The payments that were scheduled every month apparently couldn't be accessed by lov holidays even though enough cash in my bank account. They then said credit control would be in contact which has never happened. I then made a bank transfer to them which they have not been able to locate this payment after several screenshots sent as asked etc. I finally have been to my bank and supplied a faster payments ID code no response although promised to get back to me . The stress haPray they'll sort this if not s been outrageous as my sons girl friend coming from the States in 7ndays .An absolute disgrace. I may now have to pay 200 pounds which I don't owe to secure holiday.

Did not notify me of a flight change. Unable to fulfil booking with the hotel due to change. Spent 1.5 hours on chat but did not resolve the issue. When I requested a refund they abruptly refused and ended the chat with out answering my queries. Sent false info regarding t&c. I have screen shot the entire chat.

NEVER book anymore with Loveholidays! Never, I bought a holiday which price was on discount from 1550£ to 1003£! In the end they taked 1550£!!! 2nd day some my friend bought same holiday with 1111£ same flight and same hotel! Disgusting! No customer service at all! If you want to call them and you already had booked they are not responding to you, and tell you to go in manage the booking and to do all changes alone! In the end they said they can’t do anything with price and until now this holiday cost 1113£! Hate you company! I hope everyone will understand this ! You think just about money! The hotel is not charging for cancellations 5 day before, I was asked to you to cancel hotel and I’ll keep flights and to return money for hotel back! You don’t want to do this just because I bought this holiday all together! Hate hate hateeee you

I recently stayed at the Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort, booked through Love Holidays, and had a terrible experience. The hotel's response to my complaints and safety concerns was unsatisfactory and dismissive. The path to our accommodation was unfinished and unsafe, and my daughter fell and injured her knee. Despite reporting the incident, the hotel denied any knowledge and provided excuses instead of taking responsibility for the safety of their guests. Furthermore, the unsanitary conditions at the hotel led to sickness and diarrhoea during my stay, and the repetitive and unhealthy food served at the hotel made it necessary to eat outside, incurring additional costs. The lack of concern for guests' health and safety is unacceptable. In addition, there were several faults in my room, and although I reported them, nothing was done to resolve the issues. The hotel's response was inadequate, and their offer of a plate of fruit as an apology is unacceptable. Overall, I had a terrible experience at Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of responsibility, concern for guests' safety and well-being, and inadequate response to complaints is unacceptable

We were sold "an upgrade" and paid for it too thinking the room will be much better. It's not been 24 hours since we paid our deposit and now being told the room only comes with 1 double bed for 4 of us. Kids have to use sofa bed..I paid 4k for my kids to sleep on the sofa? You cant call them after you've paid your deposit. Live chat says they are a third party agency so can only request 2 beds to be put in the room but no guarantee..wtf..we are already not looking forward to this ..absolutely shocking service..I would never recommend this company to anyone..stay away, save your hard earned money..why did they not mention the beds when selling the upgrade? Now they say they cant do anything? Absolute clowns running a circus..go elsewhere people the service is appaling

A horrendous company who shouldn't be trading. They changed dates of the booking making you pay more. I booked my birthday holiday with the Mrs on 19th till 23th February Loveholidays changed the dates too 19th till 23 November. They charged me £100 more to changed the dates and they yes they changed the flights but they didn't and have to additional £800 on flight. Horrendous scammers who deserve to be fined millions so customers can get their money back

I feel like Ive been robbed by love holidays, I book holidays for 4 adults including my elderly mother , My flight Pegasus got cancelled and today I found out that the cancelled my whole holiday. Ive been logging in manage my holiday and they told me that I will get my alternative flight but I dint ,. Instead they emailed me that I will get my refund in 5 days time , I paid over £1075 already but on my email they saying that they will refund me £365, shocking . There is no where to get in touch with them, sales line is automated. Zero ways of contact with them. I just want my money back . will never book with them again . They need to give me my money back The flight got cancelled so full amount should be refunded as it wasnt my fault

When you book they said you can cancel but after 2 weeks and 6 months prior departure they wanted me to pay 1200£ to cancel or 6000 to ch as ndr the dates of my flight. I’ve booked the wrong dates by accident. Massive scam. Definitely NOT recommend

They use a company that doesn't exist for transfers in Rome. So when you show up, nobody is there and you lose the money you spent plus more on organising your own transport to the hotel and back. I saw several other families on the same flight getting stranded, and when we rang the taxi company, we found out they don't exist! Not sure what cut Loveholidays are getting from this scam, but I hope it's worth it. Tried ringing Loveholidays, but they just hung up on me. Told them to check the company they use online—a simple search proves that it's a total scam—and they hung up again. They sent me an email address to send the call log that proves we were waiting at the airport for hours, and the email bounces back! I've given them endless opportunities to fix this, but Loveholidays are a scam company, so they won't. I've informed my solicitor and my uncle, who is head editor at a national media outlet. I will never use Loveholidays again and neither should you. I'm actually looking forward to this story going very, very public.

After many attempts to contact love holidays, I have had no joy getting through. I have received an email about non payments but when I did try to pay (on date required) payment never went through and unsuccessful. We have holiday booked for June and for 6 people, and cannot get through to a single person to get this sorted!! All calls automated and will say they can’t help as already booked holiday but I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. This is not my doing, this is Love Holidays mistake!! Someone help us out here!! It is up to you to make the next move.

I booked a holiday for myself, hubby and my daughter I tried to book our flights and they offered us 1 seat for two people there mistake at £120 there and back I informed them straight away and they have now come back with a price of £162 how can that be when it’s their mistake .. DO NOT BOOK LOVE HOLIDAYS OR LADT MINUTE HOLIDAYS THEY MAKE MUSTAKES AND THEN TRY TO RIP YOU OFF

I’ve been trying to pay my balance off my holiday, I keep having to deal with a robot machine who doesn’t understand my request. I spoke to one of the advisers Naomi who clearly couldn’t help yesterday ,I phoned to see if I can make a payment by phone and it was a machine that rang off when they found out I already had a booking . Really !! I would NOT be recommending you at all .

If there were a -5 it couldn't be more appropriate. This company have caused so much distress, we are pensioners who remain £1000.00+ out of pocket. Customer Service is non existant, contact numbers a waste of time, (I've had some very interesting texts from a private subscriber in Ireland) who can't understand why his number appears as the emergency contact, at the top of the list. I regret that I didn't refer to the reviews, prior to booking. I also regret that the Tui part of the package lulled me into a false sense of security. Loveholidays are a nightmare and in my opinion not fit to operate. 3

STAY OFF LOVE HOLIDAYS Booked holiday to Turkey and tried to cancel or change the trip 6 days to departure due to earthquake but I was told I will be refunded £79 out of £930 or pay additional £1600 to change the trip. Rhabhat was so unprofessional and Ayanda was extremely rude. Spent hours on phone without success and airline advised customer to cancel/amend their trip due to the issue but Love holidays only interested in money. I wish government can look into this scam agency.

Worst company I’ve ever booked with. Had issues on holiday with transfers We have been lied to treated badly and stated they can’t help as only booking agent . Such poor customer service. As this ongoing issue which I am taking further I won’t go into detail. Don’t put yourself through stress of dealing with such in experienced unhelpful customer service team

Booked a holiday back in october for late Jan departure to Turkey, in December the flights were cancelled, So we asked to rearrange a new trip to Lanzarote which we did although there would be an extra cost, (no problem). 5 days before we were due to depart I received an cancellation invoice (very strange), i checked the Loveholidays app and the final payment had been made but the trip was showing as cancelled. I then sat in a web chat queue for hour's to be told someone would bet back to me. next day no ctc so did the same, to be told the same. i sent emails, no reply, tried facebook again no reply, i eventually managed to get a number for credit control who told me there was an outstanding amount to pay but couldn't explain why the payment wasn't taken, (they had all my details and funds were available. They also said if i ctc customer service they could reinstate the trip If i pay the remainder. Again hours in webchat to be told they couldn't reinstate, i would have to rebook. I decided to rebook with another company and had a great holiday, but here I am again waiting in a webchat for answers i.e. where is my refund of just under 2000 pounds, threek weeks and no sign. BE VERY WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT

I wasn't aware that the love holiday agents used their email account and phone number details to book the flight for me on Wizzair. When the Wizz air cancellation notification was sent to him/her, He/she did not notify me at all. I only heard about the cancellation when my friend told me so. She managed to book an available flight because she has heard about it, but I could not as I did not even receive the cancellation confirmation and could not start the process until today. I called Wizzair and try to get an alternative flight asap. But they won't even talk to me because I don't have the right email address to log in (because you used your email and phone number with them). They won't take calls 28 days before travelling. I am basically stuck in the middle and can't do anything. When they finally replied through email ask me to choose 1. find an alternative flight. 2 Cancel the holiday and receive a full refund. They did not SPECIFY if I choose option 1, I will automatically give up cancellation with a full refund. Without knowing what flight I am going to get for three days when I want to cancel, they will not refund anything because I've already chosen the first option, but they still haven't told me what flight I will get. They did NOT SAY this would be the case in their message when I was given the choice!!!! It was such an agonising experience and we do not need this, especially when travelling with young children. Never again!

Soulless money grabbers. Through a last minute emergency my parents couldn’t travel. Tried to amend the names to gift us the holiday. The airline were fine with it and hotel were fine when spoken to direct but as it was through a third party (love holiday) it had to go through them. Love holiday claimed it’s not possible as it’s less than 5 days until the holiday. No amendment, no refund. How hard is it to delete two names and type two new ones in? We would have paid an admin fee but they were claiming it would only be possible if we pay the full price again. Faith in humanity shot and certainly will never trust third party agents ever again.
