“It was the best price we could find after hours of comparing different holiday companies. We have never used LoveHolidays before. We knew there would be no rep in the hotel so it was a bit scary to be by yourself. However,all of the information you needed was in the app and messaged to you. Hotel was perfect. A fantastic restaurant and hotel location. We would go again.”

“The holiday was easy enough to book, and communication from the company was excellent. However, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was not very well communicated on arrival with the driver, reps. The hotel was based on a hill, would not be ideal for people with mobility issues etc. However, was in easy access to the metro and other public transfer links. Would definitely book through Loveholidays again.”

“Convent and straightforward to book flights, hotel and transfers all in one place. Giving four, rather than five stars, because the company handling the transfers. Their customer service needs huge improvement; as a passenger, I felt like an inconvenience to the driver doing the pickup from the airport to the hotel.”
