“Love holidays as a company was fine, hotel Catherine in Rhodes Greece is not a 4 star hotel at all, the pool was nice and the view but the hotel was up a hill which wasn’t mentioned and the food is more 2 star, very basic slim choice low quality I was shocked, snack bar well what snack bar slim choice cold dried out food and was only there sometimes, no icecream apart from meal times, the drinks in the restaurant the first two nights were warm ! The room was clean but the bed was rock hard with a spring digging it so that was such a shame otherwise clean and nice view, maid service was very good came everyday. Hotel staff friendly the hotel itself was clean. Evening entertainment was poor was basic, most people at the hotel were French so then the entertainment was in mainly French so shame if you don’t speak that language. Taki to old Rhodes was 30 euros there and back and 45 min wait to get a taxi back you have to join a queue was so busy but beautiful. Falaraki town was 14 euros there and back not a nice walk into town and big hill up on way home it’s very clubby there lots of shops the beach is nice. We also went to lakido beach which the hotel Provides a shuttle too it’s a pretty cove but again it’s soooo busy hard to find anywhere to sit and there was loads of litter in the sea where you walk in which was a shame. This hotel was more a 3star no way 4 star we tried to make the best of it anyway but we ate out alot and spent a lot in taxis so we wish we didn’t bother with all inclusive waste of money and spent way more then we wanted to, oh and the air con is rubbish I was so hot every night it’s centrally controlled so it’s not cold and it’s a floor unit so just goes up and doesn’t spread in the room which also really got to me as it’s been so hot and I’m pregnant and I was really looking forward to a week of air con so again overall was disappointed”

“I have just got back from Dalaman Turkey staying at the Ace Club Hotel and I booked through Love Holidays and honestly I did not have any issues from start to finish. Booking with Love Holidays was really simple. Even without creating an account I could view my booking, get support whenever I needed it and manage everything easily. I was able to access both airline websites using my booking reference, check my flights and even had the option to add luggage if I wanted to. The whole process was straightforward and worked exactly as it should. Anytime I had a question or needed help they were really understanding, they listened to my concerns, took feedback on board and actually did something about it. Good customer service makes a huge difference and they definitely delivered. I would happily recommend Love Holidays, in fact I already have to friends and they will definitely be my first choice for future holidays. They have been reliable throughout and have genuinely exceeded my expectations. The hotel transfer from the airport to the hotel and back was great as well. The driver was looking for me and made me feel special not going to lie. Very smiley, very happy and not pushy at all, just genuinely friendly people. I was even offered water on both trips which I found really thoughtful especially with the heat so I am very grateful for that. As for the Ace Club Hotel itself, it has been incredible. I have genuinely made long term friends with the staff. I am baffled by how friendly they are. Whether you are having a good day or a bad day they look after you. They are genuinely good people who will not just abandon you in a corner unless you ask for it. Food has been great and I have been surprised by the quality. There have been ups and downs but overall I would give it an easy 8.5 to 9 out of 10. The room is nothing fancy but it is great. Very comfortable bed, AC works well, toilet is very clean, plenty of storage, TV, and a nice little balcony if you want to have a smoke or just chill outside. The main pool is incredibly clean, I cannot fault it, 5 out of 5. The children's pool is not the greatest but still lovely. Only small issue is if you want a space by the pool you need to be up early to get a chair as it can get crowded. In general if there were any issues it was from other customers rather than the hotel itself. Overall 9 out of 10 for the hotel and 10 out of 10 for the whole experience. My trip to Dalaman has honestly been incredible. It is not just me saying that, everyone I have met here has said the same. I have spoken to people who have travelled all over Europe and so many have said they have never been anywhere quite like this. The scenery, the atmosphere and the people have made it really memorable. “So easy to book and navigate the app with love holidays. No hidden fees etc. all information about the hotel was correct. All information i need throughout my holiday was easily accessible in the app. We went to S’illot (majorca) all inclusive.”
