LOV2440044U waited 2 hours and 40 minutes to be in the customer service queue then i had 30 people in front of me for Adam to disconnect the chat without answering my only one question. Rubbish customer service. I had a flight from a year before as i wasn't able to travel which was recently cancelled and they have refunded monies to love holidays Adam believes i got a full refund when i actally paid for cancellation fee of £78 which i have a proof of then he shuts me out as i have the whole day to try to speak to somone else as no luck on phone either. How do i get my refund back why is it matter when did i book the ticket if it was only cancelled now it isn't my fault that EasyJet decided to cancel a flight and arranged a refund for me that i had to purchase a new one and i am now out of £200 and initially they happily taken me off by their cancellation fee as well. Adam has the guts to say i got full refund i wish i did. I would like to receive my refund from easyJet and perhaps train up on customer service don't leave the chat specially if it is that hard to reach you. Erika

Absolutely shocking company my advice is never to use this company.we went on holiday in February and the first of the 3 connecting flights was cancelled just ten hrs before take off was told that I had to get to Heathrow airport and board there on our original connection flight I was then charged £761 just to amend tickets to have luggage checked in there instead of Manchester, bearing in mind i had already paid in full for flights ,they actually owed my for the first flight cancellation.i filed a complaint which can only be done via their app ( absolutely ridiculous) since then heard nothing at all from them,it is almost impossible to get through on the phone line as it's automated and just cut you off and it's totally impossible to speak to a human.so I am now taking legal action.this is a total nightmare.please please never book with this company.

​be prepared that they will increase the price ie. €2000 7 days after your booking. if you refuse (we paid in full for our family with 4 kids with no apology, the holiday is cancelled. I couldn't get through to anyone for days and not to go into detail. I have never had so much stress after paying something in full. Even when I got through to them, the company asked me to find a solution as they could not pay for the price increase even though they didn't come back to me until a week later. they have no time to look for alternatives as they are very busy ... and yes i was compliant. terrible experience

Love to take your money, hate talking to customers. Their website is really unhelpful and confusing when making a booking and if something goes wrong, . Once booked you cannot change airlines, so you have to make and pay for any changes with no refunds. Their system booked us onto the wrong flights and airport without us realising. No chance of talking to someone to sort things out, no phone number and the chat line would not put us through a human being for weeks until it was too late. We spent hours going round the website and chat line getting nowhere. More worrying, when we did get to chat to a human, they said there were problems all the time with their system and we were not the only one having problems with their booking system! No help, no refunds added £550 to cost of the holiday and hours of frustration.

Absolutely blown away how this company can stay in business. We booked our holidays with you and we’re strung along beyond your 72 hour policy. After 40+ calls and three hours on hold with multiple hangups from their end, we were told we would have to pay more for the flights. An absolute joke to deal with and had to fight for a refund. Still awaiting our Funds to be put back in our account. Again, cannot understand how a company can legally operate in this fashion. Thanks for ruining our family vacation with just days before leaving.

We booked a holiday from love holidays website for 26/42022 for 2weeks it really was the worst holiday we have ever had,we phone love holidays on the second day to inform them about the hotel which was really discussing damp dirty conditions, we paid extra 280euro to move the the sister 4star hotel which was a little cleaner but still not upto standard we have since been trying to contact love holidays but it's impossible to get in touch with them,there is so much more about the hotel that we can't put in to words,we just want to speak with love holidays regarding the problem we had to put up with.

Been booked for 3 years.....they've not secured any rooms in the hotel for us for next week. Terrible customer service. You cannot talk to a human. Will never use them again. Going for a full refund. Wonder how long that will take. Avoid at all costs. Must try much harder Lovehoildays....🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Avoid at all costs. Have been trying to speak to someone. Can’t get through. Automated message is the same in that they are prioritising people travelling within 4 weeks which according to them I am! Despite holiday being cancelled last November. Taken money from my account since cancellation. Eventually got through to a person on chat today (they think I am going on holiday tomorrow although flight cancelled 6mths ago) didn’t resolve and after 1hr of him looking through issue ended chat and said he couldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT BOOK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would give minus marks if possible.

Booked and paid for holiday should be flying to Majorca 11 June, however no confirmation or reference from Loveholidays, can’t contact them via phone or log online as no reference No idea what to do looks like I won’t be going on holiday although it’s been paid for in full Avoid this company

-1 is what I would give. The worst experience ever. Any number given no chance of a reply if it hadn’t been the kindness of a spanish guest who took our details & found our picking up times for going home we would’ve had no chance of finding it out. Disgusting arrangements for leaving far far earlier than needed but obviously trying to save money, it’s totally wrong. We’ll never go with love holidays again

Terrible service! We booked a side sea view room and received an email informing us that the booking is pending. The summary listed 1 room and the hotel without any further details. On the next day we received confirmation that we booked a deluxe double room - not a side sea view!! We tried contacting loveholidays numerous times but couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. The only option was the live chat so we got connected to an agent and explained our case. The agent was taking a long time to reply and didn’t seem to be willing to help us. He advised us to wait and that he will check the initial booking with the colleague who arranged everything and get back to us. We waited for hours, days and he never contacted us, neither did we hear from loveholidays at all. We wanted to cancel the booking that didn’t match the room we selected, but there was a cancellation fee already. Also, there was an additional charge if we were to change the room (to our original selection). Now we have arrived at the hotel and got accommodated in a room that is overlooking the hotel’s massive parking and is near the road so it is very noisy. We were finally able to get connected to loveholidays via phone but the agent is unwilling to help us because they have no records of the initial transaction and the selection when we proceeded to payment. Dear people, my advice to you is to take a screenshot of the option you select prior to proceeding to payment as they can (as in our case) alter the booking later! I personally will never use loveholidays again!!

I booked a family holiday for 5 people paid a deposit and can't retrieve my flight to add assisted passage with the airline!! I have tried to co tact them for 4 weeks via every possible way. Phone, email, online chat. It is impossible to speak with anyone at customer services!! I highly advise not to book with love holidays it should rename itself stress non holidays!!

Went to turkey with loveholidays on April 21st. When we got to Turkey found out transfer firm we booked went bust. We and 20 others in our party had to pay for own transfers there and back. Over a month has past and numerous emails and posts but no response from love holidays. Easy to book but the customer guarantee and after service is non existent. Still trying to get money back but have not had answer back yet. Phone they keep you holding for at least half hourr to hour than cut you off. You have been warned.

DO NOT USE I CANCELLED MY HOLIDAY AND THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY 3 DAYS LATER AND I AM NOT ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THAT'S IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH TO THEM. TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME IF YOU DONT USE THEM

I would give minus 5 star ,but I had to put 1, just so I could carry on. This is a complete fraud of a company, don't know where to start. Please do not ever use this company, the worse I've ever delt with in my entire life. They stole all my money, to get it back ,I need to book again only through them , even though they say I have vouchers, but not one holiday, I can use complete vouchers on, seeing ba only fly one way. I can go on and on. This is a completely con company.

My 82 year old father booked a holiday to Bulgaria flying out on the 19th May I dropped him off at the airport and Security said there was no flights till the following Thursday he said the flight was cancelled in May Love Holidays never informed us so I rang them up and they said they would look into it and get back to me that day still waiting and when I try to contact them and put in his Ref no they say we are sorry we can not deal with you today please log into manage my booking they are a joke AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE

love holidays should be called hate holidays. a nightmare company to deal with. They are not available to talk to you at any point. Our hotel has been closed so we decided to cancel whole booking. Day after I cancelled my reservation is still there and they are taking money. I can't talk to anyone and it's so frustrating. please don't use this provider. they are not reliable and customer service doesn't exist. Nightmare

Booked with love holidays, a week after booking the flights got changed from a direct 4hr flight to an indirect flight with a 7hr gap over two days. Love holidays continued to take money out my bank even though i deleted my card details, they have not contacted me or tried to resolve this. The flight operator have offered to cancel the flights free of charge but they need love holidays to contact them. Love holidays wont take calls out with 30 days of travel, no email and no way of contacting them. NEVER AGAIN
