“Never again will I touch this company not that it’s going to survive the way they have treated there customers is disgusting. Buy a package holiday they cancelled and can’t provide but refuse to refund. Then turn of ways of contact ignore customers...... but hey phone the sales line they will answer but ul gt cheeky staff n just go round in circles ..... get it sorted love holidays it’s our money not yours ........ biggest kick I have it emailed from hotel direct that they cancelled this FREE of charge rip of merchants theft of customers”

“Agreed to refund under circumstances, then waited for guidelines to change a week later and refused refund! Service from staff is appalling, they just end calls/chats with you, refuse to take complaints or escalate to a manager. Your holiday is not safe.”

“Not even worth 1 star, they are a lying cheating company that are stealing customers hard earned money and now require it to be refunded to feed their families and pay bills in this crisis. Loveholidays we are not giving you an interest free loan”

“Customer service is dismal, unhelpful and rude, also still waiting for a refund of a cancelled flight, even though the company knows i no longer have a holiday booking they are still taking money out of my bank account, i have money sat in there account that i cant back as they are not answering calls, emails, stay well away from this robbing firm”

“Unfortunately 1 star was the lowest option. Absolute joke of a company, daughters 21st ruined thanks @loveholidays they can't fly as all flights are cancelled and been informed by @loveholidays that their weekend away is cancelled but still the company are refusing to refund on a package holiday and 'can' only offer a voucher for less than half the amount paid!! Refund your customers inline with others!!! Web chat operators cut you off when questioned or you ask to speak or for contact details of someone above them, worst customer service ever encountered. Book with @loveholidays at your peril once they have your money you are on your own. Obviously one of the rare companies that doesn't understand what is happening on a global scale at this time!!”

“I want my refund that my bank put a mandate to you to not take it but you still did , your customer service is terrible, cut me off . I'm going to take this all the way , got nothing else to do while on lock down, cause I've lost my job ,my other half has cancer ,even when I told you this you really don't care, need the money you took without permission for food,medicine, and fuel to get to hospitals for treatment, your company is a disgrace . I want my money back.”

“Bad doesn’t quantify the horrendous loveholidays experience. Would love to speak with someone at customer service, however it appears loveholidays don’t like facing the truth of their deceit. I should be on holiday right now, and like others I get it can’t happen. Love holidays lack of response or action as my date of departure arrives. I get told to hold on until two days to departure date at which time I’m offered a voucher for the hotel side of my package holiday. Then get told I should be contacting the airline directly. I contact Air Malta and I’m told love holidays cancelled the flight and got the refund. Air Malta gave refunds in full. So love holidays will never be recommended by me, they are behaving in a shameful way and fraudulently retaining money that does not belong to them. By telling me not to do anything, wait to hear, then after they’d got the refund on my flights they say it’s up to me. Premeditated dishonesty, in a time where people who have job uncertainty need back money that belongs to them. As yet no refund offered, a voucher is no good to me”

“I'd give no stars if I could. Disgrace of a company, cancelled our holiday and refusing to give us a refund, which we're legally entitled to, and only offering vouchers instead. Now they've turned off their phones so no one can contact them. Do not book with this company”
