“Amazing holiday! Sergio’s hotel was fantastic - food, snacks, drinks, pool area, entertainment all were great! Staff are so friendly and polite and our room was cleaned each day. Pool area is nice and relaxing 😌 love holidays were great to deal with!”

“Unfortunately, I've now had two poor transfer experiences booked through loveholidays, and it's made me very hesitant to use their transfer service again. Most recently, on arrival in Kraków, our transfer driver messaged asking us to let him know when we reached the meeting point. Unfortunately, passport control at Kraków Airport was exceptionally busy, taking around 2.5 hours to get through. I kept the driver updated throughout, and when we were around 15 minutes from reaching the meeting point, he called to say he had to cancel our transfer because he had another job. This was incredibly stressful after such a long wait. Kraków Airport's passport control delays are well known, so I feel this should have been taken into account when arranging airport transfers. I then had to contact loveholidays, but it took a long time to get through to a member of staff. By the time I finally spoke to someone, we were exhausted and had already arranged and paid for our own transfer. What disappointed me most was the response. I was told they couldn't help or refund the missed transfer and was advised to claim the cost through my travel insurance instead, which seems unreasonable as making a claim could affect future premiums. This comes after another transfer issue I experienced with loveholidays in Benidorm, where we were instructed to get off the correct coach and onto the wrong one, turning what should have been a 40-minute transfer into a 1 hour 45 minute journey. After two similar experiences, I no longer have confidence in booking airport transfers through loveholidays. While I've had positive holidays booked with them, the transfer service and the way these issues have been handled have been very disappointing.”
