Be WARNED - Stay away from booking with love holidays. You can never speak with anyone about changes. no one picks the phone up and the online chat well you no one wants to help and just ends the chat, DISGRACEFUL customer service!!!!!

We booked an all inclusive holiday to Greece, we got the flight conformation but nothing about the hotel or any reference numbers. We do not know if the booking has been accepted or not. You CANNOT get in contact with them at all, which is a big worry! Its been a week and we have heard nothing. Very stressful, NEVER using love holidays again. How do i know if my holiday will happen? Only was to get a response from them seems to be writing a review. JUST SHOCKING.

Booked a holiday with flights hotel transfer...flight was great got to the hotel at 2am only to be told we couldn't check in to our room until 2pm 12 hours later. Called Love Holidays emergency resort number to be told nothing they would do and to get a room earlier I had to pay another £150.00...so if you are booking with Love Holidays (I never will again!) Check what time you expect to get to the hotel and what time they will actually have a room for you...What company puts a package together that your flight arrives 12 hours before you will have a room...that'll be Love Hoidays....dont touch them with a barge pole!!!!!

Have used loveholidays for almost ten years but now have to say will not use again. 22 of my party went to turkey for family birthday. On arrival in Turkey found out that transfer express taxi firm went bust. Love holidays did not even know about this. We had to pay for own taxis to and from samara hotel turkey. On getting back home we have all tried to talk to love holidays regarding what happened. All you get is Sandy chat bot you cannot speak to anyone as they say they are too busy. Yes with complaints. You have let yourself down. Beware if you are going with LoveHolidays.

My flight, transfer and hotel accommodation was perfect on the way over but for the journey back my flight was a horrendous mess. I only wish I'd read reviews about LH before I booked with them (the reviews on Trustpilot differ significantly from reviews on IO). My flight was cancelled from Marrakech to London Heathrow in the afternoon within hours before travel and I not informed by LH or British Airways (had to find out when I tried to check in and was advised by the information desk about the cancellation at Marrakech Airport). Luckily, I had internet and got through to a customer service representative who advised a separate team would arrange for the next suitable flights and that I wouldn’t be left stranded but guess what? I was! No update from arrived and British Airways advised me only my travel agent (Love Holidays) could rebook and reissue new tickets as they issued the original. In the end I had to take an alternative flight to London Gatwick in the evening and then transfer myself to London Heathrow (cost Ā£104!) plus book a hotel as my connecting flight was 9 hours later from London Heathrow to Glasgow. I have still not received any email correspondence from Love Holidays but I will be pursuing this further ASAP.

This company is a disgrace, they made a mess of my return flight as to which I had to rebook and pay for extra baggage, tried to contact them for 2 days while in Spain no answer, if I was anyone looking to go book directly with the hotel and airline keep away from this company you've be warned

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this company like the plague: I only wish I'd read reviews about LH before I booked with them. Absolutely terrible service. Change of flight 24 hours before travel - not informed by LH (had to find out when I tried to check in and realised it had been moved back 9 hours. Lost a day of our holiday. Had we booked directly with Ryanair, we could have amended flights for free, instead we had to buy new flights. LH did not answer phone, nor was live chat available. I'd go as far as saying their service is almost criminal: taking money for a service they don't provide. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They might be slightly cheaper, but if anything goes wrong, you will get absolutely no help from them. Even answering their phone is clearly too much for them.

zero customer service, It's been 4months since I applied for my refunds, and has not been paid. They are always unreachable except you are making a booking, sent several emails but no response but they keep sending updates about new places to travel to. The flight company has company has confirmed money has been refunded to Love holiday but to call and speak to their team is impossible. They only collect your money and runaway

Just booked the exact same holiday from on the beach cost me £50 more each thanks to llove holidays mucking are booking up and cost us 5 day delay to book our holiday which cost us money.. Explain why you kept us waiting 5 days to confirm only to bump the price by £650. Luckily on the beach came to the rescue. I wont be using your travel company every again. I will be posting my experience on social media. You tried to rip me off and nearly missed my holidays for myself and 4 other family members. Communication poor and your dont support your customers. Miss selling on holiday description even on my last holiday 2 weeks ago to Turkey but I thought I'd give you another try and now this, Disgraceful also I want my deposit of £200 ASAP. How about a call instead of hiiding behind emails. You failed me and you do t really care Mr john kewley

This company is a complete joke. You can never get to talk to anyone from the team. There is absolutely no way of communicating with them. They do not help with anything. They take the money for the booking & run, afterwards no communication or assistance. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

They say they’re open between 9-5. Yet they don’t let you get through to anyone. They say to do everything online however the options are unavailable. You literally can’t amend or change anything they’re absolutely trash.

No customer service - if you have any issues no chance of resolving! I have booked two holidays with this company. First one was very simple and easy to book, easy payment plan etc. Our circumstances changed and we needed to cancel the holiday for financial reasons. The lack of customer service was so bad and shocking we were never able to contact an actual human, was on hold for pretty much every lunch break for about 4 weeks and ended up not being able to cancel because of this. The most recent booking has been even worse. The first issue was we needed to book for me, my fiancĆ©e and our expectant baby (who does not have a D.O.B for obvious reasons) so that we can attend a family wedding. Again, trying to explain this to a robot or seek advice on an FAQ page is impossible. No response to emails, calls cut you off as the robot ā€œcannot helpā€. I then managed to find a number through google for new bookings and after 2 hours of being on hold managed to speak to an actual person who resolved the baby D.O.B dilemma, which in total took around 5 days. Once we had managed to do this we could then inform other family members that it has been confirmed and to also book the same hotel & flights. The newest issue is now the initial confirmation and then cancellation of our accommodation! We booked a specific hotel as parents and grandparents can be together and with us to help with child care etc. The again automated email us gave us 5 days to either choose the new suggested accommodation or have our holiday cancelled automatically. I have tried to call but get cut off as I’m not making a new booking and recognises my number. I have emailed and had no response. Being told constantly to head to the ā€œmanage my bookingā€ by robots where again that is no use for the issue. I then decided to message on twitter… and you guessed it, an automated robot where you can only select multiple choice options and get told to go the manage my booking page. On the contact us, there is no number, no email, no contact form, only live chat. I’m now on around the 20th time trying to start a live chat, only to be told by another robot that they are too busy. After sending a public tweet to Love Holidays I received a reply saying they have responded to my DM, which reads: ā€œ Hello, I have passed your query to the relevant department who will be in touch however please note they are working in departure date orderā€. Could be a robot but who knows?! Not the response we were hoping for as we have only 2 days to speak to someone before our holiday is cancelled, which in turn will mess up a lot of other family members plans! I should of learned the first time but stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt! Avoid and go with a company with a customer service department or at least a contact phone number!!!

Completely outrageous rubbish company, been trying to contact loveholidays for over 3 weeks to cancel my holiday or make changes. Totally unreliable, unable to speak to anyone, they never reply back on chat or so cut you off. AVOID

Cannot get a proper refund on hotel booking 6 days before arrival date due to having passports robbed thus unable to travel further. Shocking bot system on the manage my booking site which is the only way to cancel a booking. This Company are a disgraceThey had no difficulty in taking the booking and money from Ireland but cannot contact me because I have an Irish phone number .

I have been trying to remove passenger from our booking and it's been few month and we did not receive credit either no changes has been made, this is first and last time I am making booking with them, very disappointed! Customer service is so useless, no contact whatsoever.!

they suck absolute ass, I tried to change my booking, got a response to contact them, but they DON'T ANSWER. now we are 15 days from our flight and do not know what to do as we have to pay a extra night as our original flight was leaving during midnight and the new flight is leaving midday.

Where do I even start! do not book this is a legit review I’m not trying to claim no insurance back I haven’t even travelled yet booked a hotel that later I wasn’t happy with wanted to change it I couldn’t there’s NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, their line rings and cuts you off as it’s an automated operator, been contacting them since September so for nine months now day in and out calling and calling and nothing and I’m travelling in a week got in touch today finally I could’ve cried, after being on the phone for 1 hour and a half the lady hanged up on me after I told her my query, you can speak online chat however the advisors are extremely rude and unhelpful, do not book with these guys the amount of stress tears and headache that I have they’re not letting me change hotel saying there’s no availability for any hotel where as there is when I go onto other websites as well as on the love holiday websites there’s availability for the exact dates and rooms I want however they’re just not letting me change no matter what I don’t mind paying extra but no one’s bothering to help me, I wanted to cancel holidays ages ago but I’m gonna lose over 50% of my money Contacted British airways to find out more about my flight details, British airways are then telling me that love holidays haven’t been transferred my details over to them and I’m supposedly flying in a week, nothing to do with British airways it’s all on love holidays and they’re incompetency. I’m honestly telling you guys they’re a money making scam ran by a bunch of scums, pay the extra money and book on actual legit holiday websites where there is support, flexibility and an actual customer sevice team . I’m reporting these guys in to the fraud team with my bank.

We had a trip to Rome. Transfers both ways to the airport and back didn't turn up. We ended up getting taxis and being out of pocket. We then missed our flight home as a direct consequence. We then had to fork out for different flights to London. Our car was parked at Manchester! Horrendous. You can never get in touch with anyone either. Terrible customer service. Awful company.
