I need to amend my booking i have been trying to get this done for 5 weeks now! i have 2 weeks left till i fly out and they will still not get back to me with confirmation! customer service is terrible, do not be fooled by this company, initial booking maybe easy but after that you will be stuck on your own and out of pocket.

SCAMMERS. I booked a weekend I paris and the sales rep booked the wrong hotel so we now have to pay a taxi to get to a hotel 3 hrs from the airport. When we tried contacting them, the live chat was never available and the only person you can contact on the phone is the reps for making bookings. When they did put me through to customer service it either rang out or they hang up on me. WORST COMPANY EVER

We booked a weekend in paris and told the lady we wanted to go to campanile hotel near Eiffel Tower. However she booked us at a hotel and told us it was 30 mins from the airport. When we went to look for a taxi to the hotel from the airport, we noticed the hotel was 3 hours away. We tried to contact them to amend however there was no one available for the live chat for 2 days. We also tried to call on Monday but have just been waiting. To find out that the hotel is non-refundable so we had to spend additional money for a new hotel. Waste of money

Love Holidays are scammers avoid at all costs, their customer service is appalling they advertise and book hotel rooms that don't exist. DO NOT USE LOVE HOLIDAYS

absolutely disgrace of a company I cancelled last minute due to medical reasons and they will not issue a cancelation invoice so I can claim back via my travel insurance .nobody ever answers the phone and the online chat is a waste of time . I will never use this company again and would give no stars if I could

Misleading pricing "Now £73pn Secure today for £10" You'd be forgiven for thinking that you can secure a hotel room at the above price for a tenner. You'd be wrong! In fact - click on the pricing tab and the headline front page quote is actually for a non refundable pay in advance option. Misleading and not acceptable.

Booked year in advance. Now we contacted the hotel to ask for transport and we were told there are no rooms for us. For 3 families. Is impossible to contact Loveholidays. They don't answer messages and there is only answering machine when calling

Booked and paid for a holiday. With less than two weeks before travelling we received an email saying they had cancelled and refunded us. We could rebook our holiday (so availability wasn't a problem) for an additional £1,000!! Apparently the price of the flights had gone up!! Nobody even had the courtesy to call us, just emailed! Booked for many years with Love Holidays but never again. Thanks to them, we are no longer going away as because we want to travel within the next couple of weeks, prices on all websites have now gone up dramatically!

Booked online best price, web site timed me out within 6 mins taken credit card details, took me back to booking page, price had gone £300 Tel customer service to find out booking gone through for hotel and transfer and flight pending for 72 hours no confirmation on price until 72 hours because flight outsourced so first priced I booked the holiday wasn't guaranteed they changed the price to what they want Upto 72 hours Decided to cancel within hour of booking held for 56mins for cancellation dept

Wish I could give these 0 stars but the least is 1, even though you dont even get a 1 star service from them. We paid £600 extra to upgrade to a Master Suite, they took our money but when they sent the confirmation it said Junior Suite, so 20 hours of phone calls later and probably 50 emails and messages they are still adamant that we have booked a Junior Suite even though it states that we paid a Master Suite price!! They are literally robbing people of their time and money and getting away with it because it's your word against theirs and they are very difficult to get hold of!! As previously frequent customers of Love holidays we will never ever book with this firm again!! A complete joke of a company.

We booked our hotel for skiing in Bulgaria almost a year in advance. Now we called hotel to find out about the transport from the airport and they said they don’t have a place for us? We are 3 families, 2 weeks before we supposed to go and we have no place to go. LoveHoliday doesn’t answer our emails.

You have been warned!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very easy to make a booking but impossible to cancel. I have used them before and things have gone ok but if you have any issues they do nothing to help or resolve. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! Customer Service non existent. Due to my husbands hospitalisation we could not go on holiday. Impossible to contact anyone. They state that you have to go on their website and cancel via “Manage my booking”. However, when you go into the site it doesn’t allow you to cancel. I tried to send them a message. Eventually they replied advising they would send me confirmation to claim on my insurance. I haven’t received the info I need. Unable to contact them via the phone - too long waiting time. They won’t deal with you without a cancellation ref number but how can you get a ref number if you can’t cancel. I tried their web chat but they cancelled the chat within a minute. Despite it being advertised as a “live chat” I tried again and they said they will get back to me within 72 hours. Useless and stressful!!!!

Had a 35hr flight delay, when I finally got through to customer service I got told as they are agents booking the flight for us they were not responsible for anything.The ATOL certificate went for nothing

Booked a holiday with these Jokers to NYC. My deposit was happily accepted and confirmation of my booking sent. Only to receive an email to tell me there was an issue with my booking. I didn't hear anything after 72hrs as they suggested I would. So I sent various messages to them to enquiring what the problem was, I received no response. I made various calls to them holding on for more that 30 minutes listening to a stream of music and still didn't get through to them. Eventually 10 days later I managed to get through to them after being cut off a few times and demanded a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to show up on my credit card statement.

NEVER EVER BOOK WITH LOVEHOLIDAYS they said it takes 72 hours to confirm the booking had to keep on ringing. After 72 hours I had to ring the company and spoke to someone on the phone who said to me that the holidays was confirmed however they lied to me. I then spoke to someone else they had confirmed the booking and I then received a Full booking confirmation for the flights and the hotel. 2 weeks later they emailed saying that there changing our flight to a completely different airport and where charging extra even though both the hotel and the flights were confirmed from before. There customer service is really bad and didn’t help at all. Not a reliable company to book your holiday with.

I made a simple error with my booking. I made a simple error with my booking. Bare in mind the error was I had booked room only and wanted to change it to bed and breakfast and pay the additional money. This wasn’t allowed - I was told cos I had booked a no refundable room this meant nothing could be done. Nothing at all!! I am very disappointed as I raised this with them less then 24 hours after realising. Not only that but I have also booked another hotel with them mins before and my brother has booked the two same hotels with them. They have had the money in full upfront and won’t change this tiny little detail. Very disappointment will not be using this company again. Advise everyone to read the terms and conditions before any booking because as on your email says you can do this but actually you can’t.

DO NOT USE THEIR TRANSFER SERVICE To be honest they were spot on with the hotel. It was everything that they said it would be so a bonus. However Do read the small print for the flights as it doesn't include luggage. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use them for transfers. Arrived in Prague with friends and met the rep for transfer to the hotel. He went to walk away and I asked about our transfer. He rudely told us driver in toilet and walked away. 45 minutes later and 12 unsuccessful phone calls later we ended up paying again for a taxi to the hotel which was about £30. The point is we already paid. We then contacted Loveholidays to be told it is down to us and they would not reimburse us for added taxi fare. We never asked for that. We asked for our money back for the transfer. Then to top it all we made our own way to the airport after deciding not to take the chance on the transfer people which is an hour away from the hotel. We got a text from the driver 35 minutes before the gate opened at the airport to say he had arrived at the hotel so had we relied on the transfer we would have been late for our flight. DO NOT USE THEIR TRANSFER £48 for transfer that we will not ever get back.

Only got 1 star, because I couldn't give 0. Charged £12 fee per person for flight, took 5 days for the hotel, which went up by £70. The live chat, they dont respond. On the phone you wait around 30 minutes, then are transferred to another department & wait 30 minutes again. Then they are not clear, with solutions to your problem, also regularly getting cut off when you do get through. Avoid like the plague, you will regret otherwise.

I've booked a place in a hostel in India and already paid the payment for my stay through credit card but than after 1 day it canceled my booking reservation and telling my that there wasn't enough availability but when i checked the website again I still could see the availability of rooms etc. Very very disappointed!!
