“We are great fans of Love Holidays as the pricing is always competitive, their holiday App is excellent for having all of the details to hand such as links to the airlines and transfers to and from the hotel. Previously, we had an issue with a holiday to the Maldives as the holiday was not as advertised and this was acknowledged by Love Holidays and we received a gesture of good will. The brochure was updated swiftly so others did not get disappointed. We have used them for 17 years and they have certainly improved greatly…”

“Very nice hotel with good food and brilliant entertainment, unfortunately not working air-condition unit left us with very negative experience. No it wasn't nice tome because of the heat in the room even during the night time. Problem was reported to the reception and of course nothing happened.”

“Don’t book their transfers it’s not worth wasting your money, they don’t turn up or tell you what time and you are left out of pocket paying extra for taxis! I recently returned from Disneyland Paris booked a private mini bus for around £150 the transfer back to the airport did not once confirm or tell us they was even coming I kept checking the app and the link they sent would not work. We had to ask the hotel the night before to call us a taxi for 6:30am in the morning as we was starting to worry and stress. In the morning there was no one on reception so glad we did now the taxi cost €135 and then once we were in the airport and had already been through security and passport control I receive a text from the transfer company to say they were on their way to the hotel at 7:40 am. This would have meant we arrived at the airport around 60 minutes at the most before our gate closes definitely no where near enough time for CDG airport. Now love holidays say your transfer was booked for 7:00am first time anyone has relayed the information to us and then was still almost an hour late as scheduled so cost £150 for transfer and €135 taxi on top of that what an absolute joke!”

“The love holidays and love holidays app makes life so much easier to book your favourite destinations,I actually booked my holiday whilst working lol everything is made really easy.everything from destinations,transfers,upgrades and payment plans.also customer service are really polite fast and helpful in dealing with with queries”
