“Can I give them zero stars? Horrendous, rude & incompetent company. First off they’ll send you the wrong email address to be able to check in with in advance, so then you get charged at the airport for not having done it sooner £55 (Ryanair). They also did not have our return transfers booked. We tried to add another person before we even travelled which was farcical and we gave up. Hard to get hold of & when you do they’re unhelpful & actually rude. Never ever again. How are they still even operating”

“I've booked had no problem at all all my son had full refund when he's holiday got cancelled due to Covid pandemic, when we booked we choice Jet2 flight because loveholiday only put your holiday together once booked and problem with flights you have to to your flight provider that's why we choice Jet2 we will email hotel just before we go just to make sure but we have not had any problems emailed us with in minutes to confirm booking also sending us voucher and transfer voucher to print or at to phone but we will print, then Jet2 sent our flight details and if we want to add anything like seats together food on the plane extra leg room to contact them not love holiday using your ref number my family travel with love holiday all the time but they just put your holiday together so be aware when you book with .them .”

“terrible! horrible! no communication, just takes money out. impossible to get through via phone , tried contacting them via live chat waited for 2 hours from being 50 in a que and when i got down to 9 they kicked me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shame!!! HOW THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO WORK”

“Really poor customer service ,our holiday was cancelled due to them as they never got back to us when we had emergency . Also we contacted them to sort out the matter we had no answer from them and waited 3 to 4 hours on the phone to speak to them and despite that every time different person said different and no one could help us . I would recommend that you book your holiday with reliable holiday company who provide better customer service . Love holiday service is very disappointing ,poor and also they take customer rights away to make decison about their holiday hence I would not give even 1 star to them”

“Do not use! Never received a confirmation for my holiday yet money was taken out of my account. Waited over an hour on the phone line to get through to someone after attempting to contact them for days. One star as I was eventually refunded”

“Absolutely useless. Will never use this company again You can’t communicate with anyone and they keep sending you to their ‘manage my booking’ app where they close your query if you dont respond fast enough. Nothing but stress and anxiety caused, very disappointed and disgusted.”

“Love holidays more like Hate holidays The worst company ever, after they take your money online they don’t answer calls or message back , please please please do not book with this company they are all frauds all they do is take your money without providing a service. You can’t get through to them via phone or messaging….total scam I tried to change a spelling mistake on the ticket but they asked for double the ticket price . I wish I could give them zero stars but had to select 1”

“The customer services are the worst I have ever come across in a company. The automated Bot they have running it is beyond useless and when you finally get through to a human they keep you on hold for well over an hour. Beyond this, they have charged me over £580 for a holiday to Italy, but haven't paid the hotel I was due to stay at and have severed relations with them without informing me. I had to call the hotel directly to see if there was anything I could do, to which they said they haven't had a single penny from Loveholidays and have had just as a horrific experience as I have. I am now due to lose a lot of money, after losing a lot of time and effort, based solely on Loveholiday's incompetence and false information.”

“Do not give them your hard earned money. They cancelled our hotel tried to give us a sub standard alternative with pool being renovated so out of action. Customer service is a new low I cannot tell you how poor this service has been. Will never book with a tour operator again - doubt we will ever see our money back - horrible experience.”

“Dear Love Holidays, I am very upset at the way you've dealt with my wife's booking on our 2 year anniversary. We've landed on the 22nd of February in Dubai at 5:30am. We've then arrived at the Millennium Barsha Hotel at approximately 6:30am. We are tired and exhausted from traveling and to our surprise. We have been informed that check in times start from 2pm. This is ridiculous. If you knew this was the situation. Why would your operators do this? You should have used your common sense and booked us a room from the 21st of February. We would like a reimbursement of a days stay as we have totally lost a day of our travel thanks to your incomplete disregard for our stay. We're gonna check into our room at 2pm and lose a day on resting. We are currently sitting in the hotel lobby. It is now 8:14am in Dubai. Thank you for ruining this trip for us. I will be adding this review on Tripadvisor too. This is my wife's first and final time ever booking with your company”

“Booked a holiday to malta last October. Went to the airport the bar code did not work in the machine.A lady called up over it did not work for her.so she tap it into computer and told us that we was not booked on the plane.got the money back for the flight.but not £600 for the rest of it..went to chargeback. But was no help...can't get hold of no one from loveholidays.so please do not use them..keep away from them.”
