The customer services are the worst I have ever come across in a company. The automated Bot they have running it is beyond useless and when you finally get through to a human they keep you on hold for well over an hour. Beyond this, they have charged me over £580 for a holiday to Italy, but haven't paid the hotel I was due to stay at and have severed relations with them without informing me. I had to call the hotel directly to see if there was anything I could do, to which they said they haven't had a single penny from Loveholidays and have had just as a horrific experience as I have. I am now due to lose a lot of money, after losing a lot of time and effort, based solely on Loveholiday's incompetence and false information.

I booked with them after reading positive trustpilot reviews. Then realise it was a scam ( despite a website that convince you to book with confidence, Atol and insurance won't apply to bookings, nobody to help you once they took your money,...and if you write a negative review, it is immediately followed by dozens of fake 5 star reviews...part of the scam.

just wrote a bad review on trip advisor, and it was quickly followed by 3, 5 stars reviews ( I now understand those reviews are from them). Has anyone ever managed to speak to someone or get their money back? I have been trying for a week. Absolute scam.

Been asking for someone to contact us from love holiday over 6 weeks ago and to date nothing . Everything you post a bad review on trust pilot within minutes the would receive 6to 8 positive reviews so obviously their staff are posting these reviews to keep their ratings high . Only on trustpilot they have 4.5 stars . Their FB and Twitter page is inundated with negative reviews and not replying to customer seem to be the most common with not refunding monies owe Plz DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Had a issue with my booking and I have been waiting over a month to speak with someone to resolve this and still no effort on loveholiday part REIMBURST US OR GIVE US A CREDIT NOTE BUT U REALLY NEED TO CALL US VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,AND EVERYONE WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT LOVE HOLIDAY HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE . U NEED TO STATE ON YOUR WEB SITE THAT YOU DONT COMMUNICATE AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE . JUST RING US plz

Holiday falsely advertised. Hotel no fault of their own did not have any of the facilities available due to being out of season. They had notified 'Love Holidays ' who had not passed this information on at time of booking which was misleading. Taken no responsibility for this. Will never book with this company again!

Absolutely terrible... customer service they will only talk to you when making the booking. After that you are on your own. You have been warned!!

Do not give them your hard earned money. They cancelled our hotel tried to give us a sub standard alternative with pool being renovated so out of action. Customer service is a new low I cannot tell you how poor this service has been. Will never book with a tour operator again - doubt we will ever see our money back - horrible experience.

Dear Love Holidays, I am very upset at the way you've dealt with my wife's booking on our 2 year anniversary. We've landed on the 22nd of February in Dubai at 5:30am. We've then arrived at the Millennium Barsha Hotel at approximately 6:30am. We are tired and exhausted from traveling and to our surprise. We have been informed that check in times start from 2pm. This is ridiculous. If you knew this was the situation. Why would your operators do this? You should have used your common sense and booked us a room from the 21st of February. We would like a reimbursement of a days stay as we have totally lost a day of our travel thanks to your incomplete disregard for our stay. We're gonna check into our room at 2pm and lose a day on resting. We are currently sitting in the hotel lobby. It is now 8:14am in Dubai. Thank you for ruining this trip for us. I will be adding this review on Tripadvisor too. This is my wife's first and final time ever booking with your company

Booked a holiday to malta last October. Went to the airport the bar code did not work in the machine.A lady called up over it did not work for her.so she tap it into computer and told us that we was not booked on the plane.got the money back for the flight.but not £600 for the rest of it..went to chargeback. But was no help...can't get hold of no one from loveholidays.so please do not use them..keep away from them.

I hate even giving this scam company even one star !!! How are they still allowed to trade is beyond me .This so called “Love Holiday”company has caused me such stress and upset at a time of grief , I booked my holiday with them for myself and my daughter , sadly my beloved stepmother passed away and then my daughter moved away for a better job then I lost my job due to covid ,I had to sadly cancel my holiday and that’s where my nightmare began. I had already paid €300 and knew I wouldn’t get that back but they wanted another €300 to completely cancel the holiday or they would just keep taking the money from my card every month eventhough we can’t go anymore , I finally got to speak to someone after 3 weeks of trying and another payment taken and explained what happened!! They didn’t care they still want another €300 or the holiday will Not be cancelled and I’d be paying €1000 I was in tears on the phone because I just don’t have the money . They are still trying to take it from my bank !everyday they try , last try was this morning 19/02/22. I’ve rang my bank and put a block on them . Please save yourselves the heartache of dealing with this unscrupulous company . Customer service omg !! Who are you kidding !! It should be changed to don’t care about our customers service!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT All COSTS LITERALLY!!!

One word if you want a holiday from hell , and someone to Rob you off every penny choose love holiday. They are incompetent, inconsiderate, and there isn't a single professional person working in this company. I am a,single mom I worked so hard to go away with my kids for 4 days to Spain. They changed my original hotel , changed the date of my flights, which means I am missing out on one whole day of my holiday. Still trying to charge me the saje amount of money and today messed up adding my son to my holiday , the agent asked me to book the extra flight through the airline since the flight was fully booked, I payed extra 240 euros to book my son on the same flight they lied was fully booked and no seats were available. Then when I booked the flight they completely refused to add my son to my booking = hotel room and airport shuttle... and closed the communication. I have the evidence they messed up my booking and now refusing to add my son or refund my money. Absolute disgrace greedy unprofessional people. Ps they don't deserve that one star either.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Missold a holiday and then left in the lurch when the problems were discovered Bought a last minute 5-day package to Tenerife from Edinburgh. Love Holidays sold it as no hassle winter family break. We paid extra for all inclusive and a private airport collection - what could possibly go wrong ? Our airline tickets arrived by email a couple of days before travel. The night before our travel we tried to check in, but couldn’t manage. We phoned the airline to see if they could check us in. They said because it was booked through Love Holidays we would have to check in at the airport. We then drove the next morning from our home in Aberdeen to Edinburgh airport, only to find out that the flight was overbooked. This was after a long drive and paying for last minute & expensive airport carparking ☹️ The airline said they could try and get us onto the flight via standby tickets. There was however no spaces on the flight, so the four of us (two adults and two young kids) didn’t get on. The airline ground crew were pretty helpful. Our only alternative was a flight the next morning from Manchester to Tenerife. The airline changed the tickets free and without fuss. We then had to get a train to Manchester and stay in a hotel at our own cost At Edinburgh airport we phoned Love Holidays and were on-hold for 45 minutes at £3 / minute to ask for help. There answer was “this is nothing to do with us”. No help, no changes possible and no refund. We tried asking for help again from Love Holidays later that evening on their web chat just to be told “it’s not our problem”, “we may or may not be able to rearrange your airport pick up for the next day when you arrive from Manchester and we will let the hotel know that you staying for a shorter period”. That was the sum total of their help … Love holiday sold us a holiday with flights that were already oversold as far as we can see from the timing of their tickets to us, they wouldn’t help us and then told us we had no recourse Make you own mind up about Love Holidays after reading this

You took my money and refused to refund my flight cost despite booking both flights and hotel and transfers with you. That made it a package holiday as we purchased ALL elements from you. Would never use you again so take notice if you are reading this!!

We booked a holiday to Cuba with love holidays. We picked a particular hotel that had all we wanted and flights with Tui. Love holidays told us we had to pay for the flights in full straight off - no problem. Less than 3 weeks before departure they informed us that the hotel was ‘no longer available’. We were offered one alternative hotel which was not up to the same standard. We rang customer services and after being on hold for 35mins we were offered alternative hotels but as it as so close to our departure the prices had risen alarmingly. Hotels of a much lower standard were much more expensive than our original one. We gave this some thought and rang back - 45mins on hold. We were told basically take or leave it. If we cancelled we would not get any monies back. We then tried an on line chat. Virtually told the same thing except not only would lose everything if we cancelled we would have to pay an extra £80 for the privilege! They would not let us keep the air tickets on their own. We have ended up having to pay an extra £300+ for a poorer room! This company is ok when things are going well but as soon as there is a problem it’s just tough! Customer services are non existent. There is no way of speaking or emailing anyone in their complaideportment as this has to be done by post with it’s obvious delays. We will never use this company again!

Where to start we booked a holiday to Thailand last April for February this year and on and of there have been issues with one thing or another but mainly fight changes at one point early on a flight we originally booked was no longer scheduled offered an alternative with another airline and love holidays asked for us to pay another £1000 plus up front before the cost of the original flight had been refunded this I wasn’t comfortable with so I refused to do so eventually things had been rearranged with original airline, this was fine until a little later yet another schedule change and this time wanted to charge me more again because of price changes yet again I refused by this point I began to question my choice of holiday company, eventually after messaging back and forth with at 3 different members of staff the status quo had been restored and the original price stayed.now the cruncher two weeks before we depart I received a email informing me that due operational issues with covid etc our holiday had been cancelled and a full refund would be made in due course gutted and extremely angry is an understatement and i as well as others I spoke to think this is a bs excuse for what ever reason,the only good thing about it was the duly offered refund was made less than 24 hours after it was applied for thankfully I’ve managed to book again for the same dates and hotel at short notice booking each element separately much to our relief.safe to say I won’t be going back to love holidays again
