“Brilliant holiday the entertainment was really good for the kids location was glad as marine land was only a short bus ride, the food was basic but had a few different things in the show cooking area each night lots of little shops close by and the beach a short walk down the road over all a brilliant holiday had by all”

“Love holidays are good have booked an number of times and got on good. This was worst hotel I said in definitely did not match the reviews or description. It was not wheelchair accessible. When brought this to staff and management all I got was it met EU standards which it definitely did not. There was a step into the shower a glass parting leaving limited space to transfer with no seat to sit on. Toilet was low and very close to glass parting for shower and skin so limited room to transfer and a drop down rail which did not drop down. There was a hoist into the pool but no one to help I asked two life guards. Another wheelchair user was there and staff watched as she lifted her in and out of the pool and did not offer help with the hoist. It wasn't clean ants walking up the walls and stained sheets. Had to pay for aircon which was only in the bed room but they would only give you on key per room and no other key would work to keep aircon on. Asked for late checkout and the cleaning lady was standing outside my room from 11.30 and at 12.05 asked me to leave and I had not seen a cleaner all week.”

“LOV12484356U I am extremely disappointed with my experience with loveholidays. After booking my holiday in good faith, I was informed that the room I had already booked was suddenly "no longer available." Instead of honouring the confirmed booking, I was told I would have to pay an additional £242 to keep my holiday. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Customers should not be expected to pay more after a booking has been confirmed, especially when the issue is entirely outside of their control. I booked based on the room type and total price that loveholidays agreed to, and I expect that agreement to be honoured. To make matters worse, resolving the issue has been frustrating, with no satisfactory solution offered. This has caused unnecessary stress and has seriously undermined my confidence in the company. I would strongly urge anyone considering booking with loveholidays to be cautious. A confirmed booking should provide peace of mind—not the risk of unexpected extra charges weeks or months later. Unless loveholidays honours the original booking or removes the additional £242 charge, I cannot recommend using their service.”

“Arrived home late last night ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, the booking process was fantastic. Everything was easy to understand and clearly explained. The insurance, transfers, accommodation, location and all the extras were well organised, so there was very little to worry about. I was quite nervous about travelling alone with my two boys, but I honestly didn't need to be. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the company really came through for us. I couldn't fault the service we received. Based on this experience, I would definitely book with them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“Booked with love holidays with 12 days till departure. Normally go jet2 but love holidays came up with an amazing offer in a great villa complex in my favourite holiday destination. Took a leap of faith and it paid off. I will have no worries booking with love holidays in the future. I had no problems whatsoever and had a great family holiday”

“10/10 holiday destination, the shop on site had the basics as well as the souvenir shop. The strip (new town) was within walking distance as well as the old town had great restaurants.”
