“Poor quality and sold a 5* resort that should not be more than 3*. Extremely poor quality food, drink and service. Food 90% same repeated food. If not a active fit person this is not a resort to go too as was 80 degree decline\incline in extreme heat”

“This hotel was exactly how it was described! The hotel was clean, it is a large complex with so many places to eat and drink! The food was absolutely amazing! So many different things to eat! You could get food 24 hours if you wanted too! They even did rotisserie chicken and high roast some days! Plenty of fish, meat salads breads rice jacket potatoes! There was 2 snack bars open until 6pm you could get drinks all the time! The main bar closed at 12 and the sports bar 1am and they did lovely drinks in glasses! You could get Bacardi, Malibu, Gordon’s gin Smirnoff vodka real baileys! And many more options! The cocktails weren’t bad either! If you like lager you could get that in the main restaurant all night if you go in for food, but you can’t take any out! But to be honest you don’t really need to drink much after 1am.They did entertainment on the main stage which was your usual kids club kind of stuff, bingo and then things like abba and a circus the normal kind of entertainment you would expect! The entertainment team are really good, so friendly and energetic, all the staff work really hard and are so friendly! There was more entertainment on the other side of the hotel which is more for adults, singers and saxophone that kind of thing! We had a great night singing and dancing really nice if you want a more chilled night! The sports bar is lovely too! Plenty of drinks options again, lots of screens for football, 2 pool tables and air conditioned too! The bedrooms are nice and clean, they are not a bad size and they clean the room and fill your minibar every day if you want them too! You get small beer cans a small red and white wine! Water fizzy orange and fizzy lemon! You can make a hot drink in your room, but you can get all that downstairs too! My only gripe is that the toilets around the hotel and all frosted glass which you can see more than you want too sometimes, but to be honest we are all walking around in bikinis so I guess it doesn’t matter too much! The beach is so close to the hotel you just walk on the underpass from the hotel! It’s a lovely beach but a would recommend wearing swim shoes as it is very much pebbles with a bit of sand! The sea was a bit choppy but fun! The beach bar was nice you could get water and soft drinks and coffee and beer! They did have sandwiches too I think but didn’t really notice that too much as had filled up from the hotel! The sun loungers are free! They are ok but not that comfy! But again the ones with cushions on are not that hygienic so not really sure what they could do about that anyway! You could get clean towels from the spar everyday from 10am you just have to give them your room number! The towels are lovely and big too! The pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6pm which we thought was not long enough but actually it worked out well as the kids had had enough by then! Overall I would say this is the best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed it for food and drinks! They were so hygienic too they cleaned the bottles in the main bar off all the shelves every single night! Wore gloves when preparing food! Absolutely loved this place! So thank you xx”
