”
