“Had a fabulous stay at the Horizon Blu, booked through Loveholidays. We had an amazing time and would definitely return, such welcoming staff, delicious food, convenient location and perfect for a relaxing chilled holiday. Booked everything we needed through Loveholidays. Have used them for our last 5 holidays and the process is so easy through the app. Have recommended to friends and family.”

“Xeno Eftalia Resort Hotel This is not a 4* Hotel dont be fooled..... Read all reviews here and TripAdvisor. My stay at Xeno Eftalia Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not return or recommend this hotel to other British holidaymakers. From the moment I arrived, it felt as though the hotel was not interested in catering for British guests. The food was one of the worst aspects of the stay. The choice was poor, the quality was disappointing, and much of the food appeared to be aimed at Russian and Turkish guests. For British guests, the options were extremely limited — basically chips/fries, boiled eggs or burgers or Nuggets very little else that felt suitable or appealing same food every day bland and reheated or made into something else. When you're paying for an all-inclusive holiday, you expect a reasonable choice of food, not to struggle to find something decent to eat. The room was also very basic and disappointing. I wasn't expecting luxury, but I certainly expected a proper double bed. Instead, I was given a single bed, which was extremely uncomfortable, particularly as I am tall. There was mould on the wall which was disgusting. All i was expecting was a clean room and a comfortable bed should be the absolute minimum expectation when staying in a hotel. The entertainment was another major failure. The evening entertainment was extremely poor and felt like an afterthought. The children's entertainment was particularly disappointing, starting at around 9pm far too late for young children, who are already tired by that time. For a family resort, this is simply unacceptable. To be fair, the only genuinely nice things about the hotel were the pool area and the reception. The pool area was pleasant and well presented, and the reception area gave a much better first impression of the hotel than it really is. Unfortunately, these positives were nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. Overall, I felt that the hotel offered very poor value for money. The food, accommodation and entertainment all fell well below what I would expect from a holiday resort. British guests should think very carefully before booking this hotel, as I certainly would not book it again. A very disappointing holiday and, in my opinion, a hotel that needs to make significant improvements to cater for British holidaymakers.”

“I have been using loveholidays for many years and overall I have always had a good experience with the app. It makes it very easy to find and book the hotel and flights together, and one of the main reasons I continue using loveholidays is the option to pay for the holiday in instalments, which is extremely convenient. Unfortunately, this time the hotel itself did not meet our expectations. The service and attitude of some members of staff really need improvement. Staff should be friendlier, more attentive and welcoming to all guests. The rooms and facilities were also very old and worn and clearly need significant maintenance. We had problems with the shower not draining properly and an unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom. The food was also quite bland and could have had much more flavour. On the positive side, the gardens and outdoor areas were beautiful and very well maintained. The airport transfer on arrival was also disappointing. Despite travelling with young children, we waited around an hour in the heat before our transport arrived. There seemed to be an organisational issue, but what made the situation worse was the lack of communication or apology. Nobody properly explained what was happening or how long we would be waiting, which meant we arrived at the hotel much later and more tired than expected. However, the return transfer was completely different. The driver was very friendly, arrived at the scheduled time and the journey to the airport was smooth and problem-free. Overall, I am still happy with loveholidays as a booking platform and would use it again, particularly because of how easy it is to book and pay in instalments. However, I think the quality of the hotels and transfer providers offered should be monitored more closely, as these are ultimately a big part of the overall holiday experience.”

“Hotel was amazing. Staff work hard rollerskate staff bringing you drinks, food was decent- usually get sick of all Inclusive food by the end but not this time. Rooms clean and good size. Would go back in a heartbeat”

“From browsing holidays, to booking & for paying it up was stress free! The whole holiday from start to finish was truly superb, the transfers between airport to hotel & return were hassle free & very well organised. Any & all updates were sent to us, there was also extra information on the actual area we were staying in. Love holidays really do go above and beyond for their customers making it a wonderful experience & a fabulous holiday.”
