“We have booked many holidays through loveholidays and have always been very happy with the service. We have never experienced any issues before. During our last holiday, we did have some problems with our flights, and I had to contact the loveholidays support team. They responded quickly and were very helpful in resolving the issue.”

“All was good. Really happy with my experience with Loveholidays. Everything was easy to book and manage, and the communication was clear. The hotel was lovely, with amazing staff, a great breakfast, lunch, dinner and lots of facilities. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely book again!””

“We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with lots of shops, restaurants and a lovely promenade to enjoy in the evenings. The private beach was a real highlight, with free sunbeds, umbrellas and large cushions for hotel guests. Just walk a little further along the beach and you’ll find the area allocated to the hotel. One thing to be mindful of is that there are lots of fish in the sea and they can nibble your legs, so keep swimming! The evening entertainment was amazing, with lots of shows, bingo, live music and even entertainment for younger children. If you’re all-inclusive, there is food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety, lots of desserts and fresh fruit. Our room was a little small for two people and the wardrobe definitely needs upgrading. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my clothes inside it as it looked quite worn and there were no shelves. The bathroom was fine and the balcony was a nice addition. There is a small fridge in the room, but unfortunately it was not working at all. There were two small bottles of water left for us inside, but they were warm, and the fridge remained warm throughout our seven-day stay, so we were unable to use it. Also, please be aware that the safe in the room is chargeable if you wish to use it. The only other real downside was the cleaning. During our seven-day stay, the towels were changed regularly, but the room was not hoovered or mopped. The sheets were changed once after we requested it, but even then the floor was not cleaned. We were only asked about cleaning the day before we left, when we were already packing. Apart from the cleaning and room facilities mentioned above, we had a fantastic experience, made lovely memories and would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends.”
