“The holiday was very easy to book and pay for and we were kept informed of anything we needed to know about flights and transfers. The hotel itself was very basic but the staff were amazing. The food may not be to everyone's tastes and the younger age group were not really catered for. We spent 2 hours on the 'private beach' and that was enough as it was dirty and full of rubbish. The pool area was really the only good part if you have children and although not the biggest it was always full. The room we had was basic but clean with a bath which we couldn't fill( the mixer tap for shower was stuck to shower only)....we managed. The hotel itself was stunning inside the foyer and kept clean by some amazing ladies. They were always asking if we needed anything. The pool area at night was lovely and great for a relaxing drink. We ventured out a few times. There wasn't much around the hotel to do or see but a taxi ride into Hammamet cost next to nothing and the beach there was beautiful with lots of shops and souks around the old medina.”

“This time has been great as we had not changes or amendments to make. For no nonsense, easy to book, great options for payment plan (which can be flexible with over payments or changing) and good price it is the best out there. However still burnt from last holiday as i need to change to a later flight and that was a disaster. DON'T change anything though as that is when it all goes to pot.”

“The hotel was described exactly as it was, beautiful rooms, breathtaking balcony views and location was perfect, lots of attractions near by. I would definitely choose the hotel again”

“Booking faultless. Accommodation of a much lower quality than advertised. Overall scruffy, grubby and tired throughout. Room only cleaned once in 10 days and only after I complained twice. Wardrobe unusable as no hanging rail. Hard, uncomfortable bed. Random furniture dumped outside our room for 3 days. Shower water barely tepid at all times and shower door ready to fall off. Electrical items provided (tv and hairdryer) not working. Advertised with WiFi but in reality had to pay for this and it was unreliable beyond reception area. Overhead lighting stopped working on our floor making it unsettling to walk to our room after dark. Fire doors always open on every floor and swinging/banging against metal staircase throughout the night and early hours. I would not stay here again.”

“The website was so user friendly. We input our details of what we needed and the results were immediately published in order of our search requirements. Having the ability to add filters was easy and simple. We have used love holidays over 10 times and it is a pleasure each time. Looking forward to the next break.”
