“It was straight forward to book the holiday and the hotel location was great near the beach just the way I wanted. Also, it offered payment of instalment without any interest, which helped paying for the holiday Esther than pay one big lump sum.”

“The whole process was easy and stress free, we were alaways informed about things we needed to know. The hotel was as beautful as it said it was and the staff were only to pleased to help. Nothing was any trouble...The location was amazing. If you are a keen snorkeler you should visit, its just amazing. Food also was good.So much choice”

“booked a 4 star hotel, then changed to 5 star for 600 extra was well worth it. just wished the transfer was cheaper it cost like 200 total way more then it should have.”

“Fantastic! Exactly what we were expecting in terms of the hotel. It was basic but it had everything you could need to self cater however the location of the hotel meant you were minutes from lovely welcoming restaurants that were very reasonable. The coast minute from the hotel was beautiful. Turquoise clear water and sandy beaches. Lots of shops to buy beautiful souvenirs and full of places to book trips at very reasonable prices. We did several, we went to Bodrum (Turkey) for the day with pick up right by the hotel. A trip to the Lido waterpark again pick up from right by the hotel and a boat trip to 3 islands which was an 11 minute walk from the hotel. Directly opposite the hotel was another whose pool you can use which was perfect. We had an amazing time.”

“One of our best holidays so far! From start to finish, we had such a lovely time. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Our rooms were cleaned every day and were always kept fresh and tidy, which made such a difference. A special mention has to go to the animation team, who really went above and beyond. They worked incredibly hard throughout the day and into the evenings to make sure everyone was entertained and having a good time. There was always something going on, and they created such a fun and friendly atmosphere around the hotel. There were, however, a few negatives that we feel could definitely be improved. The food wasn’t great overall, and we found the allergy information in the restaurant particularly poor, especially around the desserts. My son has a nut allergy and unfortunately wasn’t able to have any of the ice cream because the same scoop was being used across all of the different flavours, creating a clear risk of cross-contamination. For families travelling with children who have allergies, much clearer labelling and better procedures around serving food would make a huge difference. Another big frustration was only being provided with one room key. I was sharing a room with my teenage daughter and my friend, so having just one key was extremely inconvenient. There were numerous occasions where I was left waiting in the corridor because one of them was in the shower, or I had to wake them up when returning to the room later after the nightclub. We’ve stayed in many hotels and have never experienced being restricted to just one key for three people sharing a room. This really needs reviewing, as it became an unnecessary inconvenience throughout the holiday. Despite these issues, we made some amazing memories and genuinely didn’t want the holiday to end. The staff and animation team were a huge part of what made the holiday so enjoyable, and overall it was still one of our best holidays so far. We would happily return, but hopefully with a few improvements to the food, allergy procedures and room key policy.”
