“Always use love holidays, had to cancel a place due to a party members holidays being refused once being allowed (this had nothing to do with Love holidays) However, when I tried to cancel that person's place, the information given by love Holiday wasn't good enough and I ended up having to pay for the holiday, if I was informed, yet the place was still cancelled....if I was informed better I would have paid to change the name and brought someone else with me but I wasn't given enough information from Love holiday to make this happen”

“Overall, I was pleased with Loveholidays as a tour operator. The hotel could have been cleaner, and towels was unclean and with holes. and the food selection varied more often; it was the same thing all week, so we frequently ate out. But thats not A touroperator problem.The cocktails weren't the best, either. The first driver who took us to the hotel wasn't happy with the tip we left; he showed his dissatisfaction, threw up his hands, and grumbled something in Turkish. Yet, upon arrival at the hotel, he hadn't even opened the trunk for us. I don't think he deserved any more. The driver who took us to the airport was excellent—top-notch—so he got a good tip. Plus, the transfer to the airport was in a VIP van rather than a standard bus. We also received vouchers for a two-hour massage package. The location is good—close to the sea, with shopping right across the street. Evenings at the hotel was borring. So we go out for little partys and live music. Good hotel for older people. All in all, we had a great holiday. Want to add poctures with towels and stuff but it shows its not possible”
